Kwisatz blinks for a few seconds, catching himself staring down in the blackness, and looks around the room. So much death and undeath down here that he’s almost lost focus. Looking behind him as Duncan hops into the room following the group he makes eye contact with his feathered companion and seems to gain some resolve and focus needed to continue. Knowing that there is now light down the tunnel he looks to Duncan and tells him to drop down the tunnel to see what he can. Putting an arm on Rush, as a sign to wait (and to hold his balance), his eyes goes white as Duncan drops down the hole, flapping only at the bottom to slow himself, and looks around ((perception 11)); ready to pop Duncan away at any sign of danger. He immediately reports to the group what he sees.
Duncan deftly flies down to the bottom where the torch is providing plenty of light. Duncan is fairly certain he's seeing everything there is to see: bones from discarded animals, as well as some fecal matter. It's gross, but nothing dangerous or of value.
"Maybe this was used like a Netty?" wonders Sael aloud. "At least we can move on."

“This place is simply swarming with undead, with each room bringing more and more. With little to no sign of any dwarves. I do hope that we’ll be able to find some sign of life, though it seems we wont need to warn them of the dragon in the area.”Kwisatz says sadly as Duncan appears next to them again. “I believe I saw some stairs opposite this room, after that there may be little else to find in here. Though I remain hopeful.”
"Am vant to check all over if vi can. De last Dvergen place vi vent, dir vas many hidden doors." Andrømeda says with a sniff, knowing at this point that he was likely correct and all the inhabitants were probably dead or gone.

If you think my puns are bad, I'll remind you, my profile pic says otherwise.
The dusty room has all the trappings one expects to find in a dwarven kitchen, including metal dishware, utensils, and drinking mugs. A stone sink is equipped with a faucet which, when turned, spouts hot water channeled from a naturally heated underground spring.
No other doors to go through that way and nothing of much value one way or another.

Kwisatz takes advantage of the hot running water to splash some on his face, and wash his hands, to wipe away the sweat and gunk from the ghouls. He checks the drawers and cabinets for anything else interesting ((investigation 20)), as well as for a nice drinking mug (those dwarves like to drink, and it’s always good to have your own mug while on the road), takes a drink of water from it, and says “Does this leave only the stairs?”
On a cursory glance, in the western room, you see two ballistas that point toward arrow slits in the east wall. Each ballista is equipped with five bolts. The guard post is otherwise empty.
Then, in the eastern room, the gnawed bones, torn armor fragments, and rusty battleaxes of two dead dwarf guards lie in the middle of the room. The guards were trapped here by ghouls, killed, and eaten.
Two ballistas aimed at arrow slits in the west wall come equipped with five bolts apiece.
Andrømeda picks up one of the battleaxes, giving it a look and a couple of swings, shrugging. She takes both of them and straps them to her pack by the javelins she carries, leaves the room, and continues on toward the stairs.

Rush stops mid-stowing his shield. “I was planning on following him... I guess I thought everyone was going.”

There doesn't seem to be much room down there for more than one person.

Andrømeda climbs back out, shaking her head at the silly waste of time, and walks out of the dining area heading toward the stairs.
((Is her greataxe still glowing?))
So long as Rush maintains concentration, it is.

There are 3 doors that you have seen in this area that you haven't explored, yet. Or, there are the stairs that go up. Up to you. :)

((Had to look at the map again. I thought that was the last one lol))
Andrømeda opens the nearest door, poking her head in to see what there is.
((I can't update the map right now, but...))
Andrømeda opens the door to the south.

Kwiz can add a dwarven mug to his inventory. He also finds a chef's knife. And a few forks.
But, there are two more times from in the throne room. One on either side of the hallway that lead to the throne room.

Rush sighs, looking at the ballista bolts.
”I have an odd intuition about this. Could be wrong.” How many ballista bolts could be comfortably carry in his pack?
“Also... I feel like we’re not seeing any of them missing. Like none were spent firing the ballistae at a dragon. Which would be odd, yes?”
