(The closest ones are around 100 feet away. The cave is 200 feet away. Intentionally alerting them to your presence is trivial. The questions is what to do then, as they are much fast runners.)
“I think our best option is to start shooting from range and wait on the other side of the ravine. We will remove most of them by the time they reach us. Even better, we can concentrate on the huge ones and I can try to intimidate the rest to be our pets”
How deep is it? Will knocking them in deal falling damage? How easy of a time will they have getting out from down at the bottom? (In comparison to jumping it which is what I imagine they will initially do).

Nasaar will find a vantage point where he can see the large ones, and be ready to start shooting when the others have prepared the ground to their liking.
(Assuming it is more than 100 feet to the larger ones currently. Plus if they are prone Nasaar would have disadvantage for hitting with a ranged weapon even if they are less than the 100.)
"let me know when you are ready and I'll start shooting those I can hit from here..." He tells the others.

It's 15 feet deep. Enough for some falling damage if they are tossed/thrown, and the small ones don't have that much HP. To get out from the bottom would take 1 turn of movement if they forego their action. They can also try to move up from the bottom and attack, but at a disadvantage. The small ones would not be able to cross the ravine in a single turn, unless they perform a lucky jump.

What kind of vantage point do you mean? Are you going to try climbing a tree? Or just stay in a spot where you have clear shot behind the ravine?
"Let me know when you are ready and I'll send a bolt in one of those closest and start this off." Nasaar tells the others as he readies his heavy crossbow.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Jardor takes out his Heavy Crossbow and puts a bolt on the wire.
"If we are ready I will follow your lead. I am not very good with this thing, but it is better than doing nothing at all while they come in close. Once they get in closer to the ravine I will switch to my sword and do what I can to keep them back. You all focus on taking out the bigger ones once they get close enough to hit reliably.
Jardor doesn't really have anything to prep...so he is ready to kick this off when everyone else is. I will go ahead and roll my initiative now.

"Any chance I could get some of them magic stones you have been summoning Gara? That way I can at least help as the get to the ravine," Serit requests.
"I actually think we should retreat for now. We bearly have any decent ranged weapons, it is their home turf and if thinks go bad, we are stuck here with no way of retreat. I don't mind takeing a risk to help those Goblins, but this here is takeing a real risk for our lives. And if we die here, that will help noone. I think we return to the small village, and come back here tomorow with as many Goblins as we can motivate."

How wide is the ravine?
Also i have reach of 120 with disadvantage and 60 normal. I can block a small area with fire and two large areas with grease.
Attack: [roll]3d20dl2+6[/roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 1d8, 2{1d8}.expand()))+4[/roll] Sneakattack: [roll](if([roll:-2:critical], =0, 2d6, 2{2d6}.expand()))[/roll]The ravine is 25 feet wide (top to top ground) and is treated as difficult terrain. It is very long and disappears deep in the forest.

No, just a clear spot. He won't climb a tree as of yet.
Serit tries to gather how many bonecrushers are in the area they intend to attack.
Depends what you call "area". They are very spread out, and some are more that 500 feet away. If you cound every single one, it's several dozen.

I would sugest Nassar Serit and Me in the Middle and the fighters on the edges, and then i will grease the ravine in front of us.

Gara prepares three pebles for Serrit.
