Celica folds her arms, dropping the airhead act and puts on her best serious face as she looks around at the growing number of thugs surrounding her. She silently prays to the Moonweaver that Alton and Belassar are right behind her. "My name is Celica. The man with the scarred face killed the son of someone I know. I'm here to find out why, then bring him to justice. If you tell me where he is, I swear no harm will come to you by my hands. Refuse, and... well, I can't keep that promise."
Celica, the man nearest to you grins, and nods. Another comes up behind you, lunging to grab and restrain you.
Everyone, roll initiative.
(Alton and Balassar are nearby but managed - just - to avoid detection - the bardic inspiration was just enough. And you may choose to try not to fight if you like - but as there's a grab attempt, we need initiative to resolve it.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Balassar sighs "Looks like it was good we followed her. Stay hidden friend." with that he just draws his weapons and begins to run towards the first enemy he can see (man 1) maneuvering around him to get back-to-back with Celica "Looks like you need some help." he says growing larger as he swings at the man in front of him now twice (man 1).
OOC:

Balassar, the man pushes aside your first attack, seemingly with ease, but the second swing of your scimitar catches him off guard and cuts a deep gash in his arm.
Man 4 and Man 6 rush to the aid of their apparent leader, ignoring Celica completely and running past her to attack the dragonborn.
Celica, you can make an Opportunity Attack on either if you wish, as they run past you.
One of the gets you with his first strike, mace clanging against armour, ringing out in the night. He grins and continues, but though his other attack and his friend's attacks all bang on your armour, they are deflected and do no damage.
Alton is up.
(Note: Given where Balassar ended up, they wouldn't have left Celica's melee range, so no Opportunity Attack I'm afraid. I can't edit the post above because it has dice rolls.)
Alton scrambles up on to the tiled roof, getting close to the edge if possible, to get a better view of the fight. He chuckles to himself thinking about doing that trick, but decides to hold it in reserve if things go south. Looking at where everyone is at he clicks his tongue in frustration, "Can't get everyone with that spell either yet." Alton takes out his hand cross bow, and following Balassar's example, aims for a non-vital spot on one of the goons.

I think as Alton would be unseen by Man 4 you can make that roll with advantage; roll another d20 to see if it crits.
Man 1 rounds on Balassar, a snarl replacing his earlier expression. "You're dead, friend." He attacks, with scimitar and dagger: Scimitar Attack: 12 Damage: 6 Scimitar Attack: 12 Damage: 4 Dagger Attack: 7 Damage: 7
Man 5 steps in, also to attack Balassar: Mace Attack: 15 Damage: 5 Mace Attack: 24 Damage: 9
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As he is hit Balassar instinctively swings his weapon at one of the men who just hit him.
OOC: Reaction: Vengeful Assault on Man 4
Attack: 25 Damage: 7
Giant's Strength Damage: 6
If the attack hits he'll also activate the fire rune: DC 14 Strength save or he is restrained for 1 minute by fiery shackles
When you hit a creature with an attack using a weapon, you can invoke the rune to summon fiery shackles: the target takes an extra 2d6 fire damage, and it must succeed on a STR saving throw (DC:14) or be restrained for 1 minute. While restrained by the shackles, the target takes 2d6 fire damage at the start of each of its turns. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, banishing the shackles on a success. Once you invoke this rune, you can’t do so again until you finish a short or long rest.
The man grabbing at Celica grunts in surprise as she skilfully twists aside, avoiding his grasp. He seems ready to try again, but is distracted by the bright burning fire as Balassar activates his rune and cuts deep into his attacker, the fire cauterising the flesh as it cuts, the scent of cooked meat suddenly filling the air.
Celica is up, and is ungrappled.

Balassar tries his best to be sneaky as he follows Alton, not an easy feat for the heavily armored and giant Dragonborn.

Balassar is up. Balassar, you see Man 2 making a grab for Celica; it looks like he's going to try to grapple and hold her.

(OOC: Is there a way where Alton can get on top of the roof next to him?)
Be excellent to each other, and roll for initiative dudes!
Yes, I think easily enough. Onto the reddish shack roof would be no problem; onto the tiled roof would use all his movement.
Alton scrambles up on to the tiled roof, getting close to the edge if possible, to get a better view of the fight. He chuckles to himself thinking about doing that trick, but decides to hold it in reserve if things go south. Looking at where everyone is at he clicks his tongue in frustration, "Can't get everyone with that spell either yet." Man 1 rounds on Balassar, a snarl replacing his earlier expression. "You're dead, friend." He attacks, with scimitar and dagger:
Scimitar Attack: 12 Damage: 6
Scimitar Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Dagger Attack: 7 Damage: 7
Man 5 steps in, also to attack Balassar:
Mace Attack: 15 Damage: 5
Mace Attack: 24 Damage: 9
Only one mace attack succeeds, but it's a powerful blow, striking Balassar heavily on his side and almost knocking him off balance.
Man 2 will continue to make his planned grapple attack on Celica:
Athletics check for grapple: 12
Contested by Celia's acrobatics or athletics.
(I'd like to see the outcome of this before moving on.)
(OOC: D20 roll for the crit of it, 18)
