"I suggest we return the gem and finally go visit the Lord of Barovia....."

In terms of valuable items, Baba Lysaga doesn’t seem to have much on her. Besides her soiled, now bloody, robes, she has a variety of archaic spell components on her. Bundles of bloody wicker effigies, small needles, dried and crumble flowers, as well as other things of that sort can be found in her small components pouch. You could definitely remove a head if you so desired.

Viorela will do the deed of removing the hag's head. She will look to see if the hag has a few bags. Don't want to get blood everywhere! If Vio is able, she will wrap the head up and place it in the bag.

"Well, I'm ready to follow you all."

Excellent, sounds like a plan. You easily find a bag large enough to contain the head. When you set off to return to the Martikov’s home, Kasimir will spend the time traveling Identifying the collected items:

Scrolls - Revivify and Mass Cure Wounds

Pipes - Pipes of Haunting

Bag of Stones - 10 Sling Bullets, +1

The Revenant hands the silvered liquid to the Accurate. "Elwarith, I think you should use it on one or more of your arrows and if no one claimed it, I would like to keep this Cat's Skull for me guys" 

"It's time to go back to the Winery, maybe rest...prepare ourself for perhaps, the last mission of the Mistbusters..eh!"

"Agreed, the sooner we confront Strahd the sooner perhaps we can return to our world."

Viorela will take her share of the mundane treasures (coins and gems), but shrugs at the other stuff leftover. Especially the pipes. "Bry, are you able to carry a tune? I think a victory's fanfare is called for." 

She prepares for the journey to the winery. Whenever they set off, she spends most of her time watching the group's back and eyeing any sources of noise. Killing the witch may have been easy, but Vio fears that Strahd might not be as trivial. Getting your hopes up in Barovia is akin to dousing oneself in gasoline near an open flame.

 You recall that the Martikovs only knew the locations of these two, the third gem was stolen under the cover of night, never to be seen again.

(OOC - ah ok good - I mean - we found these two - it would be in poor taste to not go get the third one if we knew where)

Of course, the mighty MistBusters, ever the polite ones!

With that, as always, the MistBusters leave Berez in their wake, and return to the Martikovs. The Martikovs are grateful beyond measure for the help that you, mere strangers in a foreign land, have done for them. They feel ashamed that they have nothing to offer you in exchange, but they confirm that should you ever need help, then you will have the Keepers of the Feather at your side.

"It's good to know your flock can assist us, sir," Viorela states. She is trying to be formal with the Martikovs. "There are big plans brewing for the devil's palace. I do hope you will join us?"

Davian nods, “Yes, you have risked your lives for us, we are willing to do the same for you. You have our aid. You should know, however, that despite our condition,” Davian gestures to a hand that slowly transitions from a hand to a bird’s claw and back, “We are not the type for fighting. Our best use is in the skies.”

((I sort of wonder if we could use the Martikovs to drop us off at a higher point in Ravenloft, but then I also wouldn't know where we'd wanna enter in. I'm sure the damn devil would know if we were entering from any point in his castle, but maybe there is a chance we could surprise him... somehow. Thoughts?))

(OOC - what about Kasimir - isn't he still with us? he wants in to the castle too maybe he knows a way to sneak in?)

Kasimir is still with you. He thinks for a moment, “Castle Ravenloft is an incredibly difficult and evil nut to crack. However, if this ‘Rictavio,’ as you call him, is leading a revolt. We may be able to sneak through the sewers into the catacombs. Or we could just fly through a window like Viorela suggested.”

(OOC - forgive my forgetfulness but do we have an idea where this Rictavio fellow might be found?  If so perhaps we should bid the martikov's farewell in the morning and head that way)

(Vio was sent here by Rictavio, so she might know where he is. If you were thinking to ask for his help, he is guaranteed to show up I believe since Vio is trying to help you gather allies.)

(OOC - then I suggest we either go find Rictavio or we just head straight to Strahd's castle)

(I want to say that Ricky will be waiting to meet us at the castle in a week's time... I might be remembering poorly!)
