Laurentia swings open the door to where she can see the beast and casting a handful of spores at the creature's head casts blindness/ deafness on the creature before moving back.

The creature locks eyes with Ash and stares deep into his soul, he can feel his soul begin to be sucked from his body. He must make a charisma save of 16 or reduce its hit point maximum by 18
Ash feels a portion of his life sucked straight from his body and into the beast. The beast chest swells as he seems invigorated from a piece of Ash's soul. He retreats 10 feet away in a quick leap and flexes his claws while waiting.

Fireside:
Fireside moves around the house charging straight at the best and will attack with it's hooves and attempt to Trample the beast.
Trampling Charge. If the horse moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the horse can make another attack with its hooves against it as a bonus action.

The beast does not fall so Fireside does not get second attack.

Vow of Enmity - As a bonus action, you can choose a creature within 10 ft. and gain advantage on attack rolls against it for 1 minute or until it drops to 0 HP or falls unconscious.
Action: Darrimus will make two slashes with his Longsword against the beast.

Darrimus's second attack gloves with 2nd Level Divine Smite Radiant Energy: 40
Stilgar utters an incantation and runs his hand across his rapier now sheathed in booming energy. careful not to activate his own trap, the rogue lunges at the creature and attacks before disengaging back to safety.

Stilgar misses with his first hit but hits with his second attack for 14 damage. Ash casts his firebolt striking the beast hard for 24 damage! Laurentia halo of spores is uneffective on the creature but she is able to summon a beast.
The creature has now taken 117 damage.
The creature seems taken by surprise by the amount of punishment the group has taken out. Looking to regenerate a bit the creature tries to suck the soul out of Laurentia. Laurentia must make a charisma save of 16 or take 14 Max HP reduction.
It lets out a loud screech before attacking Darrimus with his claws:
Attack: 18 Damage: 15
Darrimus is barely able to block this attack.
After the attack with its claws, the beast flaps his wings and flies 30ft in the air. (This triggers an attack of opportunity from Darrimus)
The creature looks at the minor illusion created by Stilgar but is not impressed and is holding his ground outside the house.

Green energy pours up along with spores from the ground and suddenly an Allosaurus bursts into existence.
"Destroy that foul manefestation."
