Ok, if I got 3 then 2 for the franchise ( get them working asap ) and 1 for the tavern . The one in the tavern will have time to get adjusted , get to know the likes of Peerson or Russell , and maybe get some practice ( training ) in for a bit
The Tavern staff will show up on the 1st, that's when the paycheck starts for them.
The Franchise hires from the orphanage are as follows:
Quinn Rowntree is a 14 year old male human. He has cropped, curled, auburn hair and green eyes. He has silky, sunburned, golden skin. He stands 142cm (4'7") tall and has a skinny build. He has an oblong, mediocre face. He smells heavily of cookies.
Findelye Isilielenion is a 15 year old female half-elf. She has very long, wavy, blond hair and golden eyes. She has rough white skin. She stands 154cm (5'0") tall and has a round build. She has an oval, slightly glamorous face. She has a tribal tattoo on her right arm.
Sounds good . Seems they'll both have plenty of opportunity to grow and learn . I take it Quinn has a sweet tooth lol. When I meet them / hire them on I give them as much of a positive vibe as possible . I want them to feel wanted / needed as possible. I'll deal with the cost of clothing now via character sheet
What the Player’s Handbook calls untrained hirelings are often referred to as “subemployees” within an Acquisitions Incorporated franchise, while skilled hirelings typically gain the more prestigious title of “intern.” It’s entirely up to individual franchisees what awesome titles they bestow upon their staff members in addition to (or, indeed, in lieu of) perks such as an occasional wage.
There for awhile, in the beginning of the campaign, the first players were calling new players interns.
Uh, well the Dungsweepers all tips their hats to you and thanks you all for looking out for them today, and they hope to see you all tomorrow morning. They all load up in the big carts on their trip outside the city walls.
(Is there a way to know how to look into this suspicious cart in the future? Preferably in less suspicious or hostile ways? Such as a contact that knows where they are offloading their items?)
Ooc: I'm guessing I joined the crew after dropping off Quinn & Fin at the tavern. If so I'll edit this post some with a bit of role play . * Arthur shows up once done with his errands* Hail and well met to the Dungsweepers Guild, I trust the day has treated all you well?
Cool. As per the norm I'll head back to troll skull manor . " by the way, I had some fortune in getting 2 unskilled franchise employees. They should be at the manor. " I mention this shortly after departing from guard duties with the dungsweeper guild to whomever is interested in hearing it within our group

2 separate businesses, 2 for the Franchise and 3 for the Tavern are needed.

Lol, blurb from the Acq Inc book:
JOB TITLE AND BENEFITS
What the Player’s Handbook calls untrained hirelings are often referred to as “subemployees” within an Acquisitions Incorporated franchise, while skilled hirelings typically gain the more prestigious title of “intern.” It’s entirely up to individual franchisees what awesome titles they bestow upon their staff members in addition to (or, indeed, in lieu of) perks such as an occasional wage.

Subhirelings will work then . I wasn't sure what to call them so I went with upstarts . Think I'll shorten it to subs

The afternoon is now yours.

Sincerely,
-Raven Eclipse Cross
(you would have to seek out such a contact. The Carousing downtime is the easiest way, just costs time and coin)
(Is that something I can afford at this time with 32 gold? I know I have enough time, but not sure about monies.)
Sincerely,
-Raven Eclipse Cross
That's up to you really. We do a lot of downtime in this campaign, all the absent members are pretty much accruing downtime as we play.
Here is a link to that activity

The Franchise did hire someone to do nothing but that, but isn't funded to start it yet.
And you can do it a day or two here and there, I keep track of it on post 4 or 5 of this thread.

Your choice
Cool
They wave as they head off on their carts to the city gates.
You all have a great evening as well. Blessings of Tyr upon you . ( I take it they are done for the day with the wave )
Done with the part you were hired to guard. No one anticipates any gang war activity outside of town, since there hasn't been any yet.
