You make camp, and are able to take shelter within the strange little hut that Alton has summoned from nothing. I think this is the first time he's done so, right? And so it would be the first time for Celica, Sally and Balassar to see such a thing. It's a very curious environment - but I assume that you will all be inside, as you can keep watch from there.
First watch passes quietly, and Alton heads to his bedroll as Balassar takes over.
Second watch is peaceful too, comfortable within the dome as the light drizzle from outside cannot penetrate.
Celica, you are wakened by Balassar as his watch comes to an end. Yours too seems uneventful. You don't see anything concerning. But then you do start to hear something - voices in the distance, shouting in alarm. You turn, and see the orange glow of flame; an indistinct sight of a farmhouse some way off, and the sudden smell of burning.
Celica narrows her eyes in the direction of the disturbance, then leans over and shakes Alton awake. "Hey! Hey! Everyone, there's some kind of trouble... looks like a house on fire! We gotta go help them!" She cries out to the party in general.
You all rise, spend a moment arming yourselves, and head towards the source of the light and voices.
The fire is still in full force as you get closer to the farmhouse. You can now see that there are three large farmhouses here, with several smaller farm buildings dotted around, and only one is one fire - they are close enough together that there is a risk of the fire spreading from one to the others, though this has not happened yet. There is a man lying on the ground, his right arm and torso looking burning; he's clearly in a lot of pain as another man is trying to pull his burned clothing from his body. A small group of people are gathered together nearby, looking helplessly on as the fire blazes.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Celica will rush toward the group while focusing some of her divine energy toward the burning man. A trickle of moonlight from Catha peels off and showers the man in radiance, healing his burns. Once he is healed, she turns to the group. "My friends and I are here to help! What happened? Is there any water we can access to fight this fire?"
Alton gathers up his things and follows behind everyone, and the dome shatters as soon as he leaves it. He sees Celica run to aid the burned man and he turns to Balassar giving his shirt a tug to get his attention. "You don't breath fire right; it is something else? I think I've only seen you do it once before and can't really remember."

Sally tries listening for any more cries of help, approaching the people that she guesses to be the family that lives in the house, "Is there anyone left inside?" she asks with a sense of urgency
Celica, the people seem a little taken aback as you speak your Healing Word, not understanding until the burns on the wounded man seem to heal, and he coughs, already seeming stronger than he did moments before. Are you a healer? A servant of the Gods? The speaker is a woman, one of the group that had been watching the fire. There is a stream over there; she points to the north, but our house is lost. All we can do now is make sure it doesn't spread, and I think we are past the worst of it. We have rebuilt before; we can do so again.
Sally, the same woman answers you: No, it was close, but everyone got out safely except Mottie. She indicates the burned man. Fool went back in to look for a book. Didn't get far, thank the Gods, or there's be nothing left for your friend to heal.
The fire continues to burn; the damage to the house is considerable but it's hard to say whether the structure could be repaired at this point.
Balassar just runs looking at Alton "Yeah, I breathe ice." he says. As the woman points to where the stream is, Balassar will go to the opposite side of the house and unleash his breath weapon it "Hopefully that helps to buy some time, or at least pushes the fire towards the stream more."
Sally will quickly go around and apply Lay on Hands to whoever needs it, as much as she can give away. It looks as if the scratches and burns warp back in time a bit, rather than heal. "How'd the fire start?"
Celica, the woman introduces herself as Katin: Thank you for your kind words. We are not wealthy, but we are a large family and can rebuild. It will be a little cramped for a while, but we've survived such things before. Were you travelling at night, then? Or were you camped nearby?
Balassar, your ice breath does little to calm the heart of the fire, but you do manage to diminish it where it is closest to the other houses; you can say with confidence that the fire will burn itself out on this house, and won't spread.
Sally, the same woman called Katin answers quietly: Just an accident. One of the little ones knocked over a lamp. Tried to put it out before telling anyone, so we were too late to catch it. There are about half a dozen children in the group, some older, some younger. None are paying you any attention or appear to hear the woman's words - they are fixated on the fire.
Alton shrugs watching Balassar, “Not quite what I had in mind, but it works.” He moves to stand next to Sally, “Must have been some book to rush into a blazing fire to try and get. Though, I do understand that to some extent.”

Celica will go over to the children and stand between them in the fire. She gets down on her knees to get on their level before she speaks. "Hey, I know things seem scary right now. But it'll be okay. Look up there. You see that?" Celica points over the children's shoulders toward the moon Catha, currently in a smile-shaped crescent in the eastern sky. "That moon up there? She's my friend. And she can be yours too. No matter how scared you get by the night, the moon is there with you. Even when you can't see her, she's always there. Just remember that, okay?"
The moon is your friend? a little girl replies, instantly more interested in you than the fire. Does she talk to you? Do you talk to her? Is she nice? One of the other children laughs, rolls her eyes, and continues to watch the fire which is now dying down after having consumed a fair portion of the farmhouse.
One of the children is staring at Balassar, clearly impressed rather than frightened by his icy breath. He looks as if he would like to go and speak to the dragonborn, but is hesitant.

Okay, we need one more person to take third watch.
Celica will volunteer! Her keen half-elf eyes will keep an eye out for any danger.

You all hear Celica's cry and would all wake up, I think.
Balassar just wakes up at the cry and begins to stand “Should’ve guess something would happen. Let’s go.” He says grabbing his sword and shield.
You all rise, spend a moment arming yourselves, and head towards the source of the light and voices.

No-one has noticed your approach yet.
