Sorumar will stamp his feet a few times at the cold, "I hate snow. Where are we and where's the cabin? Can anyone see anything?" He'll look around as best he can to see if there's anything around in this blizzard.

You notice the plants are looking haggard. It does not seem all due to the unseasonable blizzard either.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Well this is probably not a good thing..." Vaden says as he wraps his cloaker tighter aroun dhim. "Are we sure we got to the right place?" He asks, looking around himself.
Gandolph and a Gandolph look alike make it into the snow with the group. Gandolph introduced the group to his 'body guard' (simulacrum) that morning and they have been inseparable since.
Gandolph volunteers, after pulling his cloak more tightly around himself, "My body guard and I each have a flying broom that we can share with one other companion as long as they are not too big" he looks at Sorumar and shrugs his shoulders.
Jown Sno looks up at the snowstorm and says, "This was certainly unexpected." He turns back at Gandolph and Gandolph 2 and says, "I'd say I'm too big for the broom so I should follow my fellow man-at-arms." He then follows Sorumar.
You here a string of muffled swearing from where Raist was in line to go through the three and then finally you seem him rise up out of the sow drifts on a broom. "What the hell is with this damn snow and where did this blizzard come from, a little warning would have been nice." Shaking the snow form his clothes the irritation in his voice subsiding, "OK, lets get to the rangers cabin and out of this snow!."
Btw, just saying, Gilrahas at-will Pass without Trace, which he's always using almost reflexively. It's concentration, so might fall away once something else starts to happen, but otherwise it's on.

Sounds good. Everyone can add +10 to their stealth unless something causes the spell to go down. Note the requirement to be close to the caster of this though.
"I'll take a ride on one of those brooms..." Vaden says, trying to dust the snow from his dragonscale boots.
He would move up to one of the armored warriors first though and give them advantage on all stealth checks, pretty much removing their disadvantage from heavy armor.
So there are three brooms of flying. Are you guys moving as slow as the others, or are you trying to go faster? As a note the travel on ground is through difficult terrain, so is half-pace. The winds making going with the brooms difficult as well, but you still can move faster than the others.
Also need a survival check from those leading the way...
Vaden can ride with me and I would always try and stay with the group, traveling like this I would say I would be about 10' above the group staying in the middle or so.

Vaden is able to recognize enough of the land to know this is indeed the land around the cabin.
Qatyra will lead the way toward the cabin. Stealthily if possible.
Stealth 20
Amathile wraps his cloak around him a bit. "Why the cold?.." Amathile asks.
"Probably because of the privacy," his sword responds. Amathile just rolls his eyes a bit and trudges along after the others.

Lot's of stuff ...
Six Coins looked around as they made their way forward through the snow, keeping an eye out for danger or anything out of place.
Perception: 27
(That's actually a 29 because of Reliable Talent)
Sorumar will chuckle, "I'm probably a little too big, but I can make it through just fine." And he'll start plowing through the snow.

Six Coins would move to the front of the group to help to lead them through the snow.
(Difficult terrain doesn't slow Six Coins down because of his Ring of Free Action)
Survival: 23 (Thats actually a 29 with Reliable Talent)
He tries to remain as silent as possible as he moves forward.
Stealth: 46 (+10 if he is near enough to Gilra)
Jown Sno's stealth (with Pass Without a Trace): 18
(Same for Sorumar, Ring of Free Action gets rid of the difficult terrain penalty.)
Sorumar would lead the rest of the group on foot, following Six Coins, using his bulk to try and clear a path for them.
Stealth (Assuming Vaden Blessed Jown): 30
Qatyra, after the first hour of travel, lets the group ignore movement penalties.
