Ena carefully places down her torch on the ground, freeing a hand for spellcasting. She aims her staff at the wolf that Shamash and Doc are not attacking, and her clothes billow around her from a slight breeze as she utters an incantation. The Toll the Dead spell takes effect.

As Big Bear and Doc tend to Yed, Shamash would like to explore the cave/room they are in, see if there is anything interesting, or helpful to their current goal of rescuing / recovering their employer.
Yed will get up, his body aching once again as he pulls himself to his feet. “I will be more careful as to not rush in next time” he says to Doc, his head down slightly as he finishes getting treated. He will then stand up with the help of Big Bear, giving him a grateful nod but not really meeting anyone’s eyes. Standing, he will then put the Warhammer at his back, and carry a javelin in his hand as he waits for the rest of the party to proceed, or finish any investigations.
“I’ll follow you all when ready, I will take lead again.” He says with a look of determination.
There's not much in this part of the cave that's of much interest. It's clear it's served as the wolves' kennel for some time. The fissure looks like it could be climbed, although not easily.

Shamash turns to the rest of the group. "Shall we go and explore the passage to the west of the bridge? Yed, are you ready?" Shamash fiddles with the cords around his wrists again.
OOC: Assuming everyone is on board, we move up the cave to the passage where Big Bear collapsed, staying as alert as possible.
The group picks its way through the rubble in the passageway, coming to the entrance of a larger space in the cavern. The passage continues north, presumably towards the bridge. The large cave is divided in half by a ten-foot-high escarpment. A steep natural staircase leads from the lower portion to the upper ledge. The air is hazy with the smoke of a cooking fire, and pungent from the smell of poorly cured hides and six unwashed goblins, which jump up when they see you. A human warrior is held prisoner in this chamber. He is securely bound on the southern ledge of the cavern. He is weak, beaten and bruised.

Big Bear slams his staff on the ground and a 20 ft square space centered on the goblins is overrun with a growth of grasping roots and vines ENTANGLE Save DC: 13 STR save
Grasping weeds and vines sprout from the ground in a 20-foot square starting from a point within range. For the duration, these plants turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain.
A creature in the area when you cast the spell must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by the entangling plants until the spell ends. A creature restrained by the plants can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself.
Yed will RAGEafter seeing another person be chained, and will pull a javelin from his back, hefting it with his right arm. Javelin in his right and warhammer in his left, Yed will hurl his weapon at (hopefully) one of the goblins who had been entangled by Big Bear's roots and vines. He will stay close to the party but will definitely put himself at the front of as many members as he can, THEN taking said javelin attack.
Attack: 19
Advantage(only if Big Bear manages to Entangle one, I get advantage on them if restrained right? If not just straight attack roll then): 20

She finishes using toll the dead, deteriorating the flesh of one of the goblins on the main floor that had been captured by the roots that had been spread along the ground.

The vines make goblins easy pickings for Doc, who dispatches one of them. The sound of a bell tolls out around one of the captured goblins, and it goes limp, held up only by the grasping vines. One unrestrained goblin remains on the upper ledge and two still live below, one of them captured by Big Bear's magic.

The goblin on the ledge runs to the captive, cuts his bonds and drags him roughly to the edge, holding him by the legs over the short drop. “Truce, or this human dies!” It yells in a scratchy voice. One of the goblins on the lower floor points its bow at Big Bear, but does not fire. The restrained goblin tries to tear itself free from the vines. It does nothing except knot the vines even more thoroughly. DC 13 STR: 4
