Alright, everyone make Stealth checks as you get closer to the village.  Add the +10 from Baeshra's spell.

Umbriel's augmented stealth: 32

Whistler's Stealth Check: 24

Ireniana's Stealth - 17

Baeshra stealth: 26

Would have cast it just before reaching the village. 

Droop stays behind in the ship, still sleeping.

The rest of the party makes their way down the snowy and rocky mountain face, following a game trail, or possibly a hunting trail from the Yakfolk, and eventually the upper levels of the fields are in view.  The traveling has been going well so far, and you are fairly confident that nothing in the village has heard you.

Make Perception checks as you look over the village.

Baeshra perception: 20

Baeshra, after a thorough visual inspection of the village below you, you see only a single fire giant by building 5A.  You are all up on the cliffs above the fields in Area 7.

Ireniana Perception - 24

"Did you see where they were when you flew over the area, Baeshra?" Umbriel asks, not taking his eyes off the giant by 5a. He goes back to casting Message from time to time - "Nyx? Lyngheid? If you can hear me, you can reply to this message. We're above the fields, where are you?"

Baeshra shrugs, "I saw Lyngheid by the waterwheel, never saw Nyx though. Might be because she hides better though."

When you get to the edge of the fields, your Message finally gets through.

Both Nyx and Lyngheid receive separate messages from Umbriel.  I don't know how they'll know they can reply to the message though, since it wasn't explicitly stated.

"Hiding in buildings. Giant fixed water wheel."

Lyngheid nods to Nyx to indicate she got it too.

Umbriel relates what he heard back to the group, and looks for a safe and stealthy way down to the buildings.

Nyx moves to the outside of the building but on the opposite side of the entrance to see if she can spot the ship.

Lyngheid begins putting her armour back on with a wistful smile after Nyx.
