Bey lights up the tunnel for a split second as the magic slams into the frozen lock and shatters it to pieces. The iron barred door creaks loudly as it swings open on its bent hinges. the loud sound is quickly stifled by the sound of water flowing the tunnel once more. As you all quickly file past the gate and move down the tunnel, the tunnel comes to a fork branching off to the left and to the right. The right tunnel curves a bit back towards town where as when you look down the tunnel to the left, you think you might see a faint bit of light far off in the distance.

Mith looks down the tunnel heading left and can see the light of the swamp piercing the darkness far off in the distance. Jakob can tell that the left would lead to the swamp but also hears some faint noise just barley audible over the sound of the flowing water. it sounds like footprints shuffling in the darkness.. and he thinks the spots a very faint green glow from around a bend in the darkness down the right tunnel.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As the party shuffles through the gate Norge grins and makes sure to point out, "I won't deny that Bey did a good job breaking the lock but I'm pretty sure I loosened it!"
"Of course, you did," Bey says with a grin. "I barely used any force at all, it was mostly light. In fact, I think it cracked open before the beam even left my hand."
"You said you saw somebody?" Jakob asks Azure, looking down the right tunnel. "I think they went this way." He looks at the others. "Should we follow them?"
Norge looks pleased with himself as Bey acknowledges his contributions to breaking the lock. As the sound of footsteps echo down the tunnel to the right Norge chimes in after Jakob. "I think I heard something to. The swamp can wait. Let's go this way."
Jakob leads the group down slightly smaller tunnel leading to the right. The group is able to stand upright but it is only ten feet wide and ten feet tall, leaving you walking on a bit of a slope on the sides. it is completely dark except for a slight green glow around the bend. The sound of falling water gets louder as the group approaches the unseen section of sewer. The group can now also hear the loud scraping and shuffling sound getting louder and louder. It is hard to tell what it is coming from and how many creatures might be causing it because of the echoes emanating through The damp tunnel. A shallow stream of brown water rushes around your feet as you make your way around the bend. Jakob and Norge are the first to see a large rectangular room with a large pool of brown churning water in the center. Along the walls at least a dozen pipes of different sizes are spewing water and waste into the pool that then runs off down the tunnel you are standing in. Along the walls around the pipes are sections of glowing green ooze that provides enough dim light for those without dark vision to see. Jakob and Norge are able to see eight small kobold looking figures shuffling through the dark noisy room... It is difficult to tell what they are doing but they appear to be scraping the green ooze-like mold into containers. They do not appear to have noticed you.
“That might be the Glowing Goo that Mucor spoke of. If so, then that’s one of the ingredients he needs for his cure. Mith, can you confirm that this is indeed Glowing Goo? And if so, what can we use to collect a sample?”
"No offense," Jakob whispers to Mith, "but your kobold brethren seem a little possessive. Are they going to fuss if we try to collect some of the goo ourselves?"
OOC: Norge has a round shield that could form a bowl if turned face down. Something like the image below.
"We could probably carry some of the goo in my shield if we really needed to. That might be a bit clumsy to carry though." Norge whispers to the group. "Azure, could you use Shape Water to coat one of our weapons with the goo and freeze it like you augmented my mace the other day? It's water adjacent so it might work." Norge shrugs and he makes the suggestion, unsure if the idea would actually work.
"Stand back, gentlemen."
When Azure and Norge have moved out of the way, Bey calls forth a burst of arcane energy that discharges from her hand at the lock. (Damage: 9)

Jakob is the last to walk through the broken gate. He mumbles something regretful as he does so.
Perception: 23 + hunter's intuition: 2
Looking at the options, Jakob asks, "Which way, Mith?"

"To the left, I think, is the way to where the sewer dumps into the swamp."
Kinda making an assumption here that Mith knows the way to the swamp.

Bey follows a few feet behind the others, keeping her eyes and ears open and hoping the Mith indeed knows the right way!

Azure will keep pace with Bey and watch the groups back. "Think it's him?" he asks quietly

Norge is able to hear the same shuffling of feet and scraping down the right tunnel as Jakob and can see a very very faint green glow as well.
"You said you saw somebody?" Jakob asks Azure, looking down the right tunnel. "I think they went this way." He looks at the others. "Should we follow them?"
"Yeah, forget the swamp, lets follow those people we saw." Mith says as he points to the right tunnel.
Norge looks pleased with himself as Bey acknowledges his contributions to breaking the lock. As the sound of footsteps echo down the tunnel to the right Norge chimes in after Jakob. "I think I heard something to. The swamp can wait. Let's go this way."
"Agreed." Azure says following closely behind.
If no one else seems eager to lead, Jakob does so.
