Silent will hang around the barroom for a bit and wait for the dwarf and the guard to get close to finishing their food before sidling up to them again (this time keeping a wider distance). 

Realized I didn't catch your names yesterday. Name's Silent. He offers a hand to the dwarf.

Truda Krayn, the dwarf offers her hand.  The man is looking at you, but doesn't say or do anything.  And this is Barr, my associate, she adds.  You have the look of a traveller.  Tell me, have you been into the Vezdaweald recently?  We are headed there today, despite some of the foolish notions of the villagers. 

Silent nods. Just got outta there yesterday, matter o' fact. Nearly got eaten by a bunch of giant frogs... and that was four of us. Not sure what tales the villagers have been telling but I'd steer clear of the place if I were you. He eyes Barr's weaponry and grins. Or am I wrong, Barr? 

I reckon I can manage some frogs, lad, the man replies in an offhand way.  

I'm sure, I'm sure, Truda smiles with almost motherly affection at the man.  And frogs can be quite delicious, if cooked right.  So many people find it a challenge.  But we're not looking for frogs, oh no.  Flowers.  Tell me, did you see any red flowers in the forest?  Red petals, with a white line?  

(OOC: I don't remember if we did see any of those and it seems poor sportsmanship to go back and read the older posts - would Silent remember seeing any?) 

(It’s absolutely fine to read old posts again, I think.  None of you noticed that kind of flower, but you can make an Intelligence check to try to recall.)

(OOC: If he asks Pockets can I also roll. Pockets is already in his room, though not yet asleep.)

Yes, it’s morning and you are all in the common room.  You can all hear Silent’s conversation, and can join in if you like.  Go ahead and make an Int check.  Silent, with that roll, you don’t recall anything.

Pockets, you think you saw flowers like this somewhere nearer the village of Palma Flora but not in the forest. 

Oh, I’ve seen those. Not in the forest though.  Closer to Palma Flora. Or what’s left of it.

Couldn't help but hear about these "blue goblins." We've had some run ins with less savory foes than some giant frogs. Is there anything else you might be able to tell us about them? We're on an important mission with hard deadlines and it wouldn't be in anyone's best interest if we were sidelined any longer.

Perhaps I could draw you a map to the area. I'm not a cartographer by any means, but it couldn't hurt. 

To Arael:  I don't know much more than that they've been causing trouble, or so people say.  The dwarf laughs.  Maybe they're just bandits  who have painted their faces blue.  I wouldn't know, really.  Ask around the village to the north if you are headed overland, or in Port Damali if you get there first.  I'm afraid I'm just not that interested in wild tales - my only concern is not to get into any delays.

To Pockets:  Oh, well, thank you, but I have a reasonable map myself, and I have been to Palma Flora in previous seasons.  I've noticed the kordsblood flowers around the village, but there's been trouble there of late, I hear.  I'm hoping to find a new supply, a little closer to Port Damali.

Arael, you vaguely recall seeing the flowers near Palma Flora, same as Pockets.

(OOC: Pockets has proficiency with alchemists supplies. Does he know what kordsblood is?) 

(OOC:  That would be a Nature check.  I don't think proficiency with alchemist's tools would give advantage or a bonus.)
