“Great! Glad we could get those out of the way. Let’s plan to meet at the South Gate just before dawn tomorrow to head out. Does everyone have a place to stay tonight?” She glances around Anakis and those who are from outside the city. “If not, we could either cut a deal with Horace to get militia discounts, or I could pull some pillows and blankets from supply and you could stay here.” Rowan goes into one of her cabinets, pulling out some stale biscuits, pulling one out and setting it on her coffee table, motioning to Anakis, “For your friend.”
“I will start heading back to my place. See you tomorrow!” Says Aluzira with a wave as she ducks back out into the rainy night. She breaths a sigh of relief glad to be alone for just a moment, and starts walking back home.
Tarek, although Nazcan was following behind you as you approached Rowan's door, it appears that the young dragonborn slipped off into the rain at the last minute, perhaps called to attend to some whim of his deity.
The light of day quickly fades into darkness under the heavy rain clouds which cover the sky. As Aluzira and Fluin head out to return to their respective homes, am I right to assume that everyone else wishes to spend the night in Rowan's room? Anakis, you, at least, seemed quite eager to leave just a moment ago.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Anakis will wait for everyone to bed down and will then sneak out (Stealth : 21). She will use Thaumaturgy to dim any candles or light in the room as she sneaks out.
She will find a dry spot near the garrison to sleep, curled up with her back against a wall, but so she can still see the gates for when the group leave. Perhaps she'll look for some other street kids to share some food with and stay near (Perception : 19).
Fluin, to get to your place, you pass through North Spruk, the city's administrative center, where the streets are deserted. After several minutes of walking through the rain, you arrive home for the night.
Aluzira, you pass through the empty marketplace of Wuft Hill, reaching the city gate before night has fully fallen. The guardsmen question you as to your destination, but as you are traveling south to Steepgulch, they don't attempt to collect from you the toll that's levied on those who travel the Cursed Passage, which extends from the gate to the southeast.
Your attempt to find your way back to Steepgulch will be determined using your passive Survival. What pace do you wish to set for your journey? A slow pace will grant you advantage while a fast pace will impose disadvantage.
"Let's just take it steady." Fluin would suggest as the group gets started out the next day. "No reason to go rushing off, nor to creep along." He would be for a normal pace.
Anakis, the streets of Yet Valley are deserted, and it's easy enough to find a dry place to sleep. About an hour after nightfall, however, four well dressed revelers, clearly drunk and armed with rapiers, come walking down the street where you've taken shelter, making quite a bit of noise, which awakens you. One of them notices you where you lie. "Get up and move along!" she says, slurring her words. "This is no place for a child to sleep!"
Aluzira, you set out across the swampy farmlands that surround the city, finding the correct paths that will take you south through the Clouded Bog to Steepgulch. As you enter the marshlands, you hear the low grumbling sounds of two medium sized creatures about 100 feet away on the path ahead of you.

Aluzira keeps walking but looks ahead through the fog to see what's up ahead. "Bother, I really picked a good time to go walking alone," she mumbles to herself, as she crosses her arms nervously.
Anakis is used to drunk rabble disturbing her and know better than to engage them. She will disappear silently back into an alley for a moment to let the revellers pass before finding a dry spot that still affords her a view if the group leave.
Aluzira, the steam rising from the bog in the cold rain keeps your gaze from penetrating the darkness, but as you move forward, you hear the unmistakable sound of bears huffing and blowing, and clicking their teeth.
Meanwhile, the reveler pursues Anakis into the alley while her companions wait out on the street. "Wait a minute. Come back here!" she calls out. "How old are you, child? You should be inside on a night like this!" Although she is drunk, she has the bearing of a gentlewoman, which can also be seen from her fine clothing.
Anakis, make a DC 16 Stealth check to avoid her notice.
Anakis will use her inspiration to give her advantage on the stealth roll to hide from the drunk. If there is any light nearby, she will use Thaumaturgy to dim them, and will also use Thaumaturgy to cause some noise in the opposite direction to help throw the drunk off her tail.
"I am Fluin." Fluin says with a nod to the others. "I am a warrior, plain and simple."

Fluin will head out to his place as well.
Tarek decides to stay for the night. "Might as well get more used to life outside the temple," he says.
"Aye, iffin ye don't mind the smell, I'd stay here. It'd be nice to remain dry for the night. Thanky for yer hospitality."

Aluzira will take a slow pace, trying not to get lost in the dark.
(do I roll for advantage over passive survival?)

"I think a steady (normal) pace to Steepgulch would be fine. We'll save the creepin' for the Bog itself."
