Rosie finishes up looking inside and follows Ireniana and Lyngheid out the door.

GS2 Bite Attack on Whistler: 17. (Whoa!) The fangs sink into the little Kenku, a rare treat for the spiders. They do 16 piercing damage. Whistler must make a DC11 Constitution save or take 12 poison damage, 6 on a success.
(Forgot the critical damage on Umbriel, he takes another 8 piercing damage).

Droop Initiative: 10. Nevermind on the shout, Droop starts shouting his goblin head off when he sees the spiders descend on you. He throws a ball bearing at GS1: 18. It bounces harmlessly off of the spider, who doesn't even notice.
Ireniana and Lyngheid, on your turn, you hear Droop shouting like a mad goblin.
Baeshra, still need an initiative roll from you. It's going to take a shout from one of the ladies to get your attention.

Umbriel Con save: 16
Rather than try to break the webbing, Umbriel will use the Blessing of the Raven Queen and teleport 20 feet due south of his current location, flanking a giant spider with Whistler. He'll use his action to summon his pact weapon.

Umbriel falls unconcious by the poison, which means he is stable, but poisoned for 1 hour, poisoned after regaining hit points.
Lyngheid hears Droop and runs for the commotion, yelling loud enough that Baeshra hears her. Yes, you just made it to GS2, make an attack for your action. As a bonus action, you heal Umbriel for 4 hitpoints. Umbriel is no longer unconscious, but is still poisoned.
Whistler struggles in the web, trying to break free, but failing.
Ireniana makes it to GS2 and swings her Longsword at it, but it bounces off the hard armor of the spider.
Round 2:
Droop, seeing Umbriel fall unconscious, goes into a frenzy and climbs up on the Giant Spider, pummeling it furiously. 7
Rosie runs up and takes a shot with her crossbow at GS2: 21. The bolt sinks into the spider, doing 15 piercing damage. As a bonus action, she sings out, "Worry not, little Kenku, the Wild Mother is watching over us!" And casts Healing Word for 4 damage.
GS1, having seen it's poison take hold of Umbriel, doesn't realize that he is conscious again. It ignores the furious goblin on it's back and takes a bite at Pale: 9. The evil pincers sink into the poor horse, doing 5 piercing damage, and a DC11 con save or 5 poison damage.
Pale's hit points: 9. Pale's Con save: 5. Pale takes 7 piercing damage and 4 poison damage, and is still up!
Pale does not like this at all. The mighty horse rears up and kicks at GS1: 21. The hooves crash into the spiders face, doing 6 damage.
The Mule starts to freak out. Con Save to either attack (10+) or run away(1-9}: 5. The donkey lashes out with it's front hooves, as the cart is still attached on it's rear. Attack on GS1: 18. But they bounce off the spiders thick side.
GS2 takes another bite at Whistler: 11, the fangs sink into poor Whistler. 9 piercing damage, DC11 Con save for 8 poison damage (half on a success).
Summary:
Whistler healed for 7 HP, takes 7 piercing damage, must make a DC11 Con save. 6 poison damage on a fail, 3 on a success. Currently still restrained by the webbing. Pale is at 4 HP. Umbriel is conscious at 4 HP, but is restrained by the webbing and poisoned.

Groggily coming back to consciousness, realizing the danger the party is in, Umbriel will now utilize the Raven Queen's Blessing and teleport about 10 feet to the south and a little to the west, in order to flank Giant Spider 2 with Ireniana. With his action, he'll cast False Life for 10 temp hit points.
(The teleportation also means that I'm resistant to all damage until the start of my next turn)

Baeshra starts running.
Lyngheid makes another attack on GS2: 23. Her Mace crashes into the giant spider, cracking it's tough shell for 4 damage.
Whistler makes another attempt to break free of the webbing: Strength Check: 20 and bursts free from the webbing, frothing at the beak. He's ready to rumble.
Ireniana connects with GS2, the spider is looking pretty rough now.
Round 3: Droop is still furiously bashing the top of GS1 with his fists: 5
Rosie rushes around GS2 and gets close enough to Whistler to touch him on his raging shoulder and whisper "May the Wild Mother heal you." Cure Wounds at Level 2: 11 HP healed.
Pale gives another kick at GS1: 23. But in the horses panic, his hooves miss the spider.
The Donkey is also panicked, Con Save: 20. But sticks around, rearing up and slashing at GS1 with it's front hooves: 13, the hooves bouncing harmlessly off the spider.
GS1 turns to see it's prey disappear and attacks Whistler instead: 10, now able to move freely, Whistler dodges the giant fangs.
GS2 tries to sink it's fangs into Ireniana: 25, but almost breaks one on her heavy armor.
All the sudden Ireniana feels webs descend around her. A third giant spider has crawled out of the building and tried to hit her with it's webs: 9. She manages to slice through them as they descend upon her.
A fourth giant spider follows and spits a web at Lyngheid: 25. This one goes wide and almost hits GS2.
Baeshra will continue to charge forward and quickly assess the situation before summoning a ball of fire and ramming it at gs1 from the south, right next to gs2.
