Leshanna watches all this with a cool rational look on her face. When the dragonborn rushes off she waits a moment, then, as expected, eh comes back. "Probably best to rest here and then catch up with the dwarf on the morrow." She says, laying out her own bedroll and relaxing into her trance state. She will take the second half of the watch.
Raishan climbs back off his horse, walks back over to the camp, throws his backpack back down to the ground. Then continues to mumble under his breath as he unpacks his gear once again.
"Oh thank the Watcher he's back. I will take the first half of watch so long as I am able to meditate. I would also like to spend a hour in prayer to prepare my spells."
Given he was just given a message by his God to follow his heart to find justice, Horark continues to argue that time is of the essence. “He is close to his prize! There is no telling where he might go once he has it, no more evidence to follow the trail of where he goes. This well awaits. I was born in the darkness.... molded by it, I can scout ahead.” He tosses a ball bearing the Leshanna. “Follow these, this is my path.”
Several hours later, dawn breaks through the darkness, showering the forest with a dull light, inside the temple, the look is beautiful, at the top of the temple, is a large stained glass window, and when the light shines through it, it looks like a rainbow. Despite all this wonder, a large feline roar echoes through the village. Very close.

"Remember the words from the statue." Leshanna says, figuring it wouldn't hurt anything to try it. "If we say his name, while we are in his forest, we will be safe from things that live here."
Dearest Father -- yes that sounds quite nice -- today is a new day! I have been touched by the grace of Bahamut, he hath spoken to me and I have answered -- no no no -- he spoke to me and allowed me a question he would answer truthfully. I thought of the perfect question all by myself and now we are on our way to take down a great evil. Yes father, your baby boy is quite the adventurer now. I don't even have silk sheets! -- yes he will be impressed by that don't you think? -- And yet, me and my faithful steed JP, the Warhorse and my ward Horark, are ready to not only face evil but stamp it out dramatically with very shiny armor! You're bravest little boy, Free Mistylance.
Thank you Horark. You're doing quite well. Someday you may get a ward as well!"

Hoot sees a large cat on the outskirts of the village, gorging on a goat. The fearsome creature looks like it could give the whole party a challenge, almost as large a horse, the beast lifts its head and sniffs in the direction of the temple.

"There is a huge cat out there." Leshanna says, nodding to the door. "It may have scented us, since it seems to have taken note of the temple." She adds on. "Do we wish to face it, try out the words from the statue, or try to wait it out?"
"The words said that, as long as we say his name once per day, the dangers of this place will let us be." Leshanna said with a shake of her head. "That seems to mean we are good throughout the travels for the day, as long as we said his name once that day."
"It is gorging on a fresh kill." Leshanna said with a shake of her head. 'I doubt if it moves on for a while. I do not think we dare to tarry either, we were told to move on with haste after all..."

Raishan wakes back up and greets Surnia with a couple of scraps of meat and then sends he aloft to also check out the surroundings. Warning her of the cat and to keep an eye out for it.
A short minute or so later Free comes riding back. "It is REALLY dark out there! I think we should wait until the sun breaks."
