This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Umbriel will sneer back at the fire giant in melee with him, and skirt around (staying within melee to avoid opportunity attacks) to try and get within 15 feet of the Duke.
(I picture it as: Duke____Umbriel_Firegiant)
Umbriel then utters a shadowy word of power, and claps his hands together to cast Thunderwave at 3rd level - DC15 Con Save or they take 13 thunder damage and are pushed back 10 feet. Saves get half damage and no push.
Ireniana manages to land a boulder on the giant nearest the dam. Giant's dex save: 9. Roll 5d6 damage.
Umbriel maneuvers around, and can catch the Duke and the melee fire giant with his thunderwave spell. They both make their save and take half damage.
Round 5:
Baeshra drops two more boulders, but they both miss!
Nyx lands a boulder on the Duke! Dex save at disadvantage: 4.
Lyngheid lands another Guiding Bolt and Whistler gets advantage on his boulder drop (advantage roll: 11).
The Fire Giants are up!
The Melee Fire Giant drops the boulders he was carrying, draws his sword and swings at Umbriel: 19, damage: 29 slashing damage. If Umbriel is still up he'll swing again: 23, damage: 26.
The Fire Giant that was dragging the Duke, also draws his sword and closes with Umbriel, slashing at him: 20, damage: 26. If Umbriel is still up, he'll swing again: 24, damage: 24.
If Umbriel's concentration on the Darkness spell fades, the Duke will take his action to look around and assess the situation and then yell in Giant. This time he is yelling loud enough that Ireniana can hear: "Enough of this! Pick yourselves up and let's go!"
The remaining fire giant moves in to the Duke as he starts retreating.
Sounds like none of the giants are within melee range of Umbriel, right? If that is the case, Baeshra will swoop down and scoop him up and start flying back up. Is picking up a corpse an object interaction? If so he'd use dash as well.

"I was hoping to save this," Ireniana says as she takes out her bow and fire two arrows at the Duke, both with the Arrow of Slaying (Giant, I believe). If she's unable to target the Duke, then she'll go for the closest one.
(Man... should not have added the slayer bolt damage with an edit. If you mouse over the attack roll was a 16, not that I think that will hit him anyway)

Correct, the giants are not within melee range of Umbriel! No, I think you can scoop him up without an action. So starting at 100 feet up, you dive 80 feet down, dash 20 more feet, scoop up Umbriel's body, and fly back up the remaining 60 feet of your dash, that brings you within 40 feet of Lyngheid.

Yeah, the dice roller has been real finicky lately, any edit I make results in the "Manipulated..." Make another attack and damage roll, we'll use the new one. Those Slaying arrows/bolts are nasty!

Lyngheid grimaced and sent a bolt at the same giant again, " They're not going down fast enough!"

Ireniana, you are too far away to make out what the fire giants are saying.
Con Saves against Umbriel's Thunderwave:
The Duke: 21. The Fire Giant: 18
End of Round 4:
Ireniana manages to land a boulder on the giant nearest the dam. Giant's dex save: 9. Roll 5d6 damage.

The remaining fire giant moves in to the Duke as he starts retreating.
Umbriel takes 26 slashing damage, and then another 34, that should be enough to put him down and the Darkness spell fades from around the Duke.
The Fire Giants start retreating down the dry creek bed, moving 30 feet away.
The party is up for the end of Round 5, and the start of Round 6! Umbriel is down and will likely need a death save unless someone can get to him.

Ireniana wants to take up her longbow. Are the giants now more than 150 feet away?

(ow! Yeah, Strength of the grave won't help on that second hit)
Death save: 1
Oh no! Bad time for a 1!
Pythagorean says that they are about 120 feet away for an arrow shot.

She'll Action Surge and fire the last slaying arrow, as well as a +1 arrow. Same thing. If she can hit the Duke, she'll target him.

Slaying Damage - 40
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
Also bonus action to activate her Hill Rune.

( If Lyngheid throws herself off will she be within 60ft of Umbriel before she impacts?)
Nyx races along to the cliff top to get closer to the Duke before firing her own bolt of giant slaying.
OCC:
Move, bonus action dash (moving a total of 70 feet), then fires a a bolt of giant slaying at the Duke.
