Alton is up. Only Man 1 seems intent on continuing to fight; the others are fleeing.
With a smile Alton holds a ball of green fire in his hand and hurls it towards the three fleeing men, "Here a little parting gift. Just a little something to light up your night." and casts Faerie Fire. With that, he turns his attention and hand crossbow to Man 1, "I would suggest to surrender, but if you want to keep fighting that's up to you. Either way we do have some questions for you that will be answered."
Action: Casts Faerie Fire on the square in front of Man 2 to catch Man 2, 3, & 6, DC 15 Dex save or get outlined in a green fiery light.
As Man 2 and 3 flee into the night, Man 1 will also disengage and try to run, in the other direction. Not before taking an almost life-ending amount of radiant damage.
A window of a nearby house opens; a child looks out, eyes wide, and quickly slams the window shut and hides.
Celica will drop concentration on spirit guardians and give chase to [Man 1]. She's able to close the distance, just barely, and reaches a hand out to restrain him. "Aw, what's the matter? We were having so much fun, don't leave! I didn't even get to learn your astrology chart!"
Alton watches the three men run and thinks about adding some insult to injury, but decides against it. He'll find his way down from the rooftop and meet up with Celica and Balassar. "I think that went well."

Balassar just begins to tie up the man "Eh, a few got away so the element of surprise is gone. Hopefully this one talks." he says as he finishes tying him up and then hoists him over his shoulder "Where should we do this questioning?"
Celica smiles at Alton and Belassar. “Thanks, boys, I knew you’d come through!” She says. “Maybe our friend the innkeeper would let us borrow his basement? Or we could head to the Outskirts? We may have lost the element of surprise with these jerks, but we can still learn something!”
Alton nods to Celica, "Welcome." He watches their tied up hostage and thinks, "Probably the outskirts would be best. I don't think the innkeeper wouldn't want a mess, and the screams would just ruin everyone's mood to drink. Plus on the outskirts, I can make it so we won't be interrupted for at least eight hours. Too bad we don't have a way to know if he would be lying or not." He turns is attention back to the group, "So, do we want to do this tonight, or tomorrow?"

Balassar, you obviously have no trouble tying up the unconscious man - assuming you have rope?
There doesn't appear to be anyone else around - if the people in the nearby houses are aware of the battle (as seems likely), they are keeping their heads very firmly down.
"Big guy's right, we gotta get this done now! Let's get our buddy boy out of here. Serves him right for trying to jump me!" Celica huffs, giving the unconscious thug a soft kick.
