Kroruk winces in pain as Torrent's thorns scrape across her warty skin leaving a deep scratch. Wisdom save: 14
Tarek also deals the ogre a mighty blow with his sword.
Remacle's sword hits the large brutish person but is deflected by the thick hides she wears, while the other halfling swordsman and spearman miss their target entirely.

Kroruk grimaces through the pain of the attacks, gritting her great orange teeth, then she's struck by a sling bullet which embeds itself into her thick skin, leaving a bleeding wound. Wisdom save: -1
She's then hit by another sling stone, and the archer's arrow nearly misses but bounces off the ceiling and lodges itself in Kroruk's shoulder.
Kroruk drops to her knees, bloodied and bruised by the sudden show of force, and covers her head with her huge hands, dropping her greatclub on the floor and cowering in front of you.
"Please, no hurt Kroruk!" she tries to make herself heard over the still shrieking mushrooms. "Kroruk sorry! Kroruk nice! Kroruk do what you want!"
Nicolas, unsure of what to make of the ogre's surrender, readies another casting of sacred flame and looks sideways at the rest of the party.
Anakis drops her witch bolt as it didn't seem to have any effect. She looks back through the door to see whether something has stopped the mushrooms from shrieking while the others watch over Kroruk.
Looking through the door into the chamber, it appears that two of the mushrooms just sort of ran out of gas, while the other three are still going full steam, creating a high pitched noise that travels for hundreds of feet through the underground passageways.
The sound seems to have attracted some attention because down the hall past where the halfling slingers and archer stand at the intersection, Anakis, you become aware of something in the darkness coming over the stone bridge toward the loud noise and the light of Remacle's torch. It looks like a tall figure, over thirteen feet high, wearing moth-eaten animal skins. The figure has two heads that seem to be engaged in conversation with one another.
Aluzira, you see Anakis's gaze focusing past you down the hall at something in the darkness. What do you do?

“Nicolas wait,” Aluzira says before catching Anakis gaze. She turns to face the bridge and peers into the darkness, hoping to catch a glimpse of whatever it is Anakis is seeing. “What is it?” She tries to ask her over the shrieking of the mushrooms.
Everyone looks towards Anakis expectantly, repeating some variation of Aluzira's question, except for Kroruk who continues to plead saying, "Kroruk give what you want -- tell you way out! You no have to pay Kroruk!"
The shriekers continue to shriek and the large two-headed figure approaches at a steady pace, nearing the foot of the bridge about eighty feet away.
Anakis shakes her head, "Tell us the way out Kroruk," she hisses while watching the approaching figure. "Tell us now and we'll leave you alone with your garden and treasures."
Two more of the mushrooms in Kroruk's chamber fall silent, making communication somewhat more feasible, although one is still whistling away.
"Go that way!" Kroruk yells, waving at the passageway going to the right from the intersection. "Find big room, shape like egg! One of the doors, Kroruk forget which, lead to stairs go up!"
Anakis taps Kroruk on the nose, "Thank you!" She turns to the others, pointing to the right passageway, "That way, let's go now!" And she quickly moves.
The last shrieker stops screaming as you all approach the intersection, when out of the darkness and into the radius of dim torchlight cast by Remacle's torch, steps the two-headed giant, regarding your party curiously. His thick skin is covered with a layer of cracked river mud, and the hides he wears stink horribly. As his two fanged heads observe the situation, they converse and bicker with each other in what sounds like a form of the common tongue so debased as to be completely unintelligible to you.
"Oh, it Mugarod-Igurg," says Kroruk, getting up and brushing herself off, and she begins speaking to the creature's two heads in a stony, formal-sounding language which he seems to understand, and soon the two (or three) large people are engrossed in conversation with each other and take no further notice of the party, allowing you to leave down the passageway to the right.
As you travel along the length of the passageway, you can see that the walls and floor are occasionally marked with long scratches that look as though they were made by a large cat of some kind.
After about ten minutes of walking, you come to a door on the left side of the passageway, and about thirty feet past the door, the passageway widens into a chamber that looks to be about twenty feet across with a door on the opposite wall leading out.
The twenty by thirty foot room is bare except for a pile of eighteen bags piled up against the wall to your left. You can see that the bags contain the same gold-colored coins you found in the lizard room.
Apart from the door straight ahead on the opposite wall, there's also a wide opening to your left which appears to go back into a space behind the left-hand wall of the passageway.
(OOC - I'm not sure I'm picturing the opening on the left and where it's passage leads properly. So if we're at the entrance, looking at north at the exit, and the opening is left of us, is the passage heading south or north from that point?)
"It's a pity we can't carry anymore of this gold," Anakis says with a pout, "Unless someone has any ideas as to how we could carry these other bags?"
The passage would be heading south, back the way you came, so the opening is in the same wall as the one you're now peeking through.
Aluzira, you could carry up to another 35 coins weight before reaching your 50 pound encumbrance threshold without dropping any of the items you're already carrying.
Your other party members are already encumbered, but I believe they have some capacity before they're heavily encumbered.

Aluzira kneels nexts to Kroruk and signals her to be quiet. “Somethings coming, we should try to be quiet,”
