The Yakfolk warrior shifts it's attacks to Nyx: 8, 20, and one hits, doing 18 slashing damage.
The door Earth Elemental slams at the fire Elemental again: 20, 21, and both fists smash into it, doing 37 bludgeoning damage.
The other Earth Element (Dex Save against spirit guardians 12) raises it's fists and smashes one at Lyngheid and one at Ireniana: 23, 27, and both attacks smash into the ladies, Lyngheid takes 20 bludgeoning and Ireniana takes 12 bludgeoning damage!
A Yakfolk Warrior bursts through the door, sizes up the situation and runs towards Ireniana and Lyngheid. Dex save against spirit guardians: 3 he is slowed down by the angry spirit dwarves, but still makes it to Ireniana and Lyngheid. If Ireniana is still up he'll attack her, once she goes down the attacks go to Lyngheid: 25, 22, first attack damage: 11, second attack: 17
The Elves:
The naked female elf stabs the Yakfolk Warrior again: 12, and hits doing 1 piercing damage. The male elf jumps up and bashes the Yakfolk with another pitcher: 13 and hits doing another 2 piercing damage. The second male elf stays under the table.
Droop remains Unconscious.
Summary:
- Umbriel needs a DC14 Dex Save or take 14 radiant damage (and then DC10 Con Save if failed).
- Nyx takes 18 slashing damage.
- Baeshra's Fire Elemental takes 37 bludgeoning damage, and disappears back to it's home!
- Lyngheid takes 20 bludgeoning damage.
- Ireniana takes 12 Bludgeoning damage.
- If she is out, Lyngheid takes another 28 slashing damage. If Not Ireniana takes another 11 slashing and then 17 slashing.
- Lyngheid needs several Con saves depending on above.
The party is up! Droop and Whistler are still unconscious, and I think Ireniana goes down too.

Death Saving Throw - 19

Baeshra's elemental dissipates.
Baeshra turns on the wife who's elemental is close to Ireniana and unleashes a barrage of fangs and claws.
Bite: Attack: 12 Damage: 10 piercing + 2 force
Claws: Attack: 27 Damage: 13 + 5 force
Hungry Jaws: Attack: 17 Damage: 10 piercing + 5 force
Umbriel's Dex Save: 17
On his turn, Umbriel will grin maliciously at the yakfolk. "When you stare into the abyss, sometimes the abyss stares back into you." He'll cast Tasha's Mind Whip at third level, targeting the Yakfolk warrior next to him, and also at the wife controlling the spiritual weapon. DC15 Int save, or they take 11 psychic damage and can't take reactions - then Umbriel will move back, to the space immediately south west of Droop.
(if it's clear that they passed and will take attacks of opportunity if he moves, he'll stay put instead)
Also, he'll shift his Hex to the wife controlling the spiritual weapon as a bonus action.
( Well Lyngheid just took 50ish damage in one round so she's unconcious. Death Save- 3 )
( Holy Shit. She's back on 1 hp and can take a turn.)
Lyngheid falls to the ground, eyes fluttering but grits her teeth and steadies herself. "" Mother! Aid us!" then swung Lightbringer at the Elemental.
BA- Mass Healing Word: 15 hp to Ireniana, Droop, Whistler, Nyx, Umbriel, Lyngheid.
Action- Lightbringer Attack: 17 Damage: 10 + Divine Smite 16
Nice Save, Lyngheid. And your Healing Word brings back Ireniana before her turn, so she is back up and gets a turn! No effect on Droop and Whistler though.
( Figured it was worth a shot.)

Nyx rolls with this bow as well, before taking another bead and tossing it on the ground between the Yakfolk wives.
"What do we need for Whistler... I can't remember if its six copper, some rye or a maid but if we don't get him up we could all be baked in a pie with him"

Reaction Uncanny Dodge to halve damage from that Yakfolk blow.
BA - Inspiration for Ireniana (1d6 to hit, save or ability check)
Fireball in between the wives and the elemental so it should catch all three. Fireball Damage 32 , with DEX Save DC15 for half.

Round 3 Continued:
Lyngheid, Prone and unconscious on the ground, hears the urging from the Wild Mother and miraculously comes to. Taking a second to take stock of the situation she mutters a brief prayer that reaches the ears of Ireniana, Droop, Whistler, Nyx, Umbriel, Lyngheid providing some much needed healing. Poor Droop and Whistler appear to be unaffected and are still unconscious. Lyngheid pops back up and swings Lightbringer, but it bounces off the thick earth skin of the elemental.
Umbriel shifts his Hex to the far Wife and then uses his sorcerous powers to cast Tasha's Mind Whip. Warrior Int Save: 17, Imeru Int Save: 6.
Nyx dodges out of the way of some of the damage, inspires Ireniana, and then tosses another Fireball. Elemental Dex Save: 6, Imeru Dex Save: 5, Nahal Dex Save: 16
Baeshra unleashes a torrent of melee attacks on Imberu and they all land, Imberu falls to the ground!
Ireniana
pops up and lands two quick blows on the Earth elemental.
Whistler remains unconscious.
Round 4!
The door Earth Elemental plods down towards Nyx, enraged at the fireballs, and swings twice: 18, 28
both attacks slamming into her, doing 21 bludgeoning damage.
The southern Yakfolk warrior, still under the effects of Umbriel's spell, chooses to take his action and swings at Nyx: 16, misses and swings again: 11 this time hitting for 25 slashing damage.
Oh, damage to Nyx for the Earth elemental so she can use uncanny dodge on one of them: 12, 9
The newly arrived Yakfolk warrior swings at Ireniana: 7, misses and swings again: 19, both attacks miss!
The Earth Elemental reaches out his mighty fists and attacks Baeshra: 25, slamming into the cave bear from 10 feet away and doing 21 bludgeoning damage. It swings the other arm at Ireniana: 23,but misses!
The remaining Yakfolk Wife, Nahala, brings her spiritual weapon to Nyx and attacks: 13, slamming into her for 14 force damage. She follows this up by pointing at Umbriel and mumbling under her breath. Umbriel feels his limbs start to freeze up, make a DC14 Wis Save or be Paralyzed
The moon elf female tries to stab the Yakfolk she is riding: 6, and the other moon elf tries to slash him with a sharp piece of pottery: 14. The hiding elf pops up, grabs another pitcher and runs around the Yakfolk to try and smash him as well: 19, only the last one hits, doing 2 bludgeoning damage.
Droop remains unconscious.
Summary:
- Nyx takes 18 bludgeoning, 15 bludgeoning, 17 slashing and 14 force damage.
- Baeshra-bear takes 25 bludgeoning damage.
- Umbriel must make a DC14 Wis save or be Paralyzed
The party is up! The chief and one of the wives are down. Whistler and Droop are still unconscious.

If he shakes the effects off, he'll kick Droop in the shin to try and wake him, and throw two Eldritch Blasts at the hexed wife:
Attack: 11 Damage: 11
Hex: 3
Attack: 8 Damage: 10
Hex: 5
Are you using your action to make a kick attack on Droop instead of the Eldritch Blasts? If so, make an attack roll at advantage() (+1 modifier for your strength). Actually, that would be an Unarmed Strike, so +4 to hit, still at advantage(). If it hits it's an auto-crit, so 4 damage.
I thought of it less as an attack and more of a nudge, maybe a bonus action, but if it's a choice between the two, I'd rather press the attack on the wife - don't need enemy spell slingers breathing.
(Taking out the one wife didn't take out her elemental?)
Baeshra/bear pushes forward and attacks the other wife, hoping to intimidate the other by putting down their leadership entirely.
Bite: Attack: 14 Damage: 12 piercing + 4 force
Claws: Attack: 12 Damage: 16 slashing + 4 force

Correct. These elementals are here to stay. How do you get to within 15 feet of the other wife? You're also within melee of the Earth Elemental, so he'll get an AoO if you move, keep that in mind.
"The charm of Restoration...Whistler...." despite dodging some of the impact of one of the attacks, the barrage of brutality directed at Nyx the dodge tank gets her as her luck runs out (just... if only I have 3 more hp!).
As she blacks out "Cows gathered around, cause the steaks were so high.... bad yak pun... she's... got some..."
OCC: Nyx, Beauties Eclipse, She who is all hips and lips, is out of scripts and trips - shes down.
