Krov grabs his trapped arm with the free one and pulls. The mimic jerks forward a little bit, then tightens its hold and pulls back, drawing the arm closer to its mouth.
With a yell, Inra draws her longsword and rushes next to Krov to slash at the creature (Attack: 23 Damage: 3).
Having had entirely enough of it gnawing on her companion, she then shoves it with her shield (23), hoping to force it away from Krov and step between them.

As Inra hits it, Krov is suddenly let go. The barrel in front of them shrinks and loses its shape. There is now a grey mass, undulating and twisting in front of them. A flash of teeth is still seen as it disengages and slides to within 5 feet from the door.

(I think shes referring to the shield master feat which lets you bonus action shove after an attack if she has that feat that is)

The creature releases its hold on Inra and slides in the direction of the door 15 feet.
As it does, it turns so its mouth stays facing you.

Krov is starting to look a bit beaten up and bloody, but he can still take more damage. His rage made him a hard to kill dragon boy.
