Molabear's head cocks to one side as the barbarian barely reacts to a solid hit. But he figures Rixton has things covered, so he tries to get a read on the other three Tree Ghosts.
OOC: does speak with plants still work when wildshaped? It doesn't seem to say it stops. If so, Molabear asks what the other barbarians are doing. The flaming sphere moves 30 feet south to V13. Molabear moves around the tower. 30 feet of movement seems to get him to S13, and assuming he doesn't see anyone, he keeps going, I think he can get as far as S16 with a dash if he doesn't see anyone at all. But if after his move he does see someone, and they appear to see him, he'll pause to ready an attack. Assuming he doesn't see anyone though, move-dash-spheremove bonus action.
Ruling that speak with plants remains in effect. Tree Ghost 5 will be granted an opportunity attack if Mola follows this course of action, however.
If that finishes him off, the sphere does the same roll as before, and Molabear moves 30 feet around, not 60 feet given the action is taken up by the attack, not the dash. If it doesn't finish him off, then the sphere hits #5 for 6 fire damage.
Undeterred by Ghost 2's avoidance of her spell and the ensuing spear attack, Gwin readies another. The cleric raises a hand with sparks flying out from her fingers and for a moment the second Ghost is bathed in light.
Guiding Bolt: 13 If successful, radiant damage: 12

DEX save for Tree Ghost 5: 15
Molabear wounds the Tree Ghost (5) with both teeth and claws, preventing the barbarian from reacting to the flaming sphere that has approached it from behind. The Tree Ghost snarls and mutters something in Bothii as his eyes grow wide. Swinging his greataxe wildly, he seeks to drop the strange man-become-bear...
To the east, Gwin's spell engulfs the spear-wielding barbarian in energy and light, but the Tree Ghost is strong enough to continue his struggle with the cleric...
Melee spear attack: 17 | 7 piercing damage
Within the tower, the melee between Rixton and another Tree Ghost (4) continues. The barbarian, realizing the futility in trying to outrunRixton, holds his ground and swings his axe...
Greataxe attack: 8 | 13 slashing damage
All players may act. Any attack against Tree Ghost 5 is done with advantage.
The axe bites into Rixton'sbicep as he attempts to dodge against the wall. He presses against his opponent to try and end the fight quickly before the Tree Ghost can take full advantage of his higher ground position. He swings his sword, following it with strike to the knee. Then, with a burst of determination, uppercuts the man to his groin with the hilt of his sword, stopping only if the Tree Ghost is felled before he needs the extra burst.
Tree Ghost 4 attacked Rixton with advantage (a result of berserker recklessness); therefore, Rixton's attacks should have been made with advantage as well. I apologize for overlooking this. Second (advantage) rolls for Rixtonare as follows:
If that drops him, he'll move around the tower to the south, looking for more Tree Ghosts. The flaming sphere moves ahead of him. If it doesn't drop him, the flaming sphere hits for 8 fire damage.
Rixton's foe is hindered by multiple wounds but seems wholly committed to continuing the fight. Molabear, however, can discern that his enemy has very little left to leave on the battlefield.
For a third time, Aralea looses a pair of arrows from the tower roof...
1st longbow attack: 20 | 5 piercing damage
2nd longbow attack: 27 | 6 piercing damage
...and Gwinand Molabear hear the wood elf's voice. "One down! Two more headed toward you!"
Gwin's action is next. The Tree Ghosts will follow.
Gwin hears Aralea's warning, but she's wholly focused on the Ghost in front of her. Frustrated by her lack of success, she once again casts Toll the Dead: (10 necrotic damage on a failed WIS 16 save) but also conjures Tyr's flaming sword (Spiritual Weapon) above his head.
The eerie sound of a mournful bell fills the air outside the tower, and the spear-wielding Tree Ghost breathes his last breath. As he slumps to the ground Gwin's spectral weapon appears in the air where the Tree Ghost once stood. As she turns her eyes to the south, she sees two more barbarians, just as Aralea had warned.
The first (#6) looks very much like the others--a tall, fierce, wild-eyed man wielding a greataxe. The second (#7), however, is a lean, muscular female with small tree branches woven into her hair and with crude totems hanging from her waist and neck. She wields only quarterstaff. With a quick wave of her staff and a few words uttered in Bothii, she creates her own spiritual weapon--an ornately-carved greatclub--that now hangs over Gwin's head.
Within the tower, the Tree Ghost on the stairs with Rixton resorts to a new tactic: he reaches toward the half-elf with both his burly arms in a desperate grappling attempt...
Barbarian's athletics: 22 vs. Rixton's acrobatics 20
...and Rixton now finds himself in bear-hug like clinch with his foe.
Meanwhile, Tree Ghost 5 frantically tries to fend off the man-become-bear...
Gwin turns her attention to the newest attackers on the scene. First she trains her eye on Ghost 6. She raises a flat hand in his direction, and in a voice slightly deeper than her typical singsong she issues a Command: FLEE! (WIS save 16)
With a wry smile the cleric looks up at the great club over her head. Addressing the female Ghost she says I see you and I share a deep devoutness to our gods. MY god, however, the Lord of Justice, will be triumphant this day. And as Gwin utters those final words the shimmering sword moves over the female ghost's head and plummets down.
Rixtonsmiles as the man envelopes him in a bear hug. He gives the brute a little kiss on the nose then grimaces. "You really could use a bath," he says, and then jabs at the man with his short sword before head butting him (twice, if necessary.)
If Tree Ghost 5 ends its turn within 5 feet of the sphere, it has to make another saving throw or get 9 more fire damage.
Molabear's really not looking great after that last hit. He'd normally be raging, but with this sphere burning up the tree ghosts, well, he's holding off for now.

WIS save for Tree Ghost 6: 19
Gwin's flaming spectral sword cuts a gash across the female barbarian's neck and shoulder, causing the shaman to step back a few feet. A cruel smile crosses the face of the axe-wielding barbarian as he ignores the cleric's command and levels a swing at her..
Greataxe attack: 7 | 15 slashing damage
...but the dwarf proves to be an elusive target. The shaman mutters a few quick words, waving her staff in Gwin's direction as she attempts to lessen the cleric's potency with a bane before she commands her spiritual greatclub to strike Gwin upon the head...
CHA save for Gwin: 14
Spiritual weapon attack vs Gwin: 23 | 7 force damage
Gwin recognizes the bane spell for what it is and successfully fights off its effects.
A short distance to the west, Molabear's claws remove the last bit of life from Tree Ghost 5, and within the tower, after being wounded twice more by Rixton, Tree Ghost 4--half-enraged and half humiliated--attempts to shove the impetuous half-elf down the stairs...
Barbarian's athletics: 18 vs. Rixton's acrobatics: 9
...and Rixton finds himself prone on the stairs as he watches the barbarian turn and make his way farther up the stairwell.

Gwin returns Ghost 6's cruel smile with a retort far peppier than you'd expect in battle. I was trying to spare you from your inevitable demise, friend. But as they say, it's time to get down to brass thwacks. Raising her hand again, she now points to Ghost 6, Seek your target fast and true!Guiding Bolt: 24 If successful, radiant damage: 17
And to the female barbarian, Gwin chuckles. Do not let these short legs fool you, my devout assailant. I float like a butterfly and sting like a beholder. The sword of Tyr once again seeks its mark on Ghost 7's head. Spiritual Weapon: 27 If successful, force damage: 6

Rixtonwill run to the teleportation rune to appear on the third floor. Then he will run down the stairs towards the Tree Ghost. If he encounters the man in time, he will strike with his shortsword followed by a single hammerfist blow to the head.
Movement: 40'
If he is at the tree ghost, he attacks. If not, 40' more of movement.
Shortsword Attack: 21 Damage: 8
and a quip: "You look like you've encountered my brother, brother."
If he still has his bonus action, an unarmed attack: Attack: 18 Damage: 8
Gwin's bolt of radiance completely engulfs the axe-wielding barbarian, who now stands there wreathed in glittering light. A few feet away, the female shaman emits an angry shriek as the cleric's spiritual weapon smashes into her a second time.
Rixton appears on the third floor just as Aralea drops through the opening in the ceiling. Rixtononce again encounters Tree Ghost 4 (who's quite bewildered) on the stairwell, this time between the second and third floors. His strike with his shortsword misses narrowly, but the unarmed strike hits its mark. Rixton can discern that his opponent is nearing his end.
The crowded stairwell prevents Aralea from having any sort of angle to attack.
Mola's action is next. The Tree Ghosts will follow.
He moves the sphere to N20 as a bonus action (I'm assuming he can't see where it's going through the sphere, so looping around the tower would be blind, and bad, if entertaining...)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Molabear's teeth and claws continue to slash their way through the barbarian attackers, and the confidence in Tree Ghost 6 begins to wane now that he faces an additional foe. He looks as if he's ready to swing yet again with his greataxe, but a command from the shaman stops him from doing so. "Step back, Garvald!" she barks in Common.
Garvald abruptly disengages from the fray with Gwin and Molabearas the shaman directs her spiritual greatclub once again at Gwin...
Melee attack w/ spiritual weapon: 22 | 11 force damage
...and after watching her spiritual weapon do its work, she inexplicably collapses to the ground and kneels helplessly on all fours. Gwin and Molabear watch in grim fascination as another creature seems to step out of the shaman's body. Next to the barbarian shaman now stands a large humanoid. Covered in thick, dark hair...standing on two legs that end in hooves...having a head from which two large horns protrude...robed in linens with strange markings...and possessing a visage entirely cruel yet strangely still...a yikaria glowers at the cleric and man-become-bear.
Meanwhile, within the tower, Tree Ghost 4 makes a violent, desperate swing at Rixton...
Greataxe attack: 21 | 4 slashing damage
...but his axe misses its target and slams into the nearby stonework, sending fragments of stone and steel in all directions.
All players may act in any order.
Updated map (yikaria denoted in red, Gwin's spiritual weapon in white, and shaman's spiritual weapon in orange):

Ack, I thought that 5 was down and 4 ran inside, my bad!
Mola would not just run off with an enemy in front of him. Bear teeth and claws flash again:
Bite Attack: 17 Damage: 13
Claw Attack: 17 Damage: 15
