Alton, you feel your hands and arms tingling as a sudden freeze overtakes them. You shake them loose, but they remain stiff and difficult to move. You take 8 cold damage and have disadvantage on your next attack before the end of your next turn.
Silent comes to his senses and will Dash towards the fray (whichever skirmish is closest to him), bellowing to Alton and Balassar, STAND DOWN, WE CAN STOP THIS FIGHT!
Silent, having paused, starts his dash quite some way from the battle; Alton would hear his cry, though it's doubtful Balassar would in the thick of combat.
The battle progresses. Despite being even more heavily outnumbered now, or so it seems, the drow are fighting well, and it is the Righteous Brand who take the worst of the hits.
Mounted on a horse behind where Balassar has ended up, an officer turns to look at Silent - he has clearly heard the shouted plea: If you are a warrior of the Empire, then aid us against these spies! he shouts, and he moves slightly to the north, shouting a command at one of the archers to aim at a specific opponent.
Ghost hangs back, slinking in the shadows.
Arrows fly as the archers take aim and shoot; none of the arrows finds its mark this time.

Balassar, you do so - but the drow sees you and dodges out of the way, pretty easily.
Attack: 7 Damage: 5
The drow's shortsword stabs out towards you, but you bring your shield up in time. There's no curse, no comment from the drow; though you are not very familiar with the people of Xhorhas, the expression on their face looks like one of resignation rather than anger.
Alton rubs his arm holding the hand crossbow as the cold sinks in and makes them shake, "Man, talk about your cold shoulder treatment." While thinking of what to do next, he hears Silent's shouts and holds for the time being; waiting for him to catch up. Though he will cast vicious mockery back to the drow that shot the cold spell at him, "Was that a spell, or just a cold breeze I felt?"
Movement: none Action: Casts vicious mockery at the drow that attacked him, DC 14 WIS save or take 1 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn.

Alton, the drow is unaffected. She shouts something at you in elvish, which you do not understand, though from her expression and tone of voice you doubt it was flattering. She proceeds to cast another spell, and a ray of cold energy bursts from her finger and hits one of the mounted Righteous Brand soldier nearby.
Silent will Dash into the orange area, ending his movement two squares above RB12. Sword still drawn and held at the ready, he yells in Xhorhasian Elvish, You've got nothing to gain from this fight! We can stop it here if you stand with me.
Silent, despite the noise and fear of battle, your words do seem to cut through, and people are listening. This is both a good and a bad thing.
The drow nearest to you scowls as he deflects a shortsword stab with his own blade: There is no peaceful end this day. If you can flee, do so they reply in elvish.
A nearby Righteous Brand soldier shouts in surprise: He's... he's one of them! Dammit, he's one of them! He looks like he might be a half-elf. Silent, you see several of the Righteous Brand soldiers look at you with new suspicion.
Battle continues; one of the drow takes out a shortbow and starts shooting at the archers among the Righteous Brand. You notice RB11 takes a particularly bad hit and looks to be in trouble.
The mounted Captain wheels his horse to move towards Silent, and he shouts: Back away, stranger, and drop your weapon, or I will name you an enemy!
It seems to be directed at Silent only, though Balassar, you notice the combatants nearby are now a little more wary of you too.
Balassar is up.

Balassar just takes another swing at drow in front of him “I promise we’ll clear that up after we drop these ones, but for now focus on the real enemy!”
D5 is already down, so Balassar will target D8 instead; he was little hurt before, but now with a vicious slice, Balassar cuts across his torsi, not hitting anything vital but coming close to felling him.
D8 lashes out wildly, losing some of the self-control they had demonstrated up to now:

Alton, kind of torn between what is going on, just moves towards the Righteous Brand that just got injured and puts a hand on their shoulder, "Those wounds will heal up in no time, and you can make a few good stories out of some of the scars." Casting cure wounds as he gives them a quick pep talk. Alton will then look over at Silent and yell, "I don't know what you said, but I don't think either side is keen to the idea of stopping this battle. Though, if you think you have a way; reach deep and use that might of your orcish ancestors in what you're going to do."
Movement: Move to the square just to the right of RB11 Action: Casts cure wounds on RB11 for 10 healing. Bonus Action: Gives Silent some bardic inspiration. For 10 minutes, Silent can add 1d6 to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw.

Alton, you see suspicion, but then gratitude in the eyes of the soldier you've healed.
D1 points, seemingly at Balassar, and mutters the words of a spell. Balassar, you hear from behind you a whisper that builds in a heartbeat to a deafening rumble of thunder that threatens to shatter your very bones. Make a CON save, DC15, and take 11 thunder damage if you fail, half if you succeed.
It seems the spell has not just affected Balassar:
RB6 CON save: 9 RB10 CON save: 20 RB 12 CON save: 6
RB6 hadn't looked to be doing too badly, but as the blast catches her she topples over, her armour dislodging to reveal a horrific wound beneath. She drops to the ground, dead.
Silent is up. Though the drow's magic clearly hit the mounted captain RB12 hard as well, he's made of stronger stuff than the rest, and he's definitely in your face.
Staring up at the captain, Silent gestures widely at the carnage with his sword and growls, You got enough enemies, mate - you don't wanna make one of me. Let me talk these bastards down since I'm the only one here who knows their godsforsaken language, or your soldiers are gonna keep dropping.
If he has time immediately after (maybe burning an action or bonus action?), he'll brandish his sword and yell in Elvish, You all know what the bite of a Soulkeeper means. Final warning. Stand down or I'll be your next opponent.

Alton, the drow is busy fighting for his life, and doesn't seem to notice the magic that flickers, and then fizzles harmlessly around him.
However, one of the drow does seem to notice; she looks over at you, and casts a spell.
I need a CON save from Alton, please.
