Enwynn smiles back, happy in a peaceful solution to a prickly situation, then simply watches to see what unfolds from the performance.

Tzedaka: "We vould never ask you to change your god, friends. Dis is too much. Your vays and your religion are part of this vorld. Dis is not how justice works."
Enwynn breathes a sigh of relief that Tzedaka tempers her justice with compassion and understanding. She murmurs "Thank you for the gift of grace in word and deed, Erillia." and remains watchful for trouble.
......
Tzedaka: “You have lost your god and your home. His people too have lost deir home. Forgive old grievances between your peoples.”
Enwynn solemnly offers the troglodyte of most authority a golden yellow leather oakleaf patch plucked from her cloak and states "This King Gillibran will know as mine, and by it that the words you carry to him are agreed with by myself." then steps back with a deep bow once the leaf is accepted.
.....
Banzo holds out the ball of string.
"Anybody want this or should I just carry it for now? It could prove useful?"
Enwynn replies "I will carry the ball of string and the sword for now. Perhaps it will aid us in finding our way out of this maze of construction?"
Tzedaka looks at the group. Seeing Garet use the gold things

There is something....feral....about the old man and he most certainly is not friendly but he seems willing to take you...
“Dees monies half value to some. Dey get food and ride on boat.” She smiles, thinking that like her, he may not know this. Like an excited child going on a ride, she grabs his hand and races onto the boat to the front for the best view
Banzo gingerly boards nears the middle of the boat so that if he loses his balance and tips to either side he will just fall into the front or back of the boat.
"Careful now everyone! Don't rock the boat any more than is necessary!"
Banzo seats himself and holds onto the side.
"How safe is this thing anyway? Can it hold this many without sinking?"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Tannin flips the boatsman two of his gold coins, he smiles a toothy feral grin and the group feels the breeze, as the dragonman takes to the air, patrolling, in a slow circle.

Tannin:
Flying above the river you are able to see through the darkness with your gifted vision, the river is indeed almost 80' wide and appears from a cavern wall to the SE and disappears again into the NW wall in a flurry of rapids. There are a series of dilapidated wooden buildings on the other side of the river, one of which has a jetty projecting from it. The river waters are dark and deep and fast flowing but there are hints of movement beneath the surface...perhaps schools of fish?....
Beyond the buildings a crystalline tunnel leads out of the black sand cavern....
Garet seeing that his proposed bribe gains no response from the strange ferryman, takes his place on the boat, he smiles at Banzos genuine unease.
Garet on the otherhand enjoyed being back on the boat, although this vessel was a far cry from the pirate ship, he spent so much of his life on, he quickly felt at home.
He sat next to Banzo and said quitely "Find a fixed point at concentrate on it, that should help with any nerves. I remember a voyage on the Western Ocean that trick helped me keep the majority of my breakfast."
His vision then went to Tzedeka, and he smiled again she seemed at home anywhere like the rare Rose flourishing in the Titantic struggle on the icy ground.
It was then that he felt the air move and Tannin launch himself in the sky.
Garet settled back and kept himself alert to any dangers that may spring from the murky depths.
Tannin hovers over the boat about 30ft he tells everyone mentally what he's seen. Then he says to the boatsman "What creatures lurk under the water here? Don't tell me you don't know, creature."

The old boatman looked up at the dragonman seemingly unfazed, " Bunch of stuff. Leeches, Worms, Razorfish, Eels....Slimes....Mudgrinder....bunch a stuff,"
Tzedaka grabs a small stone from her bag, casts Light on it, making it a glowing yellow, says something in celestial, and like making a wish in a small fountain , tosses it over. (Ooc: feel free to read out of character)
Mother, grant us your protection as I take these unselfish heroes of Allansia across the river and they enter Zagors realm of evil.
She continues to smile sweetly as she watches fish attracted to the rock and skips in excitement and giggles with glee when one eats it.
Banzo tries to find a point ahead in the darkness to fixate on but then notices Tzedaka drop a glowing pebble overboard. He can't help but look down into the murky depths hoping to see the bottom. That is until something eats the light.
"What was that? Something just ate it!"
And as Tzedaka starts skipping...
"WHOA! Be careful Tzedaka! You'll tip us over!"

Garet struggling with the golden door reaches into his belt and deftly flicks two golden coins to the ferryman.
"Two for your trouble and ten more if you can provide us with information about what lies ahead."

( Query- are these gold coins inscribed with a stylized 'Z'.)
Tzedaka smiles at Enwynn, thankful for the help.

Ooc thought Zagors where just slang for gold coins in this part of the world but if we have acquired some actual Zagors I'll use them.
There is something....feral....about the old man and he most certainly is not friendly but he seems willing to take you...
( Checking back you have some of Zagors own coins from the raiding party that you killed outside so no problem to use those.)
He takes the coins and grunts for you to climb aboard.
Leigh looks sheepishly at the others, conscious that he has nothing but prisoners garb and the gear the generously lent him.
Tzedaka looks at Leigh.

Tzedaka stands at the front ( like Rose of Titanic)
she looks at the old man. “Do you know Gallan Zagor or Olderon?”
she asks innocently and sweetly, smiling at him radiantly, perhaps having a hidden agenda.
