(OOC Yeah, I get that too. I don't want to make a habit of redoing actions though if we're going to go out of initiative order. I know that was my idea to begin with, so maybe that was a mistake.
So, Valrish, if you want to redo your action this time, then that's fine with me. Going forward, instead of going out of turn, we'll make sure and go in initiative order, so we don't do things that may not make sense later. If you want to give me an action while you're online, we can do conditions, i.e. If Belwar kills the ooze, I disengage, otherwise I attack with my sword and make the rolls, etc. That's more like a readied action, so I'd be okay with that. And that way we can still keep things moving. Is everyone okay with that?)
(OOC Valrish can now do the turn after Belwar, and Grimnir, if your action isn't dependent on Valrish, you can go ahead too. I don't want to get stuck waiting on every turn if we don't have to.)
On his turn Grimnir is pouring down his healing potion in the beak of Oorr. "Come on Oorr, time to take your revenge !!! Belwar is in a bad position !" I let Oorr rolling his dice I guess... (2d4 +2)
Valrish quickly retreats, using the Disengage action.

Belwar lights a fire under the ooze, burning it slightly, but not stopping it's advance.
The ooze's attention turns to Belwar, the closest morsel, ready for eating. (Belwar can still move, invoking an opportunity attack, or wait it out...)
