Gwin's eyes are like giant round saucers as she beholds the female Ghost shed her skin and become the yak-man. The cleric and Molabear momentarily exchange a glance before she moves closer to the entrance of the tower (M19) and shouts to her companions, Rixton! Aralea! The yikaria has arrived! Make haste!
Turning her gaze back to the yikaria, Gwin's eyes narrow in concentration as she calls on her god to grant her access to the yak man's thoughts.
Channel Divinity: Read Thoughts
As an action, you can use Channel Divinity to choose one creature that you can see within 60 ft. That creature must make a WIS saving throw (16). On success, you can’t use this feature on it again until you finish a long rest. On failure, you can read its surface thoughts while within 60 ft. for 1 minute. During that time, you can cast suggestion as an action on the target without expending a spell slot.
As she passes Molabear, a flash of light passes over his forehead as she briefly pulls out her mirror and casts Sanctuary upon him.

Molabear was about to move the sphere closer to the new arrivals, but when he feels the protective magic fall over him, he pauses, and a wave of healing magic passes over the bear (combat wild shape for 3 hp).
He nods his bear-head to try to encourage Gwin away from the sphere, which is sitting next to where she seems to be headed.
He himself moves to N22.
He will ready an attack action if any of them come near:

WIS save for the yikaria: 6
The battle on the stairwell continues; Rixtonstings the barbarian yet again with his shortsword, creating another wound that begins to seep blood. Weak and unsteady as he his, however, the Tree Ghost steps back just enough to avoid being struck by Rixton's kick to the chest.
The barbarian levels another swing--possibly its last--at his foe .(Attack: 13 | 7 slashing damage)
Outside the tower, Gwin's effort to read the yikaria's thoughts is unsuccessful. A moment later, however, Gwinhas a rather clear idea of what is in the yikaria's mind, for the strange yak-man guides the shaman's spiritual weapon to strike shaman herself, who is attempting to stand up. Then, with both massive hands on its quarterstaff, the yikaria turns and smashes the other Tree Ghost across the back...
Spiritual weapon attack vs. shaman: 13 Damage: 5
Quarterstaff attack vs. Tree Ghost 6: 24 Damage: 12
...the blow to the shaman appears to be fatal. She slumps to the ground and makes no further movement. The blow intended for the Tree Ghost warrior misses, and the warrior immediately turns to flee into the trees.

Rixtonattempts to end the fight. "You should have submitted, my friend," he says, before thrusting his sword at the man, followed by a snap kick to his stomach.
Rixtonwill run to the 1st floor teleportation rune and join the excitement outside. (Not sure how far he gets in 80' but it should be far enough to see the yak-man.)
"Well, hello there," he says upon seeing the yikaria.
Watching the shaman expire and the other Ghost make for the trees, Gwin says to no one in particular, Well, this can't be good.
Wrinkling up her nose in concentration the cleric once again sends sparks of light from her fingertips, but this time in the direction of the yikaria.
Guiding Bolt: 21 If successful, radiant damage: 18
Directly on the heels of her spell attack, anyone looking up at the sky would see Gwin's shimmering sword of Tyr move over the yikaria's head, hover momentarily, and then plunge in attack.
(Not sure how you handle diagonal movement, but Mola's going to try to get the sphere to ram into the yikaria, and then he will circle around to R25 and maul him.
(The next attack roll against the yikaria actually goes to Gwin's spiritual weapon: 16)
The guiding bolt slams into the yikaria, sending a flash of light through the surrounding forest. A moment later, the cleric's spiritual weapon crashes into the creature's head and Molabear's teeth close around the creature's leg. Using its massive quarterstaff, the yikaria steers Molabear's paw away from its intended target.
The yikaria steps back from the sudden onslaught, creating some space between itself and its attackers. As it does so, it sends the shaman's spritual weapon toward Molabear...
Melee attack: 23 | 9 force damage
...and the greatclub lands with a thud on Molabear's head.
As if appearing out of the shaman's body wasn't a sufficient surprise, the yikaria now summons a new combatant to the field. As the yikaria raises its staff high overhead and begins chanting in its ancient language, Molabear can feel the ground begin to tremble around him. The earth before him begins to swell, higher and higher, and a few seconds later an earth elemental tears itself from the forest floor, ready to do the bidding of its summoner.
Molabearis granted an opportunity attack against the yikaria, then all players may act in any order. The summoned creature will not take an action this round.
Rixtonsheaths his shortsword as he jogs over to Dendros (M26). WIth the large tree creature behind him, Rixtonraises his voice. "Have the trees reported many of these creatures in the forest lately?" he says as he unslings his bow and nocks an arrow. The rogue's eyes pass over the yikaria rapidly in search of a weakness. Is it leaning on its staff a bit? Perhaps he will try the creature's back leg...
Bonus action: Insightful fighting (16) vs. the yikaria's deception roll.
Shortbow Attack: 12 Damage: 9 + 13 on a successful insightful fighting roll.
Unable to hide the location and severity of its wounds, the yikaria makes itself a target for Rixton's bow. The strange yak-man is quickly and unceremoniously robbed of the chance to see what havoc his summoned creature might cause upon the four adventurers. Rixton's arrow pierces the monster through the lungs, instantly dropping it.
With its summoning master now deceased, the earth elemental dissolves into the ground from which it just came.
Dendros's voice breaks the eerie but welcome calm. "No, Rixton. No such beings have been reported in the High Forest. How strange this is, no?"
Molabear runs around the tower, roaring, flaming-ball-o-doom bounding along behind him, keeping the flames away from the vegetation at all times. Wouldn’t want to anger the neighbors. After two circuits, and not seeing anything else, the sphere disappears, and Molabear slows down and sits upright on his bottom right next to the yak-man, paws on the ground, as contemplative and nonplussed as it is possible for a cut-to-pieces bear with fresh blood dripping from its maw and claws. It takes a beat for him to shift into human form.
”Nice shot, Rixton! It seems the yikaria was taking damage while possessing the shaman? Or maybe I did get my teeth into him. Hmm. So did they just randomly happen upon us or were they looking?”
Mola will methodically search each corpse for anything of note, especially the yikaria.
A thorough search of the dead turns up little of interest: six pieces of medium-sized hide armor from each of the slain Tree Ghosts, and one large piece of hide armor on the yikaria. Weapons include three spears, three greataxes, and the yikaria's quarterstaff. Lastly, the shaman has a neatly-tied bundle of twigs, leaves, feathers, and beads tied to her waist.
Reminder: the following items were found upon the gnome corpse in the tower:
Mola scrutinizes the yikaria's person and linen garments but finds no markings or writings of any kind. Any information about where the creature came from and why it is involved with the Tree Ghosts died with yikaria.
Mola's detect magic spell passes over each of the items, causing two of them to give off a faint aura: the shield and the ring.
Arcana checks for shield and ring: Gwin 18, 25 | Mola15, 7 | Rixton 10, 20
Rixton twirls as he avoids the axe, lashing out with this shortsword like a whip. He follows this with a push kick to the chest. (This is Sparta!!)
Shortsword Attack: 15 Damage: 7
Unarmed Attack: 7 Damage: 6

Would Mola know about Sanctuary and what it does by this point?
