Initiative order! Mith Crocodile1 (Glowing *advantage on attacks against* - 15 damage taken) Jakob Norge Crocodile 2 (17 damage taken) Bey Crocodile 3 Azure
The small kobold launches an bolt towards the attacking crocodile. The metal tip plunges into the back of the attacking beast as it thrashes in the water and sends waves rippling through the stinking swamp. The now glowing and badly wounded crocodile seemingly ignores its wounds and continues to snap at the water genasi.
Attack: 5 Damage: 11
The Crocodile tries to bite Azure but ends up latching on to the sewerpipe behind him and breaks off a few teeth with a loud crack that echoes down the tunnel.
Jakob is up! Then Norge!
OOC: Sorry again for lack of posting, It was a busy weekend :D We almost have my kids bedroom finished :D
Jakob draws his club, wraps the thick fingers of his free hand around the small piece of carved wood hanging around his neck, and speaks a word in Druidic. Green veins snake their way from his palm along the outside of his weapon, decorating it with strange scroll work. Once the surface is covered, the green veins turn black. Jakob swings at the croc attacking Azure.
Bonus: shillelagh
Action: weapon attack with shillelagh at advantage due to faerie fire: 14; damage: 4 magical bludgeoning damage
Jakob slams his weapon into the crocodiles head. The club strikes hard and there is a crack as the creatures skull caves under the weight of the blow. A yellow eyes of the creature dart around for a moment or two before finally stopping as the creature sinks down below the surface of the water.. leaving behind only bubbles and a black simmering oil-like streak in the water...

Seeing that Jakob has taken care of the crocodile that was after Azure, Norge will turn and focus his attention on the crocodile that Mith just attacked. At the top of his lungs Norge shouts, "Bey! This one is all yours!" He brings his mace behind his back and, with a large wind up, swings the mace upward into the crocodile's belly.
Pushing Attack: 17 Damage: 7
Superiority Die: 3
(Pushing Attack: When you hit with a weapon attack, you can expend one superiority die to add the total to the damage roll, and if the target is Large or smaller, it must make a STR saving throw (DC 13). On failure, you push the target up to 15 ft. away from you.)
With a smug look Norge cracks a smile and says, "See you later... crocodile" and nods to himself in satisfaction.
OOC: The goal is to launch the crocodile in an arc through the air so that Bey has a clear shot at it and to make sure it is away from Azure.
Norge swings his mace and manages to slam the head of the weapon through the water and into the gut of the crocodile (18) The large creature is knocked partially up out of the water but falls straight down with a large splash that covers Norge, Jakob, and Azure with water.
After splashing down into the water, the crocodile quickly thrashes its head as black blood starts to pour from the creatures eyes and mouth. It quickly snaps towards Norge's hand.
Attack: 9 Damage: 5
The battered and bruised crocodile fails to latch on to the fighter as it continues to bleed in to murky water.

Still frustrated that her aim was so bad last time, Bey pulls another arrow to her bowstring and takes a deep breath as she concentrates on the otherworldly power that's still surging through her. With the injured crocodile in her sights, she pull the string back to the limit of her strength and releases the arrow, aiming right for the flat patch right between the creature's eyes. As soon as the arrow is released, she extends the curse ([spell]Hex[/spell) once more at the croc, hoping to finish it off with the combination of weaponry and life destroying magic.

The arrow explodes into the face of the crocodile. As it slams into its head, a small cloud of spores spray out from the wound like a tiny smoking valcano as it sinks into the water. A dark bubbling pool begins to spread from the corpse as it disappears under the water.
The last remaining crocodile seems unphased by what has happened to the other crocodiles and continues to assult Azure as if it were a mindless machine..
Attack: 6 Damage: 12
The creature fails to connect with the water genasi as it continues its relentless assult.
Azure is up and then we are at the top of the round again!
The Crocodile thrashes and rolls as the crossbow bolt slams into its side. While it is spinning in the water Jakob brings down his club on to the crocodile, sending a wave of water over himself and driving the creature down into the murky water where it stays motionless. Dark oily pools slowly spread from where the slain creatures sank below the stinking surface of the water... The swamp is very quiet now as the dark pools continue to spread as the strange blood mixes with the stagnant water. The only sound you hear is the sound of the water draining from the sewer and the occasional buzzing of dragonflies. With the threat nuetralized, Azure is able to uncover the large crate and with a bit of help he is able to lift it out of the water and set it on the lip of the sewer pipe. Mud and filth have filled the cracks and crevices of the crate and obscure any labels or markings on the bottles at first Only the tops of the glass bottles are visible at first and are all broken except for one. Lifting the bottle from the stinking crate, you wipe off the mud and are unable to make out much on the small label. The liquid inside is black with specs of brown and a faint green glow...
I need Con saves from Azure, norge, and jakob... also Investigation checks if you want on the crate / glasses
Be moves closely and cautiously to have a look at the craft and the glasses, being careful not break any of the glasses or touch the strange black liquid. (Does the label have any writing on it?)

The immediate threat seems to be gone. Norge scans the surroundings as he cautiously puts his mace and shield away. "Well that'll get the blood pumpin'! What do we have here?" He bends down and takes a look at the crate and bottles.
As the group gather around the crate full of mostly broken bottles, they cannot help but notice the strange craftsmanship on the crate and the bottles inside. They appear to have come from some place far away and don't resemble any kind of bottle you have seen before. The construction of the glasses makes them quite fragile and it is no surprise that only one bottle seems to have survived being dumped into the sewer. The glass is blown in a way that it almost resembles roots or a lattice of some kind as the dark liquid floats around inside. Azure and Bey begin looking over the bottles and crate trying to find any identifying information or clues as to what this is or where it came from but all the labels they find are either too bady water damaged or perhaps overlooked under mud and grime. Norge manages to pull out one fractured bottle and notices a small mostly intact lablel that doesn't seem to match the bottle.. as though it was put on after it was created by someone else. Wiping away the dirt and grime from the label the best he can, he is able to make out a few words....

"Well, it looks like this is what was making the fish sick," Jakob says, putting his club away and drawing out his rag to wipe beads of water from his forehead. "Those crocodiles didn't look like they were faring too well, either." He peers at the bottles. "Strange." He looks back down the pipe. "But the bottles out here in the swamp wouldn't have made the kobolds back there sick," he continues thoughtfully.

"It would if they were eating the fish and drinking the water. I wonder if that's the main way it's spreading, through food. "
Mith ponders.
