Serit, you give Hegar a mighty shove and grab him, but what should have have nearly sent a small goblin flying has barely got him off balance for a moment. You feel like you just tried to grab and wrestle Jardor.
Hegar looks at your arm on his clothes and his voice is full of excitement and admiration:
"Great strength, toughness and skill? It really is my lucky day"
He opens his mouth to a toothy grin, and for a moment you feel that there is more teeth in there than there should be.
Serit stutters in his anger, his eyes widening at what he has encountered, "What are you? Reveal your form to us." He takes a step back, loosening the round shield at his waist, preparing to face this creature.
Moxo's attack tands clean on Hegar, leaving a mark on the wooden floor. But what should have downed or critically injured the goblin leaves only a small cut on his wrist. Hegar looks at it, then back at Moxo, and shakes his head a little. "You should have just fallen asleep, kobold. Would have saved yourself much trouble."
Hegar continues looking at Serit with interest:
"So, you think the game is up, heh? Well not quite. Even you can guess something, you still haven't found your friends.
And to see my true form, you have to earn that first. But do not worry, I have no intention of killing you right away, so if you want to surrender, you can say it at any time."
Naz'tog looks in disbelief: "You?! How could a weakling like you be a traitor? Besides, you were so so weak you never even participated in the martial contest!".
Bulpo is confused: "Friends, why are you fighting? Hegar cannot be bad, he has always been our best friend, right?"

"You seek to put fear in me but it is already there. Let us see how you fare," Serit says as he draws out his flail. His actions scream attack but his target is the steel lock of the door.
(Probably initiative so I will roll that but I will also roll to hit the lock)
Serit turns back to the battling Naz'tog and "Hegar" and growls out, "Whatever you are, whatever you think you can do, your end is near." This curses Hegar with Hexblade's Curse.

He then casts Bane on Hegar, Charisma save DC 14.
Charisma 7 -1 (nvm only applies if bane succeeds). Resisted.
Hegar smirks, "you will need to do better than that".

Missing his step, Gara stumbles into the shoop. Seeing all the fighting but trusting in Serit he takes out one of his "acid bombs" and casts catapult on it, aiming at Hegar:
3 acid damage
(4 used wrong dice) it is actually 11 bludgeon damage on a failed DC 14 dex save.

„ I know this is confusing, but i trust Serit and so should you. Please help him, you just need to throw those at Hegar.“ with this i hand Bulpo 2 enchanted sling bullets that i created with magic stone (i keep one for myself) (persuation: 21)

You are extremely persuasive, but Bulpo does not seem to hear these words very well. You can hear him say absent-mindedly "Hegar is... a friend. But Gara is also a friend...".
WIth your magical knowledge, it now becomes apparent that Bulpo is under influence of a spell.
DM: Obviously we are in a room but how far away would Gara be from Serit for his next turn?
You are 10 feet away from Hegar (using reach, right?). Hegar is still standing at the door he was (pretending to) trying to open. Gara is at the entrance just outside 5 feet range of Hegar. So... say 15 feet.
Gara is up.

“LittleOne?” Moxo repeats, offended. “LittleOne?!?” Moxo Looses his whip and attacks Hegar even as Serit is instructing him to do otherwise...
Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Serit stutters in his anger, his eyes widening at what he has encountered, "What are you? Reveal your form to us." He takes a step back, loosening the round shield at his waist, preparing to face this creature.
Moxo's attack tands clean on Hegar, leaving a mark on the wooden floor. But what should have downed or critically injured the goblin leaves only a small cut on his wrist. Hegar looks at it, then back at Moxo, and shakes his head a little. "You should have just fallen asleep, kobold. Would have saved yourself much trouble."

Initiative: 14
Flail Attack: 10 Damage: 9
Initiative:
Hegar:22 (Hegar goes before Serit due to higher DEX).
Naz'tog:17
Naz'tog attacks Hegar with both his sword and metal arm: Attack: 6 Damage: 9 The attack hits but barely scratches Hegar.
Hegar hits back: Attack: 22 Damage: 7 and hits back much harder than would be expected from an unarmed goblin.
Serit hits the lock in knocks it off. The door swings open to reveal Gara approaching one of the windows.
Gara is up
Seeing the fighting, but not able to do anything from outaide, Gara will run for the door, either spending his action to open it or to reach it.
Attack: [roll]3d20dl2+6[/roll] Damage: [roll](if([roll:-1:critical], =0, 1d8, 2{1d8}.expand()))+4[/roll] Sneakattack: [roll](if([roll:-2:critical], =0, 2d6, 2{2d6}.expand()))[/roll]Gara, you open the door to se Naz'tog and Hegar exchanging blows again.
Naz'tog: Attack: 18 Damage: 8 The attack misses.
Hegar hits back: Attack: 20 Damage: 9 The retaliation also misses and hits one of the shelves.
Serit is next.
Serit turns back to the battling Naz'tog and "Hegar" and growls out, "Whatever you are, whatever you think you can do, your end is near." This curses Hegar with Hexblade's Curse.
He then casts Bane on Hegar, Charisma save DC 14.

Gara is next.
Missing his step, Gara stumbles into the shoop. Seeing all the fighting but trusting in Serit he takes out one of his "acid bombs" and casts catapult on it, aiming at Hegar:

Hegar hisses as the acid touches his flesh. This one seems to have hurt him, noticeablt more than the sword strikes.
Naz'tog: Attack: 8 Damage: 7
Hegar vs Na'tog: Attack: 6 Damage: 7
Serit is next.
Serit, the door open and the fight on moves to flank Hegar with Naz'tog, using his reach to his advantage. He growls as he swings his flail.
Flail Attack: 24 Damage: 9
Hegar is hit, though as with previous stikes the damage of the strike is fairly minor.
Gara is up.
