Molasnake looks around for any sign of the ghasts, not fully processing the giant's presence, but ready to strike should things turn hostile. Does it seem like the fire giant was waiting for us? Is there anyone else in the room? He also looks to see what sort of exciting ruses Rixton's mouth might manifest.
Gwin's spell seemingly has no effect on the fire giant. It merely takes one step forward and points toward the hallway from which the adventurers entered the room, as if to say (silently)"Leave."
Molasnake quickly absorbs his surroundings, studying the room for any clues that might help him to understand this unusual situation. No other creature is visible in the room; it has the same layout and contains very similar debris to the other two large rooms that have been seen. Regarding the fire giant, he certainly seems to have been expecting visitors...
Rawley picks up a piece of a large bone, tosses it through the air, and watches it pass completely through the fire giant's torso. The bone fragment then clatters noisily among the debris behind the giant.
Molasnake looks at the bone pass through, then back at Rawley, wide-eyed. The tip of his tail curls around to the snake's head and gives a small salute.
He then begins to take a wide circuit of the room, about 10 feet from the walls, hoping to sense the presence of any invisible creature with blindsight. If nothing, he passes through the illusion and heads for the next room, looking for whoever manifested the fire giant image...
Rixtoncomes strolling behind everyone at such a lazy pace that he only arrives as Rawley is performing his demonstration on the fire giant illusion. "Well done, sir," the rogue says. "Let's see you figure out what it is intended to guard next."
Molasnake nearly completes his full-circle inspection of the room when the familiar but nasty stench of the ghasts fills his nostrils as he approaches the cistern in the southeast corner...
Molasnake rears up in striking position with a hiss when he gets within 10 feet of the cistern, readying an action and looking for how the ghast gets into and out of the cistern, any recent footsteps, other notable details...
Rixton passes directly through the image of the fire giant, removing any doubt about its illusory nature. As he does so, he notices the "fire giant" is standing directly over a parchment card that, oddly enough, has a finely-drawn image of a fire giant upon it. Rixton quickly snatches the card from the ground and both "fire giants" simultaneously vanish: the illusory one standing in the room and the drawn one on the piece of parchment.
Meanwhile, Gwin and Rawleysee Molasnake suddenly rise up, ready to strike, as if something or someone is hiding in the cistern in the southeast corner of the room.
Molasnake doesn't see signs of footprints; there are too many bones upon the floor. He surmises the way in and out of the cistern is to simply climb over the stone wall that is roughly 4' tall.
Gwin's eyes widen as the bone passes directly through the fire giant. Well, whaddya know. Those sneaky devils.
Seeing Molasnake rise up in the strike position, Gwin decides to maintain her distance from any new adversaries by replacing her shield, and readying her crossbow instead.

Rawley picks up a bone and throws at its mid-section. Non-threatening like - underhanded throw, like throwing a ball to a child type thing.

Unaware of Molasnake's discovery, Rixton will saunter past (through?) the fire giant illusion and see what lay int he passage to the north.
Rawley suspected a non-moving fire giant, but was very surprised to actually reveal it as an illusion.
"Well..." and he just trails off having no answer to Rixton's question.

Rawley on the other hand immediately draws his sword and is ready next to Molasnake.
Sensing they have run out of options, the two ghasts suddenly leap over the wall and commit themselves to a final battle...
Initiative:
...but the three adventurers are more than ready.
Rawley, Gwin, and Molasnake may act, in any order. The two ghasts are immediately next to each other and less than 20' from all players.
How far away is Rixton?
Of course, Rixton wants to join the fun! He's just down the hallway a bit: sixty feet.
Rixton, hearing some noise behind him, calls back distractedly, "Everything okay?"
He continues down the passage unless he hears anything otherwise.
Rawley calls out, "Last two are here."
And attacks the one on the left, twice:
Attack: 14 Damage: 10
Attack: 26 Damage: 14
"Ah," Rixton says idly. He peers into the darkness ahead, tempted by whatever mystery lay beyond. "Do you need a hand then?"
Gwin calls back to Rixton. I think we have this handled. We'll thump, hack, slash, these ghast, ghast, ghasts!
Loading a bolt into her crossbow, she takes aim and lets it fly at the undead to the right.
Crossbow attack: 18 If successful, slashing damage: 4
