We represent Aquisitions Inc . Honestly I want to get to the bottom of things. I'm none to happy that innocents died over a gem that from all accounts is worth a lot of gold, nor am I happy with the fact that fireball went off on our front porch . Herald never mentioned your rescue to us, so once i got this information i figure I'd see the man himself and see if he could shed some light on the mystery
"When the Lord's of Waterdeep ousted my father, I thought his long, dark shadow was finally gone for good. Truth is, I want nothing to do with him. But his spies hound me. One of them, Dalakhar, had been watching me for months. Then, about 2 tendays ago, the spy was suddenly nowhere to be seen. My father didn't trust many people, but he trusted that gnome."
"I spoke to a few of Dalakhar's friends. Apparently, he was on a special mission to retrieve the Stone of Golorr and was afraid that the Zhentarim and the Xanathar Guild were close to catching him. When he heard about my kidnapping, he wanted more information about the adventurers who had rescued me. I think Dalakhar was planning to pay you to deliver the Stone of Golorr to my father in Neverwinter."
"I have no idea why the Masked Lord's ousted my father, but good riddance. He'd already been working on his status in Neverwinter for years at that point anyway. Knowing him he'd rather be a King than an Open Lord any day."
"The Zhents think my father embezzled a large amount of gold while he was Open Lord, and that he hid the dragon's somewhere in the city. They think they can find it using an artifact called the Stone of Golorr, which was in the hands of the Xanathar Guild until recently. Stolen by Dalakhar it now seems. The Zhents thought I knew something about all of this, but I don't. My father and I haven't spoken in years."
"I don't know anything about any gem involved in this whole mess though."
I am new to this particular mess. Stone , gem, shard, so forth and so on, the name Golorr helped my memory . So this is the whole ruckus. Everyone wants to get their hands on the stone so it can lead to rumored embezzled gold somewhere in the city. I know we all need gold to make it in this area but is it truly worth cold blooded murder? Makes me think of the way things can go where I'm from. Who is Floxin , if you know? This is another named that popped up.
You have a lot going on outside the game, but Arthur isn't distracted by those things. That's where the character notes come in to remind you of the data Arthur knows.
Lord Raener thank you so much for the time you gave us. Honestly it was very helpful. We owe you a good deed the way I see it. I'm certain you know where to find us if needed. Good day to you sir and blessings of Tyr upon you
Arthur will head over to black staff tower, and give the new information to Vajra ( hopefully this helps them out if they themselves haven't learned as much ) , then he heads to Troll skull tavern
Vajra thanks you for the information. But since the City Watch is handling it so far, Force Grey and the Grey Hands are not yet mobilized by the Open Lord.
She will let the Open Lord know about the Stone and it's possible connection to the embezzled dragons.

"Come inside."
Once inside the entry hall he begins,
"When the Lord's of Waterdeep ousted my father, I thought his long, dark shadow was finally gone for good. Truth is, I want nothing to do with him. But his spies hound me. Im sorry about the relationship between you and your father . I do not know your father. Why would the lords of waterdeep oust him?

"I don't know anyone named Floxin, was he killed in the blast too?"
No. The dead zhents that were killed in the blast , well their spirits mentioned his name too. Figure it wouldn't hurt for me to ask you that.
On post #1 is a link like this Investigation clues
You have a lot going on outside the game, but Arthur isn't distracted by those things. That's where the character notes come in to remind you of the data Arthur knows.
Ooc: Sweet, another clue
Lord Raener thank you so much for the time you gave us. Honestly it was very helpful. We owe you a good deed the way I see it. I'm certain you know where to find us if needed. Good day to you sir and blessings of Tyr upon you
"If I find out anything more, I'll let you know."
Current time is early evening time.

Your welcome Vajra and thank you. I figure any clue is better than no clue. Farewell and blessings of Tyr upon you.
*with that Arthur heads to troll skull tavern , hopefully with cloud and Yevis still there*
Yevis is still with you. Cloud may be with you in person, but her mind seems to be elsewhere.
Ooc: I'm guessing we have arrived at troll skull tavern then. Anything we see that's the norm or is there anything out of the ordinary ?
Tavern is running well, a fully established self-sustaining business
Sweet. What time of day is it game time ?
Evening time. You wrapped up those meetings towards late afternoon, with the sun setting by the time you get home.
Upon getting home Arthur goes into the tavern and gets some ale. " Yevis are you thirsty?"
"Sure, I'd love a drink before heading home. Thank you!"
