((Augh! sorry guys my home comp is on the frits at the moment and I haven't been at work to catch up. I'm happy with where Vin is standing)) Initiative: 16
Rewind: Vin smiles to Will as he approaches. "Very astute of you, good sir. It is indeed. If you'd be willing to help, we certainly wouldn't mind the company."
((Here we go! I’ve broken it up into groups, I’ll still resolve the action in terms of initiative rolled but this way is easier to manage for me. Also, if you feel like you’re going to not be able to post for a while feel free to say what you will do on your turn and I will make it work.))

Con's going to walk to where he can make an attack and also put himself between the oncoming attackers and his allies. He draws his longsword, relieved that the wait is over, and makes his first attack: Attack: 22 Damage: 11
How many bandits are still bunched up near the stairs when it gets to Kestrell's turn? Looking for a good group that I can get with Faerie Fire without getting Con.

Con, your attack strikes true cleaving through B3’s armor and deep into his side, gasps in pain as the blow nearly fella him. Tarina backs up and fires her crossbow at the now wounded pirate Attack: 10 Damage: 8 but the bolt goes careening off into the rafters as she fumbles her weapon. B1 moves up and swings his scimitar at Mendax Attack: 11 Damage: 4 but Oloric lets fly with the bottle just as he does and the attack goes wide.
B2 moves up and swings at Con Attack: 17 Damage: 4 the blow glances off your shield but bites into your thigh. Fairly lifts his staff and begins to chant as grasping vines rise up and try to entangle the pirates. Dead-Eye and bandits 3,4,5, and 6 are entangled, b7 is able to break free of the vines. here are things as they stand
Kestrell, horn in his left hand, rapier in his right, casts Faerie Fire so that it targets the green area (every creature in that area has to make a Dex Save of 14 or be outlined in purple light and all attacks against them have advantage).
Kestrell will back up to D7, and crouch down so as not to block Tarina's crossbow.
As a bonus action he will inspire Mendax: "Hey Mendax, sometimes we are tested, not to show our weaknesses, but to discover our strengths!"
(In the next 10 minutes, you can add 1d6 to an attack roll, ability check or saving throw, after making the roll, but before knowing the outcome.)

(my turn? If so:) Kestrell, still at location D7, taunts Dead-Eye: "Hey Dead-Eye, they are going to be calling you 'Dead-Guy' after this!"
Vicious Mockery: Wisdom saving throw of 14, or he takes 4 psychic damage and has disadvantage on his next attack.
Kestrell inspires Con with a little ditty: "I like it when the beat goes Duh dun duh Buddy make your sword go Duh dun duh Buddy make that attack roll It's Con Con Con Con Con"
