(both of the fairie fire illuminated hyenas are already dead. Also, stabbing through the barricades has a -2 modifier to attack).
The scavengers accelerate towards the toower the forward runners of the pack surround it and start trying to get inside.
Trying to breach barricades/gate. B5, G7-H7, L6. The scavengers don't dare jump into the fire blocking the barricade at B5. Remaining barricades STR 1208. The gate holds strong. The window at L6 receives some damage, but is still solid. Gathrik's attempt to slash at one through the front gate misses.
Trying to scale to the second floor. Clockwise Starting from B4. 108831715 (forgot the +1 DEX bonus, but it does not matter here). Only one hyena (at B9) barely makes the jump up to the second floor. Too busy climbing, it's not a very efficient attacker, but it nevertheless tries to take a bit of the Tortle in front of it.
Attack: 15 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.. The attack nearly connects, but the shell is too hard to chew through.
There is almost a joy in his voice as Jardor moves to the window (B5) and begins hacking between the boards it to try to strike at the hyenas outside.
Melee Attack (at -2 through barricade): 7 Damage: 13
As mentionned above, there's a fire (started by Gara) at B5, so no enemies are standing there. Do you want to move to the front gate (H10) instead? Either way, the attack misses.

Gara will try to shove the hyena off the wall.
Athletics (9) vs Athletics/Acrobatic check
No matter the outcome he will move to B10 and also toss one of the stones that smell like food down the wall. Everything within 10 feet should be able to smell it.

The scavengers sniff the stone which smells like food, but, quickly realise it's not edible, and switch their attention back to the hundreds of pounds of fresh meat right in front of them.
Nasaar presumably does know about the one trying to much on Gara (unless Gara was fighting in silence). Though with shooting with Gara partially obstructing and with it still not having made its way up to the wooden floor, it has 3/4 cover.
Nasaar, seeing that his companion is fighting the one that nearly got up to them, turns back to the ones outside. He selects another target and shoots at it with his heavy crossbow.
To hit: 19
Damage: 8
(I am assuming these things start ripping into the dead ones, since there is a hole lot of fresh meat just laying there for them to have at... Why fight their way inside if they can have fresh meat just laying on the ground?)
(I somehow managed to miss Gara's action yesterday, not sure how.).
Nasaar's crossbow finds its mark again and another scavenger drops to the ground.
(Yes, some of the scavengers will be distracted by corpses of their own, not all by any stretch. The meat of a carrion feeder isn't exactly a pleasant taste, or smell).

The scavengers once again assault the gate and window, trying to break in. The second wave is partially distracted by the corpses, but more scavengers still arrive, hungry for fresh tasty meat.
Strength: 41116. The fortifications hold.
The bonecrusher at B9 sets it paws on the the second floor proper as it makes way for others pishing in from behind. Makes another attack at Gara:
Attack: 6 Damage: 4 and doesn't even leave a mark on the shell.
Others try to scale the wall:
Dexterity 421134171720.
But none manage to succeed. One fails horribly and drops back on the ground for 5 damage.
As before. Serit, Jardor, Gara. Then turn 4 starts: Nasaar, Gathrik.
"They are definitely coming for us." Nasaar calls down as he aims with his heavy crossbow.
If the second one he hit with his faerie fire is still up, Nasaar will target it, otherwise he will target another enemy...
To hit1: 19
To hit2 (if advantage is needed): 23
- use the first if no advantage is allowed (I.E. if the ones with faerie fire are both down.)
Damage: 8
The crossbow bolt nails the second scavenger illuminated by magical fire firmly to the ground.
Gathrik will hold his action to slash at a hyena when one enters his reach.
Attack: 16, if adv from fairy fire, 17 Damage: 12
(both of the fairie fire illuminated hyenas are already dead. Also, stabbing through the barricades has a -2 modifier to attack).

Serit, Jardor, Gara next.
"Here they come."
There is almost a joy in his voice as Jardor moves to the window (B5) and begins hacking between the boards it to try to strike at the hyenas outside.
Melee Attack (at -2 through barricade): 7 Damage: 13

(Oh, sorry...Need to pay better attention. yes, I will help out at the front gate then instead.)

Serit again extends his hand and emits a poison Spray out of the door slot.
Con save DC 14
Damage: 5

The scavenger does not manage to dodge this time and get engulfed by the poison. It does not look happy about.
Gara, then Turn 3 starts, with Nasaar and Gathrik.
Already posted earlier.
in case you need it in order...
(Does Nasaar know about, or have a good line of sight on, the one that got onto the second floor? This is if it isn't knocked off before his turn...)

(You forgot about the -2 for hitting though the barricade, but it still hits).
The strike ends up the the bonecrusher's throat with near perfect accuracy.
