Gekks looks shaken “I-I really don’t know. I’ve... I don’t know what it’s like to have a family.”  Gekks takes a deep breath as he recomposes himself. Small sparks fall off his fingers. “I don’t think death is the answer. It few and far between is with beings who can rationalize. I promise you though, I am no simple mercenary. I am a merchant, and a well regarded one at that. I as well travel, though- I often only do it alone. I want to help you, yes because a payment is nice, but also because to me, as a merchant, the most important part is to make both ends of a deal happy. He was only thinking about his end, you are only thinking about yours. So please, if we could all just take a moment I would love to broker a deal. His usefulness is honestly more towards me than towards you.”

Tahnis nods before standing next to Gekks. "I cannot speak on the punishment should be for our companion." He motions to Gekks. "I am not an officer, though if I was, I would suggest you refrain from death. Like my goblin friend here, I too travel these lands alone and some of the customs and culture are new to me. So don't stand there and judge all of us because of the actions of one person. However, I think you should listen to Gekks and see what he has to say. I have already offered my services to go with you."

    At Gekk’s words you see the woman scan his face for almost a minute straight after he’d finished talking, just searching for any hint of deception. (She will be rolling insight on Gekk, searching to see if he is being genuine in his speech:(18). She does visibly relax however at even the attempt of diplomacy, backing away full from the body of Ketch. “A deal...What do you have in mind?” As it begins to seem that the night won’t lead to a battle the rest of the Vistani can be seen packing up the camp as quick as possible, their weapons sheathed but still very much on their person. 
    As the female twin waits for a reply you guys would also see Ratka grab the arm of Adaine tightly and drag her away from Tahnis. The half elven woman makes a sound of shock or pain at the sudden action, but follows Ratka to their side of the campfire. After she’s made it to their side you’d notice Ratka and Adaine get into somewhat of a whisper fight, both trying too keep their volume down but still appearing very obviously upset with each other. (They stand slightly behind the woman who’d been talking to you all, arguing quietly)

Silent Blade stays in the shadows watching over the body of Ketch, if any one tries to harm him, she will toss a dagger at them from hiding.

At any point in time that it would be most aquaward everyone would here Minerva scream “Ohh my Olidammara”

(The only thing she would find being dishonest is him being a little unsure on how he is regarded as a merchant as well as Ketch’s useful ness seems something he is unsure of)
”Well, clearly you’re happy to abide and get off this present land. I personally don’t want any more good people dead. Ketch is just trying to do his duty, you all just want to protect each other. I can’t speak for my companions, but I would be willing to come with you to help you in your land if it means helping you good people as long as you don’t hurt anyone, we will make our group promise not to hurt anyone.” The sparks begin to slow as Gekks seems to relax a little more “If you could tell us what might lie ahead of us, that would make all the better”

•      “They will heal but it will take time.” You all suddenly hear Stanimir say from his position kneeling over the wounded Vistani. He then stands up and wipes the blood on his hands on shite cloth tunic he’d been wearing under his red vest.”Damia! Ratka! Put your weapons down, there is no need for any aggression. They were obviously just as shocked as we were.” At this you see the twins slowly place their weapons in their sheathes, Ratka however not looking very happy to do so. “This was not how imagined our first meeting with adventurers would turn out to be, but hey all stories must have an intriguing beginning right?” Stanimir says lightheartedly, trying to break the tension. You then see Damia, the female twin, roll her eyes. She then looks to the old man and says, ”Father do you really still believe that they can help us, even after all this?” She then gestures to the form of Ketch on the floor and the wounded Vistani. 
       You all then see Stanimir place a hand on the shoulder of Damia and with a soft voice say, “I’ve a good feeling about them...trust me.” As he says he will look to you all with a smile, you then see him wave his hind over the form of Ketch (You are now no longer under Dominate Person or Bold person but are still blind/deaf). Then after turning to whisper something to Damia, he then turns to address you all.  “I must prepare my people for the journey ahead, feel free to tell your Duchess that you’ve completed the job. If you still wish to help us find us at midnight, we will wait for you until then.” He then turns and begins commanding the other Vistani when suddenly you all hear a loud feminine cry coming from Minerva’s tent disturb the awkward silence that’d just begun to settle in, “OH MY OLIDAMMARA! IF YOU STOP I’LL BITE YOUR HEAD OFF YOU MAGNIFICENT MAN!” 
        As the rest of the Vistani seemingly switch from a night of revelry to packing up to leave in a moments notice, you’d all also notice Ratka drag Adaine to the carts roughly by her arm. Before she fully exits the area of the campfire you’d all notice Adaine, look over her shoulder at you all before turning back and smacking Ratka behind the head. He lets her go and the two continue their whisper argument as they make their way to the carts. You all stand in the camp as they prepare to leave, with only about two Vistani just watching you all to see what you will do. Damia remains where she’d been standing the entire time, arms crossed and just staring at you all with a cold look in her eyes.

Tahnis watches Adaine for a moment before turning to everyone else. "We can go back and tell Lady Morwen that they'll be leaving. Only a couple of us need to go and collect our fee. I'll stay behind with our goliath friend. I do plan on traveling with them to their homeland. I wouldn't blame anyone if they didn't want to come. This sounds dangerous." He turns to Ketch. "I'm also thinking this won't be like any job any of us have undertaken."

Gekks looks at Tahnis with a smile
”Certainly going to be a different type of job for me. I can go to collect the money if we like seeing as our Goliath friend is... Er “busy” and Ketch isn’t in the best of sorts he should stay here with you as well probably.” Gekks pulls up the hood on his cloak “Not excited for all the looks Im about to get as I do every time.” Gekks turns to the dark and the shadows “And you silent one? Staying here or coming with me?”

Tahnis nods at Gekks. "I'll stay with Ketch here and wait for our friend. This is going be when my parents had to kick out young lovers at the tavern. They always waited until they were finished.

   Ketch, once again having the ability to control his own body, but unable to see or hear, stumbles to his feet, raises up his war hammer and shield if he can quickly find them, and blindly strikes out violently, stumbling this way and that slowly.  With no vision or hearing he would attempt to brutally demolish anything "person like" that he comes into contact with.  His verbals actions... would be inappropriate to detail here as they would gloriously violate the Terms of Service, I am sure.  Suffice it to say that his language would be quite loud, colorful, and consist of details on how he will kill, plunder and defecate upon every last dirty Vistani that he gets his hands upon.  

((Ketch has no idea what happened after he was struck down, other than being spit upon a couple of times as he was able to feel that.  He heard no discussion nor saw any peace making, so he would "awaken" assuming he was at war. If the Vistani wanted to calm him down, restoring his sight and hearing before returning his ability to move may have been wiser.))

    As the party goes to separate and handle their business, Ketch stands and immediately seems to bull rush the form of an unaware Vistani who’d been standing near him. He launches his large Warhammer on the figure closest to him. Panicked at the sudden act of violence you all see Stanimir release a Firebolt towards Ketch.

   The force of Stanimir’s spell rocks the form of Ketch as it lands directly in the center of his chest, the flames beginning to spread quickly as it sizzles his tough Half Orc skin.
   
    As Stanimir reacts to Ketch’s sudden aggression, you all notice a blade fly out from the darkness and dig itself deep into the side of the old Vistani man. He drops to the ground from the force of the attack, wounded but still breathing. (Silent Blade’s triggered action). Seeing Stanimir get hit you hear Damia and Ratka scream angrily in unison, “FATHER!”. They scream to the other Vistani, “THEY’VE BETRAYED THE PEACE! PROTECT STANIMIR!” The two Vistani who’d been watching the party will unload their crossbows into Ketch,

  One of the Vistani appears truly shocked to see battle commence, his momentary surprise causing his shot to fly wide into the night. The other however grits his teeth and carefully aims his weapon at the raging cleric, managing to land a shot near his ribs.

  Both of the twins draw their weapons and rush the raging form of Ketch. The rest of Vistani hear the commotion and draw their weapons, flooding into the campsite.

(This took place before party split to Morwen’s, whole party sees this. Gadhan Roll perception to see if you hear Ketch screaming and the sounds of battle beginning.)

THIS IS A MISUNDERSTANDING, HE ISNT AWARE OF WHATS HAPPENING AROUND HIM PLEASE, LETS JUST RELAX AND MAYBE FIX THIS.” A small jolt of lightning hops off of Gekks’ hand and hits the ground. His ears twitch and and his eyes dart to everyone he can see observing everything

Tahnis holds his hands out and places himself in front of Ketch. "Just release him from his spell. This is a misunderstanding." He turns to Gekks. "We have to go back and get help. There's no way we can take them on."

((Tough HO skin, not Goliath!  :D. Not sure how blind and deaf affect AC but first two definitely hit and reduced Ketch Bro 0 HP. Ketch will take advantage of his Relentless Endurance rather than fall though, so he will be at 1HP.))

(Tents are further out so that’s why Gadhan isn’t visible on map as of yet. Silent Blade you were hiding but you’d had to step out slightly to throw the blade for that triggered action. Since you didn’t specify going back into stealth you’re definitely visible now, however lmk if you think Silent Blade would’ve positioned herself differently in terms of waiting for an trigger for her attack. I’ll place Gadhan on map depending on his perception roll and when he actually enters combat). 

 (I will be applying Gekk’s persuasion when everything first starts going crazy, since it’s a free action to talk and won’t have to wait until his initiative) 

    You all see some of the Vistani calm down slightly at the peaceful intentions of the goblin, but about 3 of them still appear combative seeing their leader bleeding on the ground with a dagger in his stomach. Damia and Ratka don’t even slow down in their pursuit of Ketch.

"What would mom and dad do?" Tahnis moves 10 feet away from Ketch and sees the twins approaching. Remembering the dagger, he holds his arms out. "Everyone stop! We couldn't have attacked your leader, all of us were standing out in the open and couldn't have thrown that blade. With the exception of our goliath friend who's using his sword in other ways. Someone is trying to murder Stanimir. It might be one of the Vistani. Maybe they want to run the old man out. Or it's someone from the shadows, possibly this evil you want us to defeat. Whoever it is, come out coward! We have you surrounded! Unless you're too chicken to face us."

Tahnis is going to keep his arms out and not take an action.
