Sahuagin 1 attacks the first mate, under blood frenzy. Sahuagin 2 moves out from cover and attacks Modron with Sahuagin 4. Sahuagin 3 moves out of cover and moves 30 feet to attack Brazzak with Sahuagin 5 (Sahuagin 5 attack will be pending Brazzak's action) both are blood frenzied.

Heilamin runs up the stairs to the upper deck (let me know if I need to make an acrobatics or athletics role to get past the Sahaugin in the way -- Heilamin will risk the opportunity attacks), once he is on the upper deck he will cast Dissonant WhispersDC 15 WISDOM on the Sahaugin engaged with Capn Andy that looks to have taken the least damage. (On a failed save, it takes 19 psychic damage and must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as far as its speed allows away from you (if he moves out of melee range from Capn Andy, he'll provoke an opportunity attack from him). The creature doesn’t move into obviously dangerous ground, such as a fire or a pit. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and doesn’t have to move away.)
As a bonus action, Heilamin will cast Healing Word 1st level and sings out, "Cap'n Andy, taking on the entire upper deck by yourself!

Taking four more solid hits from his two opponents, Mackenzie is battered once again, and is now bleeding freely from a number of nasty wounds (well and truly bloodied once again after absorbing another 27HP damage), but he grits his teeth and continues to fight, a cold and deadly look in his eyes as he readies his own attacks.
In response to Sahuagin 10s attack on Mackenzie, he responds a quick thrust of his Halberd at the new attacker (Sahuagin 10)
And as he sees the strike connect he calls on his holy power to smite it for good measure, adding 14 radiant damage as the light bursts forth into the beast, for a total of 23 damage for the attack.
Then, assuming that that strike is sufficient to kill Sahuagin 10, he uses a bonus action to step through the strike, spin and bring the weapon down on Champion 3 (Bonus Action attack - great weapon master).
Attack: 10 Damage: 10 which the champion manages to turn aside, from which Mackenzie braces and whips the blade back toward him in a short horizontal arc
Attack: 14 Damage: 12 and expends the last of his divine might to smite the Champion one last time, adding 9 radiant damage to the strike dealing a total of 22 damage from the hit.
If this strike happens to take the Champion down as well, then he will move (stagger really) as far toward the unguarded stairs to the upper deck (he can probably reach the bottom of them as long as you rule that he move diagonally and avoid an opportunity attack from Sahuagin 4), otherwise he will remain in melee with the Champion.
Heilamin had moved 30 feet towards the stairs to the upper deck, near Modron. He takes an opportunity attack from Champion 3.

Modron throws another meteor at Sahuagin 4. Damage: 5 Sahuagin DEX save: 12 vs DC14
The meteor bounces off the Sahuagin's gnarled teeth and hits their foot for 2 damage.
Modron then rotates around Sahuagin 4 and is now on the stairs, not drawing opportunity attack.
