Shamash is so unspeakably relieved that we are finally taking care of the Nothic, that he acts foolishly. This has been gnawing at him, interferring with his attacks, so he rushes headlong into the crevasse, running after the Nothic, he is using his longsword two-handedly, ready to bring a little righteous fury on this evil creature, happy to risk himself in the struggle.
(OCC: I'm not totally clear on the distance here, so I will queue up two options: 1) IF he can close the distance, he will attack with his longsword (two handed). 2) If he cannot, he will get as close as he can, and then use 3 HP of lay on hands on himself.)
Yed throws a javelin down into the crevasse, hitting the nothic. Doc hides behind a pillar. Shamash climbs down into the crevasse and swings at the nothic.
From down in the crevasse, Shamash can see a battered wooden chest hidden in a cubbyhole at the bottom of the crevasse, under the north bridge.

Yed sees an opportunity to engage when the monster goes to attack Shamash. After Big Bear and Doc each launch their own attacks, Yed will rush forward while pulling his Warhammer into his hands. Getting within range, Yed jumps and tries to deliver a reckless two handed overhand swing onto the beast’s skull as he arcs through the air.
Doc fires an arrow into the nothic. Yed climbs down into the crevasse. He swings his war hammer and misses.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Shamash continues to throw himself at the disturbing entity, now that battle is joined completely oblivious to concern for his own safety, he just wants to do damage to this foul creature.
Yed will yell at the beast once he realizes it’s about to take action, insulting its mother and it’s mother’s mother, hoping that it will attack him instead of Shamash.
(Idk if it’s possible bc it’s not my turn, but wanted to try just in case if I can since it’s just verbal. Not sure what roll? Will roll persuasion for now since I’m trying to get it’s attention. If it’s not possible feel free to ignore this post)
Shamash cuts into the nothic. Taking advantage of the gap in the Goliath’s defense, the nothic strikes at Yed twice.

From down in the crevasse, both Yed and Shamash can see the battered chest that the nothic kept its treasure in it. When you open it, you find that it contains several useful items.
A longsword in a silver-chased scabbard. The sword is inscribed with the name “Talon,” and its hilt is worked in the shape of a bird of prey with outspread wings.

Shamash turns to his friends, "Thank you SO much for coming back to finish this foul creature. I cannot tell you how much it means to me to wipe this evil creature off the plane." Shamash is downright glowing. He relaxes and says a prayer of thanks to Ilmater.
Also, just to be sure, Shamash would like to use his Divine Sense ability to see if there is any other evil, fiend, or undead within 60 ft.
Yed collects the items and hands them to the party after climbing back up the crevasse. He will tell them they can distribute as they wish, and that he has no particular wishes for the items. After that he will go back to their prisoners, and strap Iarno back to his back as he’d done before. After which he will move to carry the goblin in his arms, then go to inform the family they’d saved that the Coast was clear. Other than these preparations Yed will then simply wait for the party to finish any business here, or have needed discussions before they set out. In particular Yed will only ask the party,
“You all think our business here is done? I’m ready to return this family back home, hopefully we got all the Redbrands.”
