As you make your way back to the Manor, turning onto Delzorin Street. You can hear a crier advertising about the new act starting soon at Teatro Zanzini, Pungo & Perdita expert dog trainers. Pass by the strange smells coming from the Chultan restaurant, Mezro. See the empty building that used to be Cleargain's Arms and Armory. You notice the halfling sisters Bree and Cora Appleblossom playing the flute and fiddle with a tabaxi named Rolls on the lute in front The Rolling Stone while their brothers Bobbin and Finan dance along. You turn left into the alley, between Bakken's Shoes with it's old faded Going out of Business sign and the Zephyr Post with it's birds arriving and departing above. Past the sweet and savory smells of the Du Pain Pierre bakery to the refreshed Tavern front of Trollskull Manor. Quinn Roundtree, the recently hired young lad, is out front digging on a future garden. Findelye Isilielenion, the recently hired young lass, is heading out with a load of dirty bed linens. Inside the Common Room of the Manor, Mr Russell is talking to a blonde woman named Alexia Ashglade.
*Raven walks alongside Arthur as they head back to the tavern and she smiles at his information, "That is wonderful news. I hope they can be trusted. I should find some flowers and a vase for their rooms, so they feel welcomed. Would you like to join me, Sir...oh. Hold that thought..."
*she would speak to him as she continues to walk with him towards the tavern and as they make their respective ways through the doorway she smiles towards Mr. Russell and walks over to them, standing quietly for a moment while he talks to the woman, making sure not to interrupt. After a few seconds she softly lays her palm on his shoulder, leaning in closely and whispering into Mr. Russel's ear for only him to hear, "Guard duty has been completed, Sir. I am on my way to the flower shop, if there is nothing else?"
Arthur points to the half elf lass and introduces her to the group, points at the human and introduces him to the group. Thank you Fin and Quinn, you two are doing wonderful jobs. OOC: proper intoros all around , just clutter avoidance
*Ravens bows politely to the woman and looks up, then with a firm handshake she nods and smiles* Your timing is fortuitous. There was a suspicious cart that the Dungsweepers Guild wouldn't let us check. Do you fancy checking it out for us? Preferably without aggression. I just need to know if it will become of any harm to our establishment."
(Raven tends to try and be as professional as possible as she feels it is the best possible way to get on peoples good sides and to get things done efficiently.)
Hello Miss Ashglade. Tis a pleasure to meet you. I am Arthur Darkeyes the 3rd. Ooc: too raven : nonsense . The dungsweepers are only doing their job. There is no need in hassling them. If you found a gold coin on the street are you going to turn it into the local constable just so he can put it in his pocket? Let them be , until they do wrong no need in this. *back to Ashglade*: appologies miss ashglade , Raven has only joined us yesterday. Please, come on in and make yourself at home if you like. Once everyone is here I've got a idea I'd like to share
No Miss Ashglade , no plot. The way I see it if something is discarded or lost and nobody has reported it , it's finders Keepers. I'm waiting for Hareld and Cloud to arrive before I pitch this idea of mine. I believe you could help on it too
*Raven glares at Arthur for a moment before sighing and letting it go, then makes her way to her room and offloading her backpack and armor and coming back into the main room in her casual travelers clothes. She makes her way to a chair, turning it around with the back of it towards the table and sitting down on it with her legs spread and her arms rested on the back of the chair as she once did before.*
"I wonder when the others shall return?" *she speaks softly as she watches the freehands working at the garden outside*
They'll arrive when they do. I guess they are trying to make some contacts for us, just a guess. Raven, the dungsweepers guild is paying us for protection . I have no idea what they make in a day but I'm sure it isn't much. When you were out in the wilderness and found something that looked like it had some value did you keep it or leave it?
(now is a good time while waiting on others to work on your inventory. Moving items down from inventory to Other Possessions reduces what you carry on your person during your normal daily activities.)
(Almost everyone took a hit to your speed due to being overloaded.)
*she nods and glances back at Arthur* I suppose I would have left it alone, so that whomever it belonged to would come back to retrieve it. And, yes, I would like that very much. I would like to go to the flowershop at the very least, among others. Perhaps we can get to know eachother a bit better on the way." (OOC - perhaps we can find a bag of holding for cheap)
*Raven stands up, and swings her legs back around, then turns the chair around as well, and pushes it in. She then leaves the room to go back to her bedroom to retrieve her coin pouch and straps her Warhammer to her belt just incase. She returns, still wearing her traveler's clothes. "Does this stand out too much or should I wear my armor again?"
I would say it's your choice when it comes to armour. You won't find a bag of holding at a cheap price . I wear my armour bc I'd rather have it and not need it as opposed to need it and not have it , although at a later time I might invest in lighter armour. I'm certain Mr. Russell will keep Miss Ashglade company . ooc: with that I get ready to head out unless raven decides she wants armour or Mr . Russell isn't keeping Miss Ashglade company
Mr. Russell, will you be keeping Miss Ashglade company ? Raven and I are going to do a bit of shopping . I need something other than these fine clothes whilst doing guard jobs and I am also needing a waterproof scroll case. Would you have any suggestions as to where to buy a scroll case that isn't too far from here?
*Raven nods and goes back into her bedroom, seeing the wise strategy in his words, and dons her armor once more just in case, then tucks her hair under her chain hood as per usual before meeting Arthur outside and walking beside him* "Ready when you are. Sir."
"Ah yes, most things can be found around the Market at the center of the city. If you can't find it there, it's bound to be in some specialty stores in the Trades Ward."

Mr Russell:
"As far as I know that was the only job for the day, only 2 days left on this contract"
"This is Miss Ashglade, she will be seeking out contacts for our franchise to use in the future."

Ooc-the NPCs take care of themselves pretty much. And just in case it wasn't clear, y'all don't work for Mr Russell, he works for y'all.
