DC 15 Intelligence saves, please, on fails they take 11 psychic damage and decide whether to move, act, or take a bonus action, and it loses reactions this turn. On a success, they take half damage.
Nyx rushes forward and tries to hide in the shadows, readying a crossbow shot.
Baeshra squeezes between Ireniana and the wall and then slithers as close as he can get. Putting himself between the Fire Things and the rest of the party.

The dwarves and gnomes hobble towards the wall as fast as they can, which isn't very fast due to the shackles around their ankles.
Whistler casts Sleet Storm, and a cylinder of hail, rain and sleet surround the Fire Things. The storm obscures all the creatures in the area, making attacks on them have disadvantage.
Umbriel prepares to cast Mind Whip, but suddenly loses sight of the Fire Things due to Whistler's Sleet Storm. He holds it, waiting for when he can see them again.

Ireniana suddenly can't see the Fire Things due to Baeshra blocking them, and Whistler's Sleet Storm spell. Do you want to do something else, or Ready an arrow shot?
The Fire Things: Dex Saves against Sleet Storm: 3, 16, both fail and fall Prone. Since they are in the Sleet Storm, no one can see this, but one swings at Baeshra with it's spear at disadvantage() due to the Sleet Storm: 21, and whips it's tail: 19, both attacks miss!
The party is up! Baeshra, make a DC11 Dex Save or be Prone on the ice. Whistler's Sleet Storm area is difficult terrain, and you can't see. I take that back, with Blindsight, you can see the Fire Thing right in front of you, your attacks are not at disadvantage().
Lyngheid marched into the sleet storm and pushed herself defensively in front of the gnome.
She called out to the dwarves, " Are ye gonna let a pair of shackles prevent you from fighting in the name of Berronar Truesilver, the Great Mother of our kind? What kind of sons are ye, throw some rocks at these big stupid snake-things if ye cannae do nought else!"
With that she swung Lightbringer into the one in front of her, crashing her rings into its back.

Ireniana, where is the Fire Damage coming from, is that the Fire Rune? Are your regular attacks also with a +1 arrow?
Yes the regular attacks are with a +1 arrow. I used the Opal of the Ild Rune on the bow to bestow a Gift of Flame on it for the fire damage.

Got it, yeah I remember now. It's not your Fire Rune rune carver ability, so they don't need to make the STR check.
Baeshra quickly slithers (dashes) forward to try to intercept the creatures before they can reach any more slaves or his friends.

Nyx moves forward 30 feet and holds an action to fire her crossbow if the creatures come within 30 feet of her.
She will also bonus action hide, trying to make herself as inscrutable as possible against the bottom wall between the torchlight if possible.
