Rontevich squats down and asks What is wrong children? Can we help you? And can you help us find a place to eat and stay? Persuasion 7

After shushing the boy, the girl turns to you and says, “There’s a monster in our house!” She then points to a tall brick row house that has seen better days. Its windows are dark. It has a gated portico on the ground floor, and the rusty gate is slightly ajar. The houses on either side are abandoned, their windows and doors boarded up.

"What monster is this?"  Lavena asks, moving up to the children.  "Which house is yours?"

"That one!" She says, indicating the brick house in between the boarded up ones. "We can hear its dreadful howls...mum and daddy keep it locked in the basement but we won't go back in til it's gone!"

Guenhyvar will approach the house and knock, "Perhaps we should speak with the parents for more details." 

 Elias will stoop down and ask: "Yes, little ones. Where are your parents?"

When Guenhyvar knocks, the door swings open to a dark hallway.

"Inside" the girl mutters, looking down at her shoes.

Elias will ask: "What are your names little ones? What are your parents names? "

Nebin will poke his head into the doorway and look around. "Why do your parents keep a monster in the house, children? That's just inviting trouble, you see?"

Perception, 26

"My name is Rose...this is Thorn." Thorn sniffles a little. "I just know mummy and daddy." She looks at the house with fear. "I dunno where the monster came from."

Nebin: Hanging on the south wall of the foyer is a shield emblazoned with a coat-of-arms (a stylized golden windmill on a red field), flanked by framed portraits of stony-faced aristocrats. Mahogany-framed double doors leading from the foyer to the main hall are set with panes of stained glass.

"Don't cry little ones. We will help you." Elias says before he turns and follows Nebin to peer into the house and will say to him: "what do you think? we cant leave these children out in the streets."

(There is a small porch outside the door)

Tovy follows, helping kids is worth...well, hell, there is no where we are bound for anymore, helping folk here is all I have

Lavena follows the others towards the door.  "Let us find these children's parents."

Walking towards the kids hearing what they say Saxis face grows a shade of red before veering towards the door. Stepping to the entrance Saxis will say "Let me lead if we're going in."

 With Saxis in the lead, you step through the door into the foyer. As soon as the last of you step through, the door slams shut behind you, and the lamps burst to life on the walls.

"Not a good sign."  Lavena says, moving back to try the door behind them.

Guenhyvar will move to one of the windows and look for the children.

Turning back to the door Saxis will unleash a flurry of maul hits against the door.
