Initiative, we don't have Baeshra's yet, but even with a nat 20, he'll only tie Uthor, so let's get started:

Ireniana and Umbriel, go ahead and take your Round 1 turns!

To set the stage:

There's a lot of confusion, the discussion has descended into chaos, with some indirect accusations of Iymrith being a dragon in disguise.  Serissa and Uthor look confused, Iymrith looks enraged, and she has made a move towards Serissa.

Ireniana is going to move to Iymrith and draws her sword. She's going to hold her action. If Iymrith attacks, she'll strike. 

Seeing Iymrith lunge for Serissa, Umbriel will use a bonus action to Hex Iymrith, with disadvantage on Strength checks. He'll then use his action and movement to skirt the opposite edge of the pool of water, aiming to end up behind Nyx and Baeshra. Along the way he'll say quickly to Droop "Stay back and stay safe!"

Round 1:

Ireniana moves up to Iymrith and holds an attack!

Umbriel hex's Iymrith, and then moves to a better position!

Uthor moves to put himself between Serissa and everyone, and holds an attack!

Iymrith lets out a growl and curses in Draconic:

And then she lunges for the scepter around Serissa's neck, Strength at disadvantage: 16.

Droop heeds Umbriel's advice and follows him, staying a step behind.

Ireniana, your held attack goes off, roll for the attack and damage!

Everyone is up!

Baeshra snarls back at the dragon in draconic, "Not yet, but you most certainly are!"

He then moves forward, summoning the shimmering image of a metallic dragon behind her as he shifts into a Giant Scorpion. The dragon then flies up above the disguised dragon and slashes at it twice before breathing a stream of acid down at it, angled to avoid hitting the throne or any allies.

Action: Summon Draconic Spirit metallic, lightning resistance chosen as the shared resistance Baeshra gets.
Bonus action: Wildshape

Summoned dragon action to multi attack (Assuming advantage due to flanking as its above and opposite from Ireniana, if not, just take first roll):
Rend Attack: 26 Damage: 13
Rend Attack: 25 Damage: 11
Breath Weapon Acid: 9 acid damage, DC 16 dex save for half

Ireniana's held attack - Attack: 26 Damage: 9

" Protect the Princess! Form Up!", Lyngheid yelled then stepped up to Imryth.

" Hey! LIzard-Guts. Get away from her, You *****."*

Action- Guidance on the Princess.

BA- Compelled Duel on Imryth.

Nyx grabs hold of herself with both hands and with a high pitched note pulls... once, twice and then three times. Each time a duplicate of herself comes free, bouncing with anticipation and energy.

Four images of Nyx turn to the Princess and say in unison, "Princess Serissa... as you can see we are on your side... but we may need the help of your most loyal guards as well...these are dangerous opponents that have been planning this for a long time."

All the Nyx's then dart towards the throne on the left and take cover.

OCC:  Casting [spell[Mirror Image[/spell] and then bonus action hide behind the throne Stealth 26

Round 1 Continued:

Baeshra summons a dragon of his own, and then shifts into a Giant Scorpion!

Lyngheid faces off with Iymrith, trying to hold her attention.

Princess Serissa grabs for the stolen scepter: 25, against Iymrith's grasp: 22

Nyx attempts to reassure Princess Serissa before tripling herself and then hiding.

Round 2, Ireniana and Umbriel are up!

Attacks are landing on Iymrith, but so far she looks un-phased.

Umbriel will maintain his position near Droop and throw two Eldritch Blasts at Iymrith:

Attack: 15 Damage: 11
Hex: 1 necrotic

Attack: 15 Damage: 15
Hex: 4 necrotic

Ireniana will use her bonus action to activate her Hill Rune and then attack two more times. 

Attack: 15 Damage: 14

Attack: 19 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.

Four Nyxs jump out from around the throne and attack's Iymrith from behind while yellowing encouragement to the Princess.They then scuttle back out of the way.

"Proud and so glorious, standing before of us, our swords will shine bright in the sky, when united we come and fight, we obtain the heart of a dragon and ride!"
