Cora/Zadoris Ethan is about 30ft away from you now, and he gets closer as the camels continue walking towards the pen. You can clearly see the girl, who you would assume to be injured. Lor steps out to take a closer look and you can hear his usual mumbling turn into absolute silence. He just keeps his eyes on the woman slumped on the camel. His expression changes into one of great sorrow and anguish. Malyra runs towards the woman to see if she can do anything to help.

Eira/Zargaroth Rhond has offered you 5 waterskins for 1 gold piece and 6 rations for 3 gold pieces.
Ethan Malyra runs towards you to check the woman. She seems to be trying to heal her, but none of the spells work. You can see Malyra start tearing up.
"Oh perfect! That should be enough waterskins! Though, maybe we should try and see if anyone else can spare some more rations. Let's split it half way!" Eira hands Rhond 2 gold.
Uhh unlikely. Lor’s hut is on the other side of the village. However, because the village is small, you might notice people going towards his hut. Roll for perception?
Eira/Zargaroth As you pay Rhond 2gp each, Eira notices a few people running in the direction of the hut. Zargaroth can see her concern and his attention is drawn to the group as well.
Ethan You determine there is nobody following the camels, at least not as far as you can see.
Cora You investigate the camels and the woman. You can tell that the camels were not harmed, and because they have no wounds, the blood on them is not theirs. The woman, however, is dead. The injury that seems to have killed her was a long cut along her stomach. With a 15, you can tell that she probably died from blood loss on her way back.
Lor snaps out of his shock and begins hobbling towards the camels.
Eira tilts her head curiously. "I wonder what's going on over there... Wait. That's the direction the others are. We should go check! Thank you for the supplies captain and safe travels!"She nods farewell to Rhond before rushing towards the hut.
Zargaroth/Eira Mara flies ahead, going over many of the buildings that are in your way. You lose sight of her, but Zargaroth can still feel her presence. Soon, you run into a large crowd. There are many whispers and voices of concern, but you can’t hear a lot from all the commotion.
Zargaroth:
You hear a quiet voice in your head. “There’s a big crowd. I don’t think you can get past them. I’ll show you.” You feel a ‘mental invitation’ in your head as Mara offers to share her perspective with you.
Zargaroth Just to be clear, you can still communicate with Mara.
The owl circles the crowd to find a good path, but is unable to. Zargaroth can see from above that:
There are group of camels with a person slumped on one’s back. You can tell that Cora, Malyra, Ethan, and Zadoris are surrounding this camel, and there is an old man slowly following. Mara flies close so you can hear the conversation. You can see Cora checking the body to see what happened to her, and you can hear Ethan say “She is gone.”
Mara perches on Ethan’s shoulder.
Ethan As you comfort Malyra, an owl perches on your shoulder. You do not recognize it, but it seems to know you.
"Any idea who could have done this?" Ethan asks as the camel merchant walks closer. He keeps his tone and voice light and sympathetic, understanding there is probably a lot of feelings the man is going through just then.
The old man just hobbles forward, slowly. He shakes his head. He looks at the blood smeared on the other camels and turns to Ethan, as if trying to decide on something. “It will take time to clean these camels, and this will alarm the others. They came from Thorton, so the horrible people who did this either did it there or on her way back. If I let you take them, will you avenge my granddaughter?”
"Without question." Ethan says, not even bothering to check with the others before answering. "You have my word, I will see her avenged, or die in the attempt myself."

Mara flies ahead, going over many of the buildings that are in your way. You lose sight of her, but Zargaroth can still feel her presence. Soon, you run into a large crowd. There are many whispers and voices of concern, but you can’t hear a lot from all the commotion.

Zargaroth hesitates for a moment, then Calls out to Eira.
"Eira this way is blocked, maybe Mara can find us a way past this crowd, just give me a second"
Zargaroth tries to find a quiet space in an alley or somewhere of the Main road , waits for Eira to join and then connects to Mara sharing her vision.

Just to be clear, you can still communicate with Mara.
