Lia will stay closer to the captain, talking and helping out with whatever the captain needs help with. She is being friendly and trying to make a good impression on the captain.
If he is able to get out of the work, Brodan will move to the other members of the group, keeping an eye on Kronk since he has trouble understanding him.
Kronk will seek out the bo'sun and ask him, "I say friend, I would like to learn how to do long and short splices; do you think you could teach me?" He will slowly fiddle with a gold piece as he asks, he green and orange eyes glittering in eagerness.
Kronk, you find him watching over the crew. When you approach, he doesn’t look even slightly intimidated. As “unique” in appearance as you may be, he’s definitely seen more terrifying things. Without a word, he walks away (still in sight). He seems to be searching for something, rummaging through items. He pulls out a few short ropes and returns to you. “Gold first, mate.”
Since Harq is proficient with Navigator's Tools he'll offer to help there, though he likely also knows the way around many other parts of the ship, so will spend the day generally ignoring Mulke, but trying to make himself useful on the ship both to take his mind off the news, as well as to get close to anyone of the crew he'd talked with while drinking the night before to see if he can get any more info about the potential mutiny (why/when/how/...). persuasion1824 ((again, double roll for adv/dis as you see fit))
Harq, you ask around the crew for more details about the mutiny, but most of them seem to ignore you, either focusing on their work or acting as if they don’t remember anything about it. You know they were all pretty drunk when they first mentioned the idea, maybe it was just the booze talking.
Helena will also offer her help, doing whatever is needed of her as well as trying to learn as much as she can of the workings the ship.
Helena, as you try to find something to help with, a man approaches you. He seems to be middle-aged, with wrinkles starting to form, and he’s missing a few teeth. “Ya lookin’ to help or to find trouble, lass? If you wanna do somethin’, go up there and watch fer other ships.” He points to the crow’s nest at the top of the mast.
Brodan will make his way on deck and use his magic to try and scare the lazier crewmen into doing there work so that he doesn't have to do a lot since he still is getting his sea legs. As he does this he will make sure to avoid any and all fire magic.
Brodan, the sailors look at you with disdain. They don’t seem to care much for magic, but you can tell they’re holding their tongues as you’re with their captain’s guest.

Brynn doesn’t appear to mind your presence, being possibly the nicest one of everyone in the crew. Though she isn’t ignoring you outright, she’s more focused on keeping control of the ship at the helm.
Kronk The bos’n takes your gold piece and teaches you how to splice the ropes. When you ask him about the shanties, he smiles and nods. He glances at Brynn for approval, then yells out “Let’s blow the man down!”
All of you can see the crew stop working for a moment to look at the bos’n, waiting. Then they all begin.
About an hour later, it begins to rain lightly. Once the sky is blocked off by dark clouds, the rain becomes much heavier, with the wood of the deck quickly soaking after a patter or two. As the storm brews, lightning erupts, striking a spot in the sea, close enough for you to hear the thunder after a few seconds.
Kronk will sing along as best he can and then teach them the sea shanty, "What Shall We Do With the Drunken Sailor", using a couple of belaying pins to keep time.

Kronk will endeavor to build a good rapport with the sailors, helping them, as long as he doesn't interfere to the point of making their labors more difficult; spinning yarns and asking them about themselves, looking for the more garrulous to chat up, hoping to learn interesting tidbits; and maybe more.

Helena looks up at the crows nest and grins. "Oh, I can definitely do that." She climbs on up and watches the sea peacefully. As the storm begins to brew, however, she climbs down so that she wouldn't be thrown off and to her potential death if it gets worse.
Brodan rolls his eyes as they give him dirty looks, giving his own right back to them as he does a bit to help. It seemed that the fools didn't realize how helpful a good magic user could be.
As rain starts pouring, you all head under shelter. Every member of the Sea Lady’s crew works through the storm, barely even flinching at the lightning. Brynn yells out to her crew, loud enough for you all to hear it: “The storm’ll last a few hours. Don’t act like cowards!”
Kronk climbs up into the rigging and HOWLS in delight at the storm.
"Lighterblastings! Lighterblastings! Yaaaaggh!! Loves fires blue drinkin', sinkin' into bones o' me."
Kronk loves the awesomeness of lightening, for some strange (sic) reason he feels it in his bones, or thinks he does which is pretty much the same thing.
Brodan groans as the boat rocks in the storm but stands straight and moved to go back out in it. At the very least he plans to get his sea legs before the end of this journey.
Kronk will commence to chewing on the rigging, jumping up and down singing bawdy songs at the top of his lungs, "CENSORED, CENSORED, CENSORED, CENSORED,...!"

Lia helps where she can, but would try to get under shelter when the rain starts.
