Lyngheid placed a hand on the wound, " Hopefully this will help."
" By the Grace of the Mother and the Luck of the Lady."
" So how did you do this to yourself?"

"Thank you sweety! I could have healed myself, but I chose not to, to remind me of my foibles."
"Well, I was tasked with a delicate mission. My superiors wanted me to find out about something from a banshee named Agatha. I found her lair, but she never appeared for me. I ran into some trouble on the way, hence the leg."
A thoughtful look comes over Sister Garaele's face.
"I don't suppose you might want to try something for me?"
"I think, if you bring Agatha this jeweled silver comb" Sister Garaele pulls a beautiful, ornate comb out of a pouch on her side "that Agatha might appear for you and yo ucould persuade her to tell what she knows about the location of this spell book that belonged to a legendary mage named Bowgentle."
"Do you have some friends who could accompany you, in case more vile creatures are encountered on the way? If you could get this answer for me, I can give you three potions of healing."
OOC: If you pray at the shrine for an hour, roll a Religion check.
Lyngheid took the comb thoughtfully, " I can do that. I've got to look for me cousin whose gone missing but I don't see why I can't do both."
" Banshee.......thats an elf who doesn't know how to lay down once her work is done, no? I can have a chat with her, and a spellbook....what do ye want with that? Not of much use to anyone whose not a mage, or is it?"
Lyngheid smiled and then joined Garaele in prayer.
Later.....
" Well, I'll see you when I do. Thankyou for your time."
Lyngheid showed the group the comb and told them what the Tymoran Priestess had asked of her and where the banshees home was located.
She ate a lot and went to bed.
Much, much later...
Lyngheid rose a little later than the others, pointing at Rosie as she came downstairs, " Well Good Morning to all, even those who steal the covers halfway through the night.", she chuckled.
At the Miners Exchange she winced when they mentioned purchasing a mule as that didnae go too well for the last one they had.
" I've put out word that I'm looking for my cousin and his brothers should come into town soonish, I don't see why we can't do some community service til then.....and truth be told I'm in no rush to visit dead elves either."
" Just a query, is this a " drive the ruffians out of town situation" or a " murder everyone in their beds situation".....I my have missed something last night but have they actually killed anyone?"
Lyngheid took the comb thoughtfully, " I can do that. I've got to look for me cousin whose gone missing but I don't see why I can't do both."

"That's right about the Banshee. Agatha is supposed to be fairly harmless when she appears though. The spellbook? I don't know what my superiors want it for. Research to help enact positive change in the world."
As the group heads up the street, Umbriel relates the following to Lyngheid. "I appreciate the merging of our two parties - since Omen and Cronan left, and before we found common purpose, I was wondering if Rosie, Whistler, and I were going to be enough to help out around here. Small jobs for the Coster only pay the bills for so long. With you, Ireniana, and Baeshra, our talents are more well rounded. Whistler is very talented in the physical arts, Rosie is in touch with a higher power, and I draw my strength from beyond the veil that separates the world of the living from that which awaits."

" About....um....Whistler, I'm not sure that amount of alcohol is safe for a dwarf...let alone a bird."
" So with Rosie, Me and You we have Births, Marriages and Funerals covered?"
(ooc: I think we started toward the Sleeping Giant, but Sildar sidetracked us. I think we're following him, maybe getting some more info, then going to kick in some teeth.)
The party follows Sildar to the Townmaster's Hall. It has sturdy stone walls, a pitched wooden roof, and a bell tower at the back. Posted on a board next to the front door is a notice written in Common. It reads: “REWARD—Orcs near Wyvern Tor! Those of a mind to face the orc menace should inquire within.” The notice bears the town’s seal and an indecipherable signature.
Sildar holds the door open for the party and beckons them in. As they enter, a middle aged, rotund human male looks up from sitting at his desk with a pastry and a steaming mug.
"Sildar, what have you brought me? Are these fine folk going to take care of the Orcs for us?"
The man turns to the group: "I'm looking for someone heading east on the Triboar Trail. Travelers have reported trouble with a band of orcs near Wyvern Tor. One hundred and fifty gold to any group that can take care of the problem!"
At this point Sildar speaks up: "No, Harbin. Well, they can if they are so inclined, but this is the group that rescued me from the goblins and brought me back to Phandalin, alive and well."
Sildar goes into a back room that appears to be setup as a makeshift office for him. While he is gone, the fat man behind the desk stands up and says "Well, hello then. I'm Harbin Wester, the Townmaster for this year. So, are you looking to do some Orc hunting?"
Sildar returns and hands a pouch of 70 GP to the nearest person. "Here you are, thank you again. Now, as you might remember, I came here to look for my colleague Iarno Albrek. After questioning some of the locals, I have found out that Iarno went missing while exploring the area around Tresendar Manor about two months ago. Will you investigate the manor and surrounding area to find and bring back Iarno, or what's left of him? He is a short, dark-bearded human wizard in his thirties."
Whistler being quiet and hanging back with Baeshra, not goblin observes the world around him but suddenly snaps out of his gaze.
"Orc hunting! KILL! I'mWHISTLER!" At that moment, a little voice spoke inside his mind, letting him know that he remembered the voice word for his name. Whistler lets out a tuneful fanfare to celebrate and goes back to gazing around.

Baeshra will shrug, ”Seems we‘re doing everything else, we might as well add that to the list. But I think first up are the red rands they’re closest to home after all. We were discussing whether to go in the front, or find the back door we were told about.”
"I agree. These seem like some bad folk, killing people and ripping apart families. We have to help. I do think looking for the back door first sounds wise."

Harbin Wester chuckles: "That's the spirit, little Kenku!"
At the discussion of the Redbrands, Harbin adds: "The Redbrands? They are just a mercenary guild, and not all that much trouble really."
Sildar frowns at Harbin, and says: "A little bit more than a mercenary guild, Harbin. They are terrorizing the town." Turning to the group: "If you can eliminate this Redbrand threat to the town, the Lord's Alliance will offer a 300 gold piece reward."
Harbin blanches and stammers: "Ah..ah..is that really necessary?"
Umbriel will give two gold to Baeshra to assist with the cost of the mule. "Shall we go wake a Sleeping Giant?"
Ireniana also hands Baeshra two gold before petting the mule. "I'll do my part."
I have an intelligence of six, I know what I'm doing.
Whistler looking up at his companions with a full waterskin of whiskey swinging freely on his belt has a sudden wave of admiration for the group.
"KILL!" He squawks.

Baeshra will accept the coins, "Thank you. Shall we knock on the front door? Or examine that tunnel the boy told us about?"
As you all are discussing, Silver Hallwinter walks by.
"Oh! There you are! Follow me to the Townmaster Hall, I've got your 70 gold. And there are a few other matters we should discuss."
Lyngheid took the comb thoughtfully, " I can do that. I've got to look for me cousin whose gone missing but I don't see why I can't do both."

" Well.....thats that then. No harm to children and no breaking up those wedded if they're not wanting it, those are things the Mother frowns on."
" I've fought beside Baeshra before. What are the rest of your skills? "
