OOC: You are correct, thank you for the reminder, and I should have remembered that myself, given the perk from Piercer (Magic Shortsword that Garet traded to Enwynn for a most generous price.) makes that more effective too.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"I could lead until we get to the golden door. But if I cast Slow then it's best I stay out of the fray to help keep concentration up."
Banzo will move up to take the lead, or go 2nd if someone else wants the lead more.
And he will again send out Zeno, his black and white tuxedo-pattern cat familiar, to scout ahead. I will have him hold his action for when he goes around a corner or into a chamber that is occupied by creatures he can duck back quickly after having gotten a quick peek into the area.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
Tzedaka gently touches the brave Tortle's shell, while uttering a brief prayer in celestial, encouraging him to lead on (Guidance: Add d4 to ability check of choice, can roll before or after making the check, 1 minute), Heroism: Add +5 to temp HP, Immune to being frightened)
Ignoring the Brain Slayers abode for now the companions continued on, traversing the Dwarven tunnels brought to mind other Dwarven ruins Banzo had traversed previously.....Zeno got slightly distracted after disturbing a large beetle of some kind.....
The companions move through the angular tunnels as they went through switch-back upon switch-back, narrowing at each corner until it arrives at a set of open double doors inscribed with Dwarven ruins and a relief casting of Throffs face. Beyond the door is a long, marble-floored hallway which is roughly twice the width of the corridor and is lined with what appear six be statues, three on either side.
The statues appear to be dwarves dressed in full ceremonial plate armour completely enclosing their forms........and dust lies heavily upon them.
Outside the doors there is a small alcove with a deep pit ( 1ft across) within it.
“It seems that Zagor has chosen not to disturb this hall, yet you Cheroes may be allies of Dee dwarves.” She looks them over. “I wonder if you vill chave to prove dis, and if you can, perchaps Dey vould offer you aid.” "Gayroot, Tannin, any traps or clues your sharp eyes and senses can see?”
(Ooc : total guess on my part, could be horrible angry evil spirits of trapped dwarves corrupted by Zagor)
Tzedaka studies the room for runes, and clues that could aid them. Again she examines the labyrinth scroll for clues, thinking it may be a map but also a key. she also casts light on several coins and objects she carries to assist in illuminating the room further.

There seem to be no carvings or runes of particular import....perhaps the previous inhabitants simply knew what was expected....
To her shock she does find that the section they have just past through does correspond to a corner of the map though she suspects that parts of this mountain have been tunneled through and filled up time and time again.....however looking at the map their should be numerous branching tunnels after this chamber leading to small chambers.

Banzo will look for clues to reveal a secret door. Maybe there are swipe marks on the floor where the door opened before. He will also hold a piece of paper near the wall in specific areas to see if he detects a draft of wind which might reveal a secret door.
Banzo's Investigation: 18 and if I still have that Bardic Inspiration add 8 to the roll.

Garet brings his senses to bare aiding Banzos search for secret doors and hidden traps, at same time he removes the hilt of his blade from his belt and ignites it with a swift thought. The sunlight may aid with the search and should the spirits of angry dwarves come calling he was ready.
Enwynn, who has been staying close to Libb in reassurance, that duty keeping her mind from dwelling on dark thoughts, breaks her silence as she looks at the face on the doors.
"It is good to see an old friend's face." she says softly, smiling at the sight of Erilla's sister here still. She turns to Libb and asks "If I may ask respectfully, do your people count her among their gods?"
The druidess offers "The dwarves of Redweed are said to be the same line as those who once dwelt here, before Zagor came. Perhaps things were different back then, for they are foes of their Stonebridge kin now." then begins to look more carefully about the place at Tzedaka's mention of hidden ways amid the old tunnels.
OOC: Enwynn searches her memory for anything she knows from History that might be useful here 11 total.
Anything particular the Herman sees with the ring of true sight still active?
Hermans eerie sight reveals no sign of invisible creatures, hidden passages, strange auras or the like......though he does note that the 'statues' seem to resonate as metal rather than stone. There are relatively few denizens of the etherial plane here, simply some strange fish-like phantoms and a group of fluttering almost jellyfish like shapes.
Banzo will look for clues to reveal a secret door. Maybe there are swipe marks on the floor where the door opened before. He will also hold a piece of paper near the wall in specific areas to see if he detects a draft of wind which might reveal a secret door.

Banzo finds no signs of secret doors, if there are other tunnels near here they are seperated by solid stone.

There seem to be no traps around the entrance that he can see, but his eye is continually drawn to the recessed well beside the door and what custom it may indicate.....

Libb snorted, " We are the final Children of Hashak. Smarter than the First, More Cunning than the Second. We are chosen."
" He held up a finger to Shankhil, Mirewater. You are thinking of Mirewater. The ruins of Redweed Village lie south-east of here. The Battleaxe Clan of the Moonstones held the ruins for some years but Zagors forces routed them eventually.....but Redweed just trading village, most Dwarves of Redweed lived in mountain under Dwarf King Nadarul Kazorian."

( I'm going to address all the posts below as if no one has actually entered the chamber yet as no one clearly expressed doing so.)

“Shall ve enter dis great hall and see what mysteries we can uncover?”
