Gara will move closer to Nassar (i9) risking the attack of opportunity from the bonecrusher. Then i will throw one of my enchanted stones at the beast on the roof.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Nasaar takes aim and shoots at another of the bonecrushers. (If he can get an unobstructed shot at the one climbing up near the second sotry he will try for that one, otherwise one outside.)
Gathrick and Nasaar eliminate one scavenger each (7 total kills, Gathrik eliminates the one poisonned previously by Serit).
The third wave begins approaching the tower. Some of the scavengers in that wave are appear a little different. Their fur is darker, their build is more stocky.
Once again, the beasts assault the tower in a familiar pattern:
Ground floor fortifications. Strength: 242. The attempt at damaging the fortifications fails with not even a scratch on the barricades.
Climbing: 216161211817. Three of the scavengers climb up.
Attacks. One on B5 is has just climbed and has noone toattack has fallen for d6 damage.
B9 Attacks Gara (disadvantage from climbing and advantage from pack tactics cancel out).Attack: 17 Damage: 6
C10 attacks Gara (Advantage from pack tactics). Attack: 12 Damage: 1
L10 attacks Nasaar (disadvantage From climbing). Attack: 3 Damage: 1 Nasaar is is unhurt, and the attacking scavenger is prone and open to attack (advantage to attack/shove it next turn).
Forget extra rolls for C10 and L10. 1716. Gara is hit for 1 damage. Nasaar is still unhurt.
B10 also attacks Gara (disadvantage from climbing and advantage from pack tactics cancel out).Attack: 13 Damage: 4
"If we fall back now we are pretty much done for out here." Nasaar calls out. "Nothing will stop them from coming down after us, and it will be only time until we have to fall back with the goblins." He will see if this changes anything with his companion's action. "Bonecrushers on the second floor..." He calls to those below.
Serit turns his head slightly at Nasaar's call, grateful the Hobgoblin and Tortle did not try and hold the tide for themselves. "I am headed upstairs, I will return if they breach down here." He does the dash action to and up the ladder/stairs and a few steps (Let's say Second floor K5).
"Serit, you are closer to the stairs...go check on our allies upstairs, I will take over your window. Give us a shout if you need us to come up there as well, or if it seems like we are better defended down here then fall back with the others."

Takeing the dodge action. Also i am at i9, so how can b and c 9 or 10 attack me? Do they have enough moves to climb and move?
True you are at i9, so B9 and B10 don't attack except C10, which was here since last turn and moves up to you. But it rolled a 12 on its first roll, so that's a miss, so you didn't take damage. Now for the attack of opportunity:
Attack: Attack: 5 Damage: 5 Miss.
Jardor is next, then it's Turn 5 with Nasaar and Gathrik.
"Are you both good up there," Serit calls out as he unleashes yet another poison spray out the door.
Con save DC 14
Damage: 6
21
(Of course, now it crits)
The injured bonecrusher is completely unfazed by this new poison cloud. If anything, it now seems almost healthier than before.
"Hopefully if they get into too much trouble they know to come to us just like our plan to go to them should we have issues."
Jardor lashes out against the scavengers again through the baricaded gates.
Attack: 19 Damage: 13

Attack: 15 Damage: 4
Jardor cleaves a scavenger in half. Gara misses the bonecrusher and it misses with its attack of opportunity.
Turn 4.
It's Nasaar and Gathrick's turn.
Already used to the routine, Gathrik rears back and stabs at the closest hyena once more.
“There is no end to these weaklings”
Attack: 18 Damage: 7
Nasaar takes aim and shoots at another of the bonecrushers. (If he can get an unobstructed shot at the one climbing up near the second sotry he will try for that one, otherwise one outside.)

Gara has 19 AC, so he is fine.
"Nassar, retreat to the stairs"
Gara takes the DODGE action and uses all his moves to get to the stairs.
Yes, the second roll is a nat17 (no formatting, the +2 attack bonus is missing). So actual attack score is 19 and hits. Still just 1 damage.
Also, are you taking dodge or disengage? With dodge you still take attacks of opportunity
"If we fall back now we are pretty much done for out here." Nasaar calls out. "Nothing will stop them from coming down after us, and it will be only time until we have to fall back with the goblins." If it's of any help in making you decide:

Even without the hatch we can reasonable bottle neck them at the stairs.

Aand another scavenger goes down. (Up to 9, I think).
Turn 5.
Nasaar and Gathrik.
