Xeno lets loose a thunderous attack on his foes, unfortunately catching the unconscious Latrius in the blast wave. (Lastrius was blown back to M1 by failing that save)
Zacazotal replies with a shock of his own.
Swigg moves to help his allies by both healing Latrius and the downed Justine. (Swigg you may move somewhere else as Latrius would have been blown to right at your feet from Xenos spell.)
Justine stands tall and seeing Nara still in before them will Disengage move to D1. And then will heal Latrius with a 2nd level Healing Word. (7)
As Latrius recovers from unconsciousness he stands and fires a vengeful shot at Ska'kar. Then moves by Swigg to stand at I1. (You use half of you movement to stand up, unfortunately that leaves Latrius with 15 feet to move after firing.)

(@EliteHatter is this actually allowed? I feel like rolling a death save and saying "disregard if I get healed" to get a turn later if you're healed should fall under the same ruling as my not getting to use my familiar earlier in the match to get advantage after having already rolled the attack. Rolling the death save early gives extra knowledge to the rest of the team that might affect their actions for a turn. If you roll a natural 20, obviously they aren't going to heal you to get you back up, where they might have done so otherwise if you didn't roll a death save until after others had already gone. Similarly, if you roll a natural 1 (or a third failure), someone is almost certain to heal you on their turn even if they were planning to do something else otherwise, etc.
Even if it doesn't actually change what anyone else does, that's not really any different than my forgetting to use the familiar earlier when I actually posted even though I had been planning to ahead of time. If you want to see if you'll get healed to get a turn, shouldn't you have to wait til after others have gone to roll the actual death save? Or make the save earlier but accept you don't get a turn even if you get healed?)
(This was one of the rulings I've most had an issue with, since this was the way Bdads ran it. Rolling a saving throw is not an action, and should not take up your turn. I prefer rolling it just to get it out of the way. Not to mention, Justine's was rolled by the DM at the very beginning of the turn. Death saves are not attack rolls, they have negligible impact on the match (at first) if they're not a 20. I could see requiring me to waste my turn if I rolled a 20 death save early and didn't have to get healed, but otherwise it makes absolutely no sense.)
(And if I remember correctly, you didn't forget to use your familiar, you thought it wasn't in range. And again, attack rolls are not death saves. There should be no reason for me not to just roll early so I don't have to worry about posting again until I'm healed, I rolled that save before I knew I would be healed and just wanted to get it out of the way.)
(And if that is the ruling, I feel it at least shouldn't apply to Justine since his was rolled preemptively by the DM.)
(Also, the DM flat out said I had a turn after waking up in his update post (essentially).)

(It's actually a moon druid ability where, while in beast form, they can use a BA to burn a spell slot and heal some amount of HP)
