That initiative roll puts Trogdor on the same turn as Wash, so please take Trogdor's turn now. Sadly, the eldritch blast does miss, hitting the same tree as before.
Trogdor will fly over and land on the tied up Art's head, dig their claws in and bring their scorpion-like stinger close to Art's eye. Trogdor will project the image of Art trying to get free, then of their stinger piercing Art's eye, then of Art convulsing on the ground whilst Balassar whacks him with his sword, and then an image of gravestone and a freshly dug grave.
[Trogdor is either trying to give advantage to Balassar for an intimidation check to convince Art to stop trying to escape, or if allowed Trogdor will make an intimidation check - hopefully with Balassar giving advantage from the implied threat in this post. Trogdor is not overly charismatic though.]
Silent, with your readied attack you deliver a powerful and devastating strike to the undead warrior that has approached you, almost knocking it from its feet. It is still up though, and there's no reaction on its face that you can determine.
Trogdor sends back a sense of mild amusement, and plops down onto Art; Wash doesn't see the image itself, but he does see Art squirm.
Warrior 2 rides along the road and then also dismounts and runs towards Magnum and Balassar, and then between them and up next to Art. You hear a chilling voice, loud but delivered as though it is a whisper amplified: This operation was not authorised.
And the warrior's glowing blue sword strikes at the wide-eyed half-elf:
Attack: 21 Damage: 6
Art screams as the sword cuts into him, and the creature swings again:
Attack: 24 Damage: 12
Art is badly hurt - very badly, and blood is pouring from a wound on his neck.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Seeing Art take severe damage, Silent swears loudly and grits his teeth. Nothing else for it.
He will Manifest an Echo right behind him adjacent to Warrior 2. Two identical half-orcs now stand back-to-back and Silent will Unleash Incarnation, allowing both he and his Echo to simultaneously slash their respective opponents.
He will then burn his Action Surge and Unleash Incarnation a second time, lashing out again with a surge of remaining strength. Silent's Attack22 Damage: 11 Echo's Attack13 Damage: 9
Alton looks at the spooky skeletons that have invaded their camp and pricking the tip of his finger to flick droplets of blood at each of the skeletal warriors saying, "Alive you were tame. Now death hold you prisoner. Blood will be your bane." Atlon will then take up the position to have Balassar's and Wash's back. "Hey Balassar, did you hear about the great dragonborn warrior Arish The Ironfist? I've heard stories that he fought an army of these skeletons with only his bare hands an won. I bet you can take them easily with a sword."
Action: Alton casts Bane on Warriors 1, 2 & 3 (assuming Warrior 3 is still undead.): DC 14 charisma save. On a failed save subtract a d4 from any attack or saving throw until the spell ends (1 minute) Movement: Alton will shift two squares over to be behind Balassar. Bonus Action: Bardic inspiration on Balassar. For 10 minutes, Balassar can add 1d6 to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw.
An identical duplicate of Silent appears next to him, back-to-back, each facing an undead warrior creature.
They strike; two massive greatswords swinging almost in unison. Silent's sword hits hard; the warrior taking another serious wound. The copy's sword seems sure to achieve the same, but is deflected by the warrior's ghostly weapon at the last moment.
With lighting speed, the two half-orcs again attack together, this time a long arc from their opponent's right side, slicing towards the belly. Both hit, and Silent, you cleave the creature in two; there's a strange hissing sound, or perhaps a muffled scream, as the creature's undeath ends and true death comes for it. Warrior 3 is dead. Warrior 2 takes the hit but was less injured before and is still standing firm.
Alton, your bane takes effect on the remaining Warrior 1 and Warrior 2; you can select another target if you wish, as the skeletal horses of the two dismounted warriors appear hostile as well. You move and stand next to Balassar, out of reach of Warrior 2 though with Warrior 1 on horseback not too far from you.

Wash's eyes flare with a blue-white light, he raises his hand and blue flame-like radiance descends on Warrior 2 and Art:
As his action Wash will call sacred flame down on Warrior 2, DEX13 save or 2 radiant damage.
As his bonus action Wash will use 2d6 of his healing light to heal Art: 5 hp.
Wash also yells at Art "Stop trying to escape or we will start hitting you too, then you are definitely dead. The only way you get out of this alive is if you stay put."
Magnum moves to position himself between Horse 3 and Wash/Alton. He readies a Thunder Fist attack if it gets within range of him. He tells Auspex to shift his focus to that horse as well.

Silent lashes out with his readied greatsword strike.
Attack 25 Damage: 15

Silent, Alton and Auspex are up.
(OOC: Magnum is on the other side of warrior three.)
Auspex flies to Warrior 2 and uses the Help action along with his Flyby trait to provide advantage to his next ally's attack against Warrior 2.
I've corrected Magnum's position on the map, and reflected Auspex's move. Attacks on Warrior 2 have advantage.
Silent and Alton are up.

Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!

Balassar, you have bardic inspiration.
Warrior 1 is not messing about; their horse circles round the group and they jump from the saddle and race to the side of the terrified Art:

Attack: 11 Damage: 6
Attack: 10 Damage: 10
(already a miss, so minus bane would be even worse...)
Art is wriggling and squirming and somehow manages to dodge both attacks; one comes close to slices through his restraints, but he's not that lucky.
Round Two:
Balassar
Horse 1
Art (restrained)
Wash, Magnum and Trogdor
Warrior 2 and Horse 3
Silent, Alton and Auspex
Warrior 1
Horse 1
(Now free of their riders, the horses will go on their own initiative.)
Balassar is up.
(CHA saving throws for Warriors 1 and 2: 11 16)
So both the undead have Bane.
(Alton will target skele horse 1 with bane as his third target, sense warrior 3 was redeaded before the spell was cast)
Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
Thanks for the confirmation. So horse 1 has bane.
Also, any attacks on Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 have advantage; the way they have been recklessly attacking Art has left them open.
Balassar is up.
Balassar just lets out a roar as he swings at the enemy closes to him.
OOC:
Attack on warrior 2: 20 Damage: 6
Also as a note, just in case it is rolled improved critical increases critical range to 19-20.
That's a miss.
(OOC: Thanks for the reminder on the critical - please watch for that and highlight it when it occurs.)
Horse 1 moves forward and makes a hoof attack against Balassar, rearing high against the tall dragonborn:
Attack: 13 Damage: 7
And it seems to overbalance, hooves striking thin air.
Art seems shocked, but he has enough presence of mind to keep trying to escape: Acrobatics 22
He fails. What are you doing? Stop, I order you! He's panicking and wriggling and struggling at his restraints, but he's not going anywhere.

Wash is up.
Warrior 2's DEX save: 8
Warrior 2 takes 4 damage, and Art takes 4 HP.
Magnum and Trogdor are up.
Magnum moves to position himself between Horse 3 and Wash/Alton. He readies a Thunder Fist attack if it gets within range of him. He tells Auspex to shift his focus to that horse as well.
Trogdor stays where they are, ready to have cure wounds cast through them if things get dire for Art.
