Nyx finds the best perch that she can, maybe on the top off one of the buildings roofs and sets herself up flat where she has a good vantage point of the village as well as the direction the giants went in.

Baeshra moves over to the hut, gesturing for the other members to follow. He starts in with his dagger to pry apart the roof and walls, asking Lyngheid and Umbriel to help him while Ireniana, Whistler and the owlbear lend their strength to pull the boards loose and move them to the river, ready to be pushed in all at once.

With everyone pitching in where they can, it only takes about 10 minutes to rip the hut apart and then spread the debris in the dry creek bed, and another 5 minutes to toss in all the loose boulders in the immediate vicinity.

What now?

Lyngheid is looking about for absolutely anything else that can be tossed in......

( would dead giants work?)

Baeshra watches for a moment to see if the dam starts filling up and if the channel works properly.

Probably, but it's not going to be easy to move the giant bodies.

 There's not enough water flowing to tell.

" I say we drag one of the giants here or maybe the ogre if thats more doable.  Then we go upstream and drop the dam....or we just wait for the Duke to get there and do it for us."

Yikes!  The team can't quite seem to work in unison to drag the giant body, it's also hard to get a good hand hold.  The body isn't moving!

Lyngheid began swearing, " It would be nice if just one fecking thing went our way....."

" Ok...not fair, Nyx lived and we got the channel done."

" Maybe we try the other one? If that doesn't work someone else is going to have to think of something...cos I'm out of ideas."

Baeshra turns to the others, "I'm going to check on the duke and his group, I'll be right back." And shifts into a giant eagle and flies up high and starts soaring upstream to check on the giants.
