(Moving forward. Put in spoiler what you did if you are not ready to hit the bath house just yet .)
The bathhouse is a one-story stuccoed building with stained-glass windows and clay roof tiles. Ten-foot-tall walls enclose a large courtyard outside the southeast corner of the building. The closed wooden doors to the courtyard are engraved with images of smiling nymphs dancing and frolicking in water.
There’s nothing outwardly suspicious about the bathhouse, which features one of the most sophisticated plumbing systems in the city. The doors leading to the courtyard (area D1) are unlocked and unguarded. The bathhouse closes at sundown and reopens at dawn, and city residents come and go here throughout the day and into the evening.
D1:This L-shaped courtyard features a trimmed lawn and nicely manicured shrubbery. The yard is decorated with white marble benches and stone fountains, each in the form of a smiling nymph tipping a jug that spills water into a circular stone basin.
Elvira has two feet planted on the ground. She walked the perimeter of the bathhouse, or as far as she can, looking for any sort of markings on the walls. ((Not sure if you'd want perception or something like arcana))

Both depending on what you are looking for. Religion if markings about the Three.
The night is still young when you decide to have a closer look at the bathhouse.
Perched on the rooftops Alucard, Amea and Jagger have a clear view of the court yard and can see a dim light coming from the closed door.
Begger senses go out and around him. He stops on his tracks and almost vomit from the nausea that hit him. Something profoundly evel is near and hidden. A feind.
Begger rests a hand on Elvira's shoulder for support as nausea nearly overwhelms him. "There's.... there's a fiend nearby. We need to let the others know."
Elvira stopped walking, supporting Begger by trying to keep him upright. A deep frown formed. "A fiend? Indeed, we need to let them know. Walking in on one of them is dangerous."

Having slept in, Fin rushes to the bathhouse just in time to see Begger trying to examine his stomach contents. He quietly slips up beside Begger and Elvira. "What'd I miss?"
He looks around, surveying the area for signs of what caused the bodily explosion from Begger. Perception12

Looking to Fin, "I've detected a fiend nearby. Horrid feeling, detecting those." Standing up straighter, "Thank you both for the support. Let's go find the others." And with that Begger heads for the building the others are on.

"Hang on Begger, I think we've been spotted. The bushes over there moved, but I see no one around. Might warrant a look." He indicates to the bushes beside the bathhouse. He creeps towards the bushes, daggers close to hand.

(Jagger would probably be on a nearby rooftop, watching the entrance until everyone was ready to enter. Do I need to roll to see if he sees anything?)
Jagger crouches on the corner of the rooftop, longbow drawn, his keen eyes scan the bathhouse for anything strange.

Begger uses his Divine Sense ability and walks the perimeter with Elvira.
I'm a little unclear, did we take a long rest or did we just head on over to the bath house? Approximately what time of day is it?

Alucard will be up on the roof with Amea and Jagger.
(My scouting position just became a rooftop party lol :))

Jagger sees Begger double over. If he catches his or Elvira's eye, he gestures to Begger, and holds his hands out, as if asking "what is it?"

To Fin
(you haven't slept in. We are still in the night. Long rest will come later. Doesn't change much but to give you the right timing)
Fin as he looks around the perimeter of the bathhouse notices that the branches have just moved like they were pushed aside. But no-one is there.
Tonight there is almost no wind.
Amea stands up from her seated position on the roof, ready to take action after seeing her friend seem to double over
