Lothlién asks Toblen how much would he charge for a wine bottle, and tries to haggle a discount for the combo wine + room.
"I don't have a wide wine selection" says Toblen "most people around here prefer beer. A bottle of Neverwinter red will cost you 2 gp, and if you want something better, I have a few Waterdeep whites in storage for 6 gp."
OOC: roll for persuasion if you want to get a nice deal.

"I'd like to take one of the good ones, and since you don't sell a lot of them and I'm willing to sleep in, I think it would be fair if I paid 6gp for the whole package, agreed?" Lothlién proposes
Lia would just purchase a set of crossbow bolts, then head back to the inn. Once there she would ask about a room and if she can get a bath.
You walk back to the Inn. Where Toblen is preparing today's dinner. He gives you a key for your room and tells you where the bath is "but the water is going to be cold, I can't heat it for you until dinner is over."
Rhok glances at the crossbows, knows he can afford the heavy one at the moment, and decides it would work great against a dragon if they ran into it.
"I'll take the heavy crossbow then....how about 30gp and two of those red gems for it and a quivers worth of bolts?"
"I also didn't realize how clunky this scale mail was, I'd like to exchange it with some studded leather if you had a set that would fit me"
After the exchange, Rhok would head to join the others in the tavern
Lienne agrees to the deal and manages to find a studded leather armor that fits you. The heavy crossbow looks nice and it's made out of walnut wood, with a stag carving near the stock.

The deal seems good to Toblen, "you can also get dinner in that package, I have a feeling that you'll become a regular soon."
Rhok walks into the Inn, still slightly adjusting the armor and the strap of the large crossbow doing across his back, and looks around to find his companions, and sits down orders some food and ale, and inquires for a room for the evening
"Course of action for tomorrow? Or do we enjoy a nice meal, drink and sleep before we talk it over, over breakfast?"
Xarrothmakes his way through town, relaxing on the inn, but asks around miners, hunters or travelling merchants for any sightings or updates on this dragon's actions before going back to the inn and settling in with a few more readings of his book of Bahamut with a drink before calling it a night...

Most people haven't seen the dragon. A hunter tells you that she had seen a shadow over the clouds in Neverwinter Woods two days ago. Asking around an old fisherman tells you about a strange thing in the shoreline "West of Phandalin, on the coast, is an old stone lighthouse. Ships are drawn to this gleaming tower like moths to a flame, and are doomed to crash upon its rocks. Their wrecks must be filled with treasure!"
"The orcs issue sounds a bit more urgent to me. I think we should deal with it first"Lothlién says, a bit more serious than what you may be used to hear from him.
Asking around you find directions to get to the three places posted in the job board and to the lighthouse Xarroth heard about:
- Butterskull ranch: take the main road north for 10 miles, turn east at the Triboar trail and keep going for 45 miles, there you'll find the ruins of Conyberry, five miles after that you'll find the ranch.
- Logger's camp: take the main road north for 10 miles, then ignore the Triboar trail and keep marching north for 5 miles to reach Neverwinter Woods. The camp is some 35 miles deep into the wood, by the river that ends in the city of Neverwinter. Falcon's hunting lodge is some 20 miles upriver, following one of the smaller streams.
- Mountain's Toe Goldmine: there is no road to get there, you will need to follow the hills going northeast for 15 miles to find it.
- Lighthouse: take the main road north for 10 miles, then turn west and keep going fo 15 miles until you reach the High Road (which goes along the coast from Luskan up north, pass trough Neverwinter and ends at Waterdeep, south of the Sword Mountains). Ignore the road and keep going west for 10 miles until you reach the shoreline, the lighthouse is some 5 miles south.
OOC: you can travel 24 miles per day at a normal speed, for more details you can check the movement section of the rules.
"Seems the only thing in the same direction is the Mine, but it might not be possible to find it without returning to town first." Lia says with a frown after learning about where the tasks were located. "Seems like we plan on doing them one at a time for now, with the town here a good base to resupply after each." She looks to the others for their thoughts.
"Do we go and escort Lady Adabra back to town first and then head off to take the guy back to the mine? We could then veer from there and hit up the Ranch since that seems to require the most need since Orcs are attacking it?" Rhok follows up
Xarrothnods, and snaps his book shut before heading to his room, "I cannot help but agree. Urgency will only present itself when we bare witness." The golden dragonborn stands, "Do sleep well."
"Good night to you all, see you for breakfast" Rhok finishes his ale and meal, and heads up to his room for a comfortable rest hoping for an uneventful journey to Lady Adabra and recalling that they need to talk with Barthen to try and get a wagon to help her move into town.
"Sounds good to me." Lia agrees with the others. "Midwife, mines, then orcs." She gives a nod of decision. "See you in the morning..." She then heads to bed as well.

There is room for all of you at the Inn. You find Toblen preparing dinner, and people start arriving before it's dark outside.
After taking a long bath Lia would join the others in the common room.
"So, which of the jobs do you guys wish to look into first?" She asks the two, over a pint of ale and some of whatever the inn has for food.
"The orcs issue sounds a bit more urgent to me. I think we should deal with it first" Lothlién says, a bit more serious than what you may be used to hear from him.
"Seems like a good plan." Lia confirms. "Any of the others out that way, so we can do more than one at a time again?"
