The bodies of the three bandits barely have anything worth looting, a bare handful of coppers between them. Taking your time you proceed carefully further along the sewer tunnel, it eventually widens by a sluice gate into a large chamber.
On the far side of the chamber you see an ornate double door, reinforced with steel bars, embossed with a stylized rats head, one of its incisors make with copper. There are sconces on either side of the door giving pools of light out for 30ft or so and dim light to see by out to where you are. There are pockets of darkness above you and in the corners of the chamber. The roof is about 15 ft above you.
In front of the doors stands a thin rodent faced woman, a dagger in one hand, and she appears to be giving orders to the six giant rats flanking her
So as a rat you don’t notice anything out of the ordinary. However even though you changed shape you cannot speak rodent and as such the other rats give you the stink eye as you scurry towards them
Leowin, still disguised as a bandit, grabs Diomedes and whispers to play along. Holding a dagger to his throat, Leowin walks up to the rat faced woman.
Hey, open up! We got hit! Bert and the others are dead. I grabbed this one and made a break for it. We need to get inside. And ask this ****er a few questions.

Draskans maul fails to find a target but Diomedes is able to crush the furry little buggers beneath his mace.

Rollo slides into the shadows, keeping an eye out for any hidden bandits or rats, ready to strike

The rats and the humanoid give no indication that they have seen him
