How long of a walk is it back to the small village with Serit's leg the way it is? If we would get caught out of cover at night it would be better to face them now.

Skips first and second, starts third at 19 and then stays at 19. (basically you skip 1 round due to nat1, but the inititative of value -1 in the second round you can do nothing, effectively puts you into third round).

Gathrik misses narrowly. The nearest scavenger lifts its head and starts looking for the source of noise. 12. It guesses your general direction and is now alerted, but does not spot you. It does begin moving in your direction.
Jardor destroys the nearest beast's head sending gore flying. The nearest 2 scavengers try and work out what happened. 19, 17. One sees nothing. The other is alerted, but still cannot work out where you are.
Nasaar takes out one scavenger in a clear hit. The nearest 2 scavengers check at a disadvantage. 7, 6. One sees nothing. The other identifies your direction quite well, and for a moment you think it has spotted you. But in the end it is unsure. It is alerted and begins to move in your direction.
The two alerted ones move towards you at half speed. The front one is close to the edge of the ravine. The third one, alerted, stays where it was looking around.

Jardor decides to focus his attention on the ones that have been alerted in the hopes of keeping the whole pack from being alerted too quickly. He takes a short at the one closest to the ravine.

Same here, just posting now...
Nasaar will aim for one at the very edge of his 100 foot range, trying for one further back in the pack if he can, but not beyond the 100 feet.
To hit: 20

(Rolling with advantage since I am assuming we are considered hidden, or at least unseen...)
Gara starts searching his bag for something.
